    @O2 I visited my local o2 store earlier & was given a phone to speak directly to customer services. The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to comprehend my issue or concerns. Very unhelpful service & I’m told I’ll have to wait up to 10 working days for a response! Not good enough

    @O2 please please please can you stop your call centres calling my 11 year old son relentlessly on his mobile. They have even been ringing whilst he’s at school. He isn’t an o2 customer and he is too young to be hounded like this. Please could you take action. Thanks.

    @O2 I kept getting a message there was a problem with your request. Even when I clicked use now. This was exactly at 2:00:03! You need to make more tickets available now virgin media customers can access this. It’s impossible to get a ticket.

    @O2 @virginmedia More excited if you sorted out our Broadband issue and we could have the internet at home for work and education. Trying to fix it - hours of calls, being cut off, dealing with BOTS, asking for same information again, still waiting for a dongle. AVOID

    @O2 @virginmedia @TheO2 Hopefully you get prioritised when they agree to set up your new Broadband and you don't have to wait 13 days so your can work from home and your children can prepare for exams. And they don't even try and fix it..

    @O2 What has happened with customer service with you??? Business account - over 10 connections, 45 employees. Takes me hours to get anything sorted out. On to another supplier I think!!

    @O2 I have been on chat and done your necessary resets and I stil have no signal I have a vulnerable child at school and please explain to me how I'm supposed to be contact by them if I have no signal . What am I paying for ?
