Well it looks like I'm now going to have to TETHER so I can actually use some internet on my PC seen as @virginmedia is STILL down in my area. Now all this is gonna come out of my data allowance @O2 , brilliant

Decided to treat myself to a new phone last week. It’s great having no network for a week especially in the time of a pandemic due to a failed port in and @O2 advisers just fob off with wait another 48hours. #FirstWorldProblems

@O2 a letter advising payment required for outstanding bill on my mother’s phone, payment had been made on the 23rd July, we are unable to get through to an advisor as the network cuts the line off instead of connecting us to understand why phone blocked.

128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@O2 Hey! Word of advice for your staff - do not be rude when someone calls you to tell you they’ve found a plan that’s half the price and is offering the same. Your pushy advisor was very rude and didn’t want to give me my PAC Code. Sort it out - won’t be coming back!

Why has @O2 been fixing my brothers iPad for months and keep charging him full price every month when it’s fully insured and he’s not had it back for months ! He’s been on hold for over 16 hours last week alone ! Terrible customer service considering how much he pays !!!
