The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to comprehend my issue or concerns. Very unhelpful service & I’m told I’ll have to wait up to 10 working days for a response! Not good enough

They have even been ringing whilst he’s at school. He isn’t an o2 customer and he is too young to be hounded like this. Please could you take action. Thanks.
