@O2 I am a personal customer but when I tried to leave O2 you offered me a business contract as it was the only way you could offer me a good enough deal to stay, if I was told at the time I could lose out on things I would have just left!

@TheO2 so finally got a manager to call me back cutting me off during my conversation not letting me speak or listen to my concerns.When I requested previous calls to be listened, he got high rate and cut the call.When asking his name he didn’t answer! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE @O2

Ordered a new iPhone 12 pro and decided to switch over to @O2 from @EE been with them for years now but their customer service is appalling as well there offers. Plus got told I had to wait 8 weeks for a phone o2 said I could order for next week. Wont be sad to see the back of EE
