    @O2 please please please can you stop your call centres calling my 11 year old son relentlessly on his mobile. They have even been ringing whilst he’s at school. He isn’t an o2 customer and he is too young to be hounded like this. Please could you take action. Thanks.

    @O2 I visited my local o2 store earlier & was given a phone to speak directly to customer services. The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to comprehend my issue or concerns. Very unhelpful service & I’m told I’ll have to wait up to 10 working days for a response! Not good enough

    Idk what's going on with @O2 signal atm, but for the last few weeks I have no data signal around Crystal Palace at all. Doesn't come back till I get down to Sydenham. Weird

    @O2 @Leic_RedRedRose I’ve had this same issue even though I entered the PAC when I ordered the sim days ago. I’ve been told Monday. I am cabin crew. I go away tomorrow and land 6:30am Monday. Will this affect anything? I can’t stay in the country - it’s my job!

    @O2 They will rob you and lie to you I’m waiting for a refund that they lied to me about still not in my bank account and it’s now Friday I hate this company I hope they all loose their jobs and go homeless and get treated the way they treat people on the phone

    @O2 No that’s ok I probably need help switching to a different supplier. It should not take 3 hours to sort an upgrade and not be told the correct information. Terrible way to treat customers who have been with you for years
