I'm not interested in @O2 deals for Disney+ or speakers or 5G. I'd just like my network connection to work properly in busy Manchester locations at peak times (...once we are allowed outside again). Too often we have three-bar 4G signal but no data. /endOfRant

128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@O2 I have been able to connect to it before.. I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.

Just upgraded on @O2 who I’m usually so impressed with, but there’s now a signal mast down in my area for the foreseeable which means I can’t be phoned and messages aren’t coming through so I’m missing important calls. Not even contact from them to give any explanation 😤

@primaryteachew @O2 Im not even convinced they’re trying to fix our issue, which gets worse depending on where you are in our part of town. We get the occasional message that someone is working on it, followed by one saying the issue has been resolved then back to square one of flagging it.

@O2 Am new customer. My SIM hasn't arrived in gone 5 working days but logging in to MyO2 you're already billing me for it - although obviously clearly not activated yet. Order says dispatched 30th Nov but LPN tracking number provided not recognised by Royal Mail tracking service.

@primaryteachew @O2 I know it’s a pain when you’re teaching but you just have to call up a few times and stress the inconvenience and danger you’re in as a result and ask to either exit contract early with no repercussions or for them to stop charging until service has resumed.

@primaryteachew @O2 I think we’ve got the same issue, they want to put a 5g mast in our area. They actually wanted to put it in front of our house but the neighbours got it rejected before we moved in.
