    @O2 signal in HD9 4 not available AGAIN I spent weeks earlier in year with intermittent issues due to "unsble to access to a mast". This keeps on happening. Fed up of paying for an intermittent service.

    @O2 For 3 weeks now I’m unable to make phone calls from home because there is a fault with your mast. I need to contact my GP urgently. The solution you have provided is to ring them via WiFi. The surgery only has landlines. Why can’t you fix the problem

    Have just received a scam call claiming to be from @O2 with a 40% discount. This appears to be an account take over scam. If you receive this, it will sound genuine. Hang up and contact O2. DO NOT GIVE OUT SECURITY INFO OR PASSCODES - even as a joke.

    @O2 No. I've spent an hour on the phone just to get an upgrade sorted before speaking to customer servs for 30 mins. The upgrade offer is only valid for 72hrs and I have no intention of going through all that again because it takes you 5 days to fix an error you made.

    Got to say glad I’m not a @VodafoneUK customer, sadly my mum is, 5 calls to try & get a human! Automated service is crap & just cuts you off! Had a General question & didn’t like it I couldn’t put her on phone, bit hard as she in hospital 😡 might look to switch her to @O2

    @jaguar pivipro becoming every bit as problematic on my #FPACE as intouch control pro was on my Evoques. Constantly forgets profile. Spotify and incontrol need to be reset as they work then stop.4g signal from built in sim poor maybe you should ditch @O2 as their coverage is 👎
