    @O2 1/2 You’ve been ‘busier than usual’ for as long as I can remember! Yet all you do is reduce more and more services! O2 customer service is absolutely pathetic! I won’t be renewing my contract with you when it’s up for renewal I can promise that!

    @O2 I am a personal customer but when I tried to leave O2 you offered me a business contract as it was the only way you could offer me a good enough deal to stay, if I was told at the time I could lose out on things I would have just left!

    @TheO2 so finally got a manager to call me back cutting me off during my conversation not letting me speak or listen to my concerns.When I requested previous calls to be listened, he got high rate and cut the call.When asking his name he didn’t answer! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE @O2

    @SamsungUK Unfortunately, as an @O2 customer, my preorder has been told that they're out of stock, so without the device I can't claim the offer now. Basically was sold on a device with a special offer, placed my order, and now told they don't have any 😒 I can only hope one arrives soon.

    @O2 This has been resolved by telephone Support. It appears erroneous SIM packages have been distributed and need manually fixing in the backend, thanks.

    @o2 tried to talk to customer services today about month 3 of a broken mast near my house. Leaving my unable to have calls or texts. and the person just left! Ive been with you YEARS o2 and pay over £60 a month sort it out!!!
