@O2 I visited my local o2 store earlier & was given a phone to speak directly to customer services. The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to comprehend my issue or concerns. Very unhelpful service & I’m told I’ll have to wait up to 10 working days for a response! Not good enough

@O2 please please please can you stop your call centres calling my 11 year old son relentlessly on his mobile. They have even been ringing whilst he’s at school. He isn’t an o2 customer and he is too young to be hounded like this. Please could you take action. Thanks.

@O2 Hi Team. I am looking to terminate my contract after the email this morning around changes to T&C's which I am entitled to do. I have been told however I cannot keep my number if I terminate early? Please can you advise?
