@O2 Currently trying to cancel my contact. Tried numerous times and there are never advisors available online. Call waiting time is minimum 45 minutes! I am going to have to pay extra on my contact if I cannot get through due to your poor systems!

Dear @O2, Today, we had a powercut, which, in turn, highlighted a big issue. The issue? A VERY, poor signal, barely "H+", with a short-lived, spattering of 4G. I do most of my social media interactions via WiFi, so I rarely notice the inadequate signal. CONT.....

@TheO2 so finally got a manager to call me back cutting me off during my conversation not letting me speak or listen to my concerns.When I requested previous calls to be listened, he got high rate and cut the call.When asking his name he didn’t answer! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE @O2

@snippetsofem @virginmedia @O2 Depending on your mobile, why not activate WiFi calling on your device where you can make calls through your virgin media router. Such google for you device and add WiFi calling and go from there to get signal.

@O2 I have been repeatedly trying to get a resolution to my mobile data access issues. I have tried all the checks suggested by MyO2 and have been left as “periodically turn the device off” as a response. Telephoning is worse than useless as your phone system blocks me.

@O2 @hazelwright60 I also received this call, the text that they are sending with a code is coming from an O2 header text. Further up my text chain are genuine texts I’ve had from O2. This is really alarming as on the surface it looks genuine, Caller extremely rude & called me 3 times after hung up
