Spoke today to o2 - put me through to this company, some angry women was rather sh*ty with me. No refund & I never consented originally so I’m not happy at all with o2 at all.

Left stranded, couldn't get an Uber or check bank accounts. Now you've tried to take £394.14 when my usual bill is £116 and spend caps are in place. Your complaints form is also broken. I will also be withholding payment of line rental for this billing period, as the service has been non existent, I still cannot make phone calls.
