    Just had a text message from @O2 within 2mins of posting on twitter, shame they weren't on the ball earlier wanting to look after a long standing customer. Thanks to @SkyUK I'mgoing to be £29.50 better per month with far superior package on two phones

    @O2 Hey! Word of advice for your staff - do not be rude when someone calls you to tell you they’ve found a plan that’s half the price and is offering the same. Your pushy advisor was very rude and didn’t want to give me my PAC Code. Sort it out - won’t be coming back!

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    Decided to treat myself to a new phone last week. It’s great having no network for a week especially in the time of a pandemic due to a failed port in and @O2 advisers just fob off with wait another 48hours. #FirstWorldProblems

    @O2 a letter advising payment required for outstanding bill on my mother’s phone, payment had been made on the 23rd July, we are unable to get through to an advisor as the network cuts the line off instead of connecting us to understand why phone blocked.

    @O2 Already tried, still same problem. You must know they is a nationwide problem again with amount of tweets experiencing the same problem as they other week when the network went down

    @O2 I joined O2 from Vodafone 2 weeks ago, the Priority app was one of the reasons. Should’ve stayed with Vodafone, better signal and the first time I want to use Priority it’s down ALL DAY! Then to say you’ve sold all the tickets, disgusting. O2 you really need to up your game 🤬

    @O2 Absolute joke! Been trying to get on since 9am by using a variety of devices, my o2 log in, virgin log in and still now it is not working! The message has now changed from error to we know there is a problem and we are working on it! You would think you would be more prepared!
