    @O2 I visited my local o2 store earlier & was given a phone to speak directly to customer services. The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to comprehend my issue or concerns. Very unhelpful service & I’m told I’ll have to wait up to 10 working days for a response! Not good enough

    @O2 please please please can you stop your call centres calling my 11 year old son relentlessly on his mobile. They have even been ringing whilst he’s at school. He isn’t an o2 customer and he is too young to be hounded like this. Please could you take action. Thanks.

    @virginmedia Thanks, tried that and doesn't work. I've noticed it seems to be mainly when I try calling (but not necessarily only) @O2 numbers.

    Dear @O2 it's great that you offer a boost box for customers with no signal, but please train your cs staff in how to update them when a sim changes - or make it possible to do online! 25+ mins on a standard rate call because I can't call for free as I have no signal 😡

    @O2 the way I have been treated by Basildon o2 store and upgrades team is utterly disgusting! As an 02 customer looking to upgrade… having a store tell me there is nothing they are willing to offer and putting the phone down on me is a joke! Totally disgusting service
