@O2 please please please can you stop your call centres calling my 11 year old son relentlessly on his mobile. They have even been ringing whilst he’s at school. He isn’t an o2 customer and he is too young to be hounded like this. Please could you take action. Thanks.

128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@O2 I've been passed around all week, finally got through to the repair center & I have to wait AGAIN now, for another phone call that probably won't come! Literally the worst service i've ever received & i've had to cancel my trip home for xmas due having no phone! i'm so angry!

@444molls For the second time this week, @O2 said they'd email me over some stuff to get my phone sent for repair, and failed to do so. I literally pay for insurance, and have to pay a hefty excess, and I get this SHOCKING service. It's taken all week so far. I'm a throw it at them soon.

@O2 your customer service is awful!! I rang up a week ago about my data, get told that they will ring me back within 3 days, 5 days later I get a call just to say there is a fault and engineers are trying to fix it!! It's been 2 months!! How long does it take to fix?

@O2 Any other suggestions? If I do manage to get a connection and have a call, the call will always get terminated. What is going on? I can’t believe I’m having to pay full price for such an unreliable service which literally does not allow me to communicate.

@virginmedia It's happening everywhere since VM went over to @O2 , your employer has done a cheap deal and now thousands of people are forced to live with that bad decision. According to the press this could be the largest number of people porting away since cellnet ! Know your history.
