@O2 I've been passed around all week, finally got through to the repair center & I have to wait AGAIN now, for another phone call that probably won't come! Literally the worst service i've ever received & i've had to cancel my trip home for xmas due having no phone! i'm so angry!

@O2 You transferred our on call number Friday & haven’t put line you have transferred it to live. We have reported @o2 to the ombudsman. No point DM you unless you are going to sort the issue as I’m sick of o2 time-wasters.

@O2 I have been able to connect to it before.. I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.
