    @O2 I visited my local o2 store earlier & was given a phone to speak directly to customer services. The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to comprehend my issue or concerns. Very unhelpful service & I’m told I’ll have to wait up to 10 working days for a response! Not good enough

    @O2 please please please can you stop your call centres calling my 11 year old son relentlessly on his mobile. They have even been ringing whilst he’s at school. He isn’t an o2 customer and he is too young to be hounded like this. Please could you take action. Thanks.

    @O2 That was in September 2022 and they said they would credit me for the affected area. But it's almost 2023 and they haven't fixed the issues.

    @WeAreOpenreach So an update is the 3rd January at 5pm. So we will have been without service for 17 days. What an absolute joke. I WFH. I've gone through my data and paying through the nose with @O2 for more. Sort it out Openreach. @TalkTalk

    @O2 Day 46 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    Why is data roaming in the USA so slow with @O2?! Been in New York and Boston over the past few weeks and the speed has been at a snails pace for both me and friends worh @O2. Please do better. 🙏🏽

    @O2 Then your network map is a lie. Which isn't a true reflection of network coverage. I spoke to someone in your O2 store in Llandudno and they said your network team keep doing work on the masts but don't complete the work.

    @virginmedia why is your mobile network like being on dial up? The coverage is horrendous. Thought you had partnered with @O2 and it was supposed to be better? Absolute rubbish. #poorservice
