@O2 please please please can you stop your call centres calling my 11 year old son relentlessly on his mobile. They have even been ringing whilst he’s at school. He isn’t an o2 customer and he is too young to be hounded like this. Please could you take action. Thanks.

@O2 I visited my local o2 store earlier & was given a phone to speak directly to customer services. The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to comprehend my issue or concerns. Very unhelpful service & I’m told I’ll have to wait up to 10 working days for a response! Not good enough

@virginmedia Thanks, tried that and doesn't work. I've noticed it seems to be mainly when I try calling (but not necessarily only) @O2 numbers.

@O2 Only noticed it this morning I've tried my sim on another phone and still done the same I even called my phone from a landline but the signal still dropped down to h+ then when the call finished it goes back to 5g after about 20 seconds
