@O2 What the hell is going on with your service lately in Leeds LS13 area, calls keep dropping and getting dead rings a lot at the moment. Just on hold for while get through and call goes dead again. 😡😡😤😤

@O2 signal in HD9 4 not available AGAIN I spent weeks earlier in year with intermittent issues due to "unsble to access to a mast". This keeps on happening. Fed up of paying for an intermittent service.

Decided to treat myself to a new phone last week. It’s great having no network for a week especially in the time of a pandemic due to a failed port in and @O2 advisers just fob off with wait another 48hours. #FirstWorldProblems

@Treehk2 @O2 … but their staff encouraging people to cancel direct debits, get into debt and screw their credit rating for 6 years is an absolute disgrace. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing from them. Stay well clear of them.

@O2 Doing this means EVERY password has to be entered for everything. This is a REAL pain. I don't think you realise this. I did just logout and log back in. No change. Why is Seetickets no problem and Ticketmaster is a problem?

@O2 Because I'm a @virginmedia customer, I'm obliged to use a phone. I'm told I'm not allowed to use my PC. So the Ticketmaster site / app pops up, but there is no option to purchase. I fear this issue is because I do not have an O2 account, only Virgin Media for this.
