@O2 Currently trying to cancel my contact. Tried numerous times and there are never advisors available online. Call waiting time is minimum 45 minutes! I am going to have to pay extra on my contact if I cannot get through due to your poor systems!

@O2 I am a personal customer but when I tried to leave O2 you offered me a business contract as it was the only way you could offer me a good enough deal to stay, if I was told at the time I could lose out on things I would have just left!

@TheO2 so finally got a manager to call me back cutting me off during my conversation not letting me speak or listen to my concerns.When I requested previous calls to be listened, he got high rate and cut the call.When asking his name he didn’t answer! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE @O2

@TheO2 so disappointed in the lack of customer care I have been with @O2 for 15 years@they cannot seem to solve or even talk about my complaint of why my bill is £1300+ in 6 months,it should’ve be 50% less.Why wont they address my main complaint and talk to me just pass me around

@martins_gerry @O2 Shite aren't they, I get a half decent Internet signal mostly but absolutely appalling phone coverage no matter where I am in the country, have to have it set to WiFi calls constantly and be around a WiFi signal just to make a bloody call half the time

@O2 Don't buy it. I've got it. Problems after Problems and @O2 you have done nothing to help me. You referred me to Samsung who charged me to get it fixed, 7 months old. Goes into brick mode and takes hours to sort, I paid to grt it sorted on Wed, back to brick mode today. Ragin

Nah @O2 you need to sort this out. A mast has been down for WEEKS now and I haven’t had ANY data. I should not be charged for data that I haven’t been able to use. It was supposed to be fixed by today

@O2 wifi calling is no longer working on my phone. I’m quite peeved about this, because when I recently moved house, I realised I had no signal. Rang O2, nearest mast is 5 miles away. Got a Mac code to provide to the only network that does cover this area and transfer was blocked
