@O2 signal in HD9 4 not available AGAIN I spent weeks earlier in year with intermittent issues due to "unsble to access to a mast". This keeps on happening. Fed up of paying for an intermittent service.

@virginmedia @O2 Signal normal drops out due to signals from other routers would and can cloud your signal. The intelligent WiFi of the HUB 3.0 will switch between 2.4ghz and 5ghz wnd there is where you will experience the drop connection. My recommendation is a pin hole reset. 👍

@snippetsofem @virginmedia @O2 Depending on your mobile, why not activate WiFi calling on your device where you can make calls through your virgin media router. Such google for you device and add WiFi calling and go from there to get signal.

@O2 For 3 weeks now I’m unable to make phone calls from home because there is a fault with your mast. I need to contact my GP urgently. The solution you have provided is to ring them via WiFi. The surgery only has landlines. Why can’t you fix the problem

@O2 not happy at being cut off 3 times by your call centre then to finally get through to someone working from home who told me they can't help me so they pass me onto another person working from home who says the same thing.... Being going on like for nearly an hour

@O2 just to give Jake at o2 Oldham store a review as I don’t know where else to do it! First class service even with technological failing in the store helped my upgrade on 01/05/2021 helped me upgrade to iPhone 12pro max best customer service I’ve received from o2 thanks Jake

@JohnBirtwistle @O2 Atrocious. Unlike other companies who take a DD payment out on Fri or Mon either side of a weekend due date, O2 don't do that, they suspend outgoing calls, demand payment & threaten to cut the user off! They claim it's a system error but do nowt to fix it, as it keeps happening!

@O2 The mast that has been taken down in Sutton Coldfield is causing terrible issues on a daily basis . How does O2 expect us to work and keep in touch with old,vulnerable parents without a reliable phone signal ?the next update not expected til 20th April now ? Unbelievable!!😡
