@O2 I have been able to connect to it before.. I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.

@O2 I've been passed around all week, finally got through to the repair center & I have to wait AGAIN now, for another phone call that probably won't come! Literally the worst service i've ever received & i've had to cancel my trip home for xmas due having no phone! i'm so angry!

128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@O2 You transferred our on call number Friday & haven’t put line you have transferred it to live. We have reported @o2 to the ombudsman. No point DM you unless you are going to sort the issue as I’m sick of o2 time-wasters.

@peterkay_co_uk @o2 #peterkay Don't bother with o2 crap app everyone is getting tickets directly from gigs and tours website. People have fallen hook, line and sinker with all the HYPE. Anyone who wants a ticket and waits will get one at less than face value next year anyway.
