@O2 please please please can you stop your call centres calling my 11 year old son relentlessly on his mobile. They have even been ringing whilst he’s at school. He isn’t an o2 customer and he is too young to be hounded like this. Please could you take action. Thanks.

@O2 I visited my local o2 store earlier & was given a phone to speak directly to customer services. The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to comprehend my issue or concerns. Very unhelpful service & I’m told I’ll have to wait up to 10 working days for a response! Not good enough

@LutzSchueler Should I be surprised that @O2 CEO office has not responded to me after 11 days? They gave me a 3 working day SLA. I've sent 2 chase up emails as well and nothing. Really bad company.
