@O2 please please please can you stop your call centres calling my 11 year old son relentlessly on his mobile. They have even been ringing whilst he’s at school. He isn’t an o2 customer and he is too young to be hounded like this. Please could you take action. Thanks.

@O2 I visited my local o2 store earlier & was given a phone to speak directly to customer services. The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to comprehend my issue or concerns. Very unhelpful service & I’m told I’ll have to wait up to 10 working days for a response! Not good enough

@O2 any chance of some help please? My father in law is having real difficulties with trying to talk to someone ref his service - supposed to have full coverage at his house yet continually cutting out. He’s had great service before but the lack of human interaction is rubbish!

You know when you get a gut feeling that is normally correct....? I have that feeling! @dhlexpressuk have stolen my iPhone 11, hands down! @O2 now saying it’s my responsibility to chase the ‘supposedly delivered’ item which was not delivered to the address I provided!!! 😤 😡
