@O2 I visited my local o2 store earlier & was given a phone to speak directly to customer services. The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to comprehend my issue or concerns. Very unhelpful service & I’m told I’ll have to wait up to 10 working days for a response! Not good enough

@O2 Did you not learn your mistakes from the Peter Kay tickets? Don't advertise a service if you can't provide time after time! Your getting paying customers hopes up and once again letting them down. Priority crashed half an hour before the ticket release and is still down now!!
