@virginmedia @O2 what's the point Virgin is as bad as BT I was supposed to have Virgin Broadband & phone installed on Friday got told yesterday it was delayed til December 1st earliest with no reason as to why asked for a 5G router to get me by til then was put on hold for 20 mins then cut off.

@saj_anderson @ubereats_uk @O2 I've had similar problems with Carphone Warehouse. It rears its ugly head sometimes. They say "Royal Mail database fault, get your building reclassified as residential" I say "No, sort yourselves out". Happily doesn't affect voter registration etc.

The way @O2 treats is customers is nothing short of appalling. Had to wait around 90 minutes in store and then get told to call the call centre again as they can’t fix the problem the call centre told me I had to go into a store to have fixed.

@O2 Other people in my family on O2 seem have no issue but I'm SICK of trying to use the net & getting a "no connection" page. For almost £50 a month in this economic crisis it just straight up isn't good enough.

@O2 Hi, is there a way I can find out why my phone constantly has very little/no mobile data connection. The phones fine for everything else, I'm never near the end of my monthly allowance so its not it running out and my location doesn't seem to make a difference either.
