@O2 I visited my local o2 store earlier & was given a phone to speak directly to customer services. The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to comprehend my issue or concerns. Very unhelpful service & I’m told I’ll have to wait up to 10 working days for a response! Not good enough

@O2 please please please can you stop your call centres calling my 11 year old son relentlessly on his mobile. They have even been ringing whilst he’s at school. He isn’t an o2 customer and he is too young to be hounded like this. Please could you take action. Thanks.

@O2 I've been a customer of yours for three years or so, and whilst your data speeds leave a lot to be desired, I've never had a problem making a call. Until tonight. There was a power cut here and I couldn't call 105. My work phone on @VodafoneUK not a problem.

@andeejinx @O2 It really feels like an employee is doing something shady. I was having a productive, helpful exchange until I suddenly had a new service rep and he was clueless. Then he hung up on me saying he didn’t know what I was talking about.

Tried to connect to a @O2 Wi-Fi hotspot tonight where they promise to send you a code by text so you can join. Tried to resend the text 15-20 times and never received a single code. Still haven’t. #Poor

@HeatCalculation @O2 @VodafoneUK Yep, this also happened when 4G first came out, 3G became crap, I’m sure they slow down the existing network to make the new one seem more appealing, when in reality, it’s not really that much better

@O2 totally appalling service - actually no service in every sense of the word. You decide to add a bolt-on I didn’t request & I have no working phone with no notice or explanation. “Hopefully it will be ok in 24-hours”. Nothing so far and no way for urgent calls to get to me. 😡
