    @O2 please please please can you stop your call centres calling my 11 year old son relentlessly on his mobile. They have even been ringing whilst he’s at school. He isn’t an o2 customer and he is too young to be hounded like this. Please could you take action. Thanks.

    @O2 I visited my local o2 store earlier & was given a phone to speak directly to customer services. The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to comprehend my issue or concerns. Very unhelpful service & I’m told I’ll have to wait up to 10 working days for a response! Not good enough

    As far as #CustomerService goes @O2 have to to be the absolute worst I have ever seen Believe me, I've worked in customer services for 25+ years It's beyond shambles A bunch of absolutely incompetent people, every single one of them

    @jclocksmiths @Apple @O2 How stupid!! When I asked the guy if we got a voucher in return for recycling, he laughed and said ‘no, nothing’. Id have expected a £20 voucher to put towards a new one. As an incentive! Missing a trick there!

    @thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 Bad isn't it. Had been with Orange (now EE) years, asked if they could offer me a better deal as I may need to move to another company if not, they just said 'oh ok, fair enough'!!

    O2 phone and text service has been shocking in my area (GU35 8..) for last couple weeks. Apparently faulty mast. Lots of local folks complaining on FB, WA and Twitter. How long does it take @O2 ?

    @subrugbylad @O2 All I wanted to do was change a payment date. They said they did it but didn’t. Now going back on their word that they moved it. It’s not the money. It’s the being lied to. Awful awful service !!
