    @O2 please please please can you stop your call centres calling my 11 year old son relentlessly on his mobile. They have even been ringing whilst he’s at school. He isn’t an o2 customer and he is too young to be hounded like this. Please could you take action. Thanks.

    @O2 I visited my local o2 store earlier & was given a phone to speak directly to customer services. The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to comprehend my issue or concerns. Very unhelpful service & I’m told I’ll have to wait up to 10 working days for a response! Not good enough

    @O2 Signal is just garbage in Burnley centre, has been for years on many different devices. 5G is needed ASAP.

    @MartinSLewis I'm trying to cancel a contract with @O2 but the only way to do this is to phone them. Wait times are hours (plural) long. I dislike speaking due to anxiety & find this very discriminatory. It's clearly done this way to make it hard/impossible to leave.

    You know what I find mad, I was in London this week and whilst travelling through the Blackwell Tunnel, I had full 5G signal, where as here in Birmingham, 5G is a myth - How can I be in a tunnel UNDER WATER with 5G but outside in open space 5G doesn't seem to work? @O2 explain!

    Hi @O2 why is your network so poor. At my home address despite having 3G/4g nothing works, for weeks your system says there is a mast problem. When I go to a major town, full 5g but still nothing works and same issue saying mast problem. Do you still employ engineers?

    @O2 @CitizensAdvice how do I stand on o2,s appalling service ? I’m waiting for a reply from a month ago ! There’s been a mast out in my arrra since March , there Advertisement logo is were better of connected yet I can’t get connected ! But yet they Insist on still paying full price

    @O2 None of this helps. There is a mast problem in St. Thomas Exeter that has been an issue for months now. But you have not fixed it. There are loads of O2 customers in my local area that are affected. What are you planning on doing about it?
