    Decided to treat myself to a new phone last week. It’s great having no network for a week especially in the time of a pandemic due to a failed port in and @O2 advisers just fob off with wait another 48hours. #FirstWorldProblems

    @EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

    @O2 Already tried, still same problem. You must know they is a nationwide problem again with amount of tweets experiencing the same problem as they other week when the network went down

    @O2 Oh it’s just going from bad to worse!! So there is no link between the fact that my new phone was due to be delivered today ( which hasn’t come) & the fact my SIM card suddenly stopped working ? I think uhave cancelled me in error? My hubby had had his phone & his sim is fine

    @O2 why is getting MyO2 so difficult to prove that it really exists and I can access it. Totally frustrated via the app itself, the telephone auto help, customer services via phone and my local O2 shop stating that deals via virgin/o2 unlimited are "having this problem" Help!!!!

    @PolicyScot @O2 Mobile companies are terrible. You can set up an account in seconds but try and give notice to terminate a contract and you have to jump through hoops and hurdles. Often you have to telephone them. They don't make it easy.

    One my friends is trying to set up a dongle with you over the phone. Whenever they ring 0344 809 0202 the customer service line, it transfers them to a dodgy fraud number. Any ideas? @O2

    @O2 frankly appallingly rude service in the Coventry shop today. Can’t find a number to call, no call back for days and live chat not working. SORT IT OUT.
