@snippetsofem @virginmedia @O2 Depending on your mobile, why not activate WiFi calling on your device where you can make calls through your virgin media router. Such google for you device and add WiFi calling and go from there to get signal.

  • arw84

@imran18791 @Nathan4376 @O2 Should order through third party. Cheaper, more reliable on the same network and only 24m contracts.

  • AaronBudwal
Mr Budwal (@AaronBudwal) reported from Wibsey, England

After 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @O2.

  • n1cky_snape
Nicky (@n1cky_snape) reported from Horbury, England

@O2 Currently trying to cancel my contact. Tried numerous times and there are never advisors available online. Call waiting time is minimum 45 minutes! I am going to have to pay extra on my contact if I cannot get through due to your poor systems!

  • RichieH37745130
Richie Hall (@RichieH37745130) reported from Leeds, England

@virginmedia @O2 Signal normal drops out due to signals from other routers would and can cloud your signal. The intelligent WiFi of the HUB 3.0 will switch between 2.4ghz and 5ghz wnd there is where you will experience the drop connection. My recommendation is a pin hole reset. 👍

  • Rdickinson1987
Roberto. (@Rdickinson1987) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

Hi @O2 I sent my old handset to O2 recycle on 2 February, who confirmed it had been received on 6 February. I was promised it would be looked into last weekend as matter of urgency but still not had a response. Please can you help ? Thank you. Mark.

  • MMatharoo
Mandip Matharoo (@MMatharoo) reported from Leeds, England

@O2 I have been able to connect to it before.. I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.

@2gurlys1kupp @O2 @virginmedia Aye mate it’s horrible. I complained on live chat and got £30 off my bill. Told me it’s now been fixed but it’s still terrible. Virgin WiFi is just as bad.

  • gardenyjamie
    JAMIE HARRIS 💙 🇺🇦 🇪🇺 (@gardenyjamie) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Apparently the phone companies are deliberately shutting down the 4G antennae so that everyone switches over to 5G.

  • Paul_Blackledge
    Paul Blackledge (@Paul_Blackledge) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 I always used to find it amazing that I would get full signal in the desert, miles from the nearest person in Kuwait, yet come home to the U.K. and some very populated places still have zero signal. Crazy planning restrictions stunting growth on masts I would imagine.

  • MrsP1001
    MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported

@scampaboy @kokeshimum @O2 I was in Scotland a couple of years ago, full signal of 4g on remote roads without a house in sight. At home I'm 3 miles from a city and signal is pathetic

  • pmw_77
    Pauline Wardle (@pmw_77) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 I ended up leaving o2 after years as service so bad.
