    @KyleMarleau @O2 Spoke to @O2 last month, they assured me it was blocked and wouldn’t happen again. Happened again yest. Spoke today to o2 - put me through to this company, some angry women was rather sh*ty with me. No refund & I never consented originally so I’m not happy at all with o2 at all.

    @O2 I have been passed from pillow to post all week, finally got through to the repair center & I have to wait again now for another phone call that probably won't come! Literally the worst service I have ever received & I am so angry!👌

    @O2 accepting that it is physically impossible to get insurance from O2. Waited 40 mins and person couldn’t understand English, called again, over 60 mins on hold then gave up. Never expected this when I signed up :/

    @O2 @chrisstyles44 Chris, having same issue mate, they giving same daft reply on here!!! There happy to provide u pre orders but cant fulfill them!!!! Poor customer service, yet if u go to a 3rd party u can get one straight away

    Really disappointed with @O2, poor customer service, rude In store service, incorrect information given, called O2 help line to be told it could have been sorted in store. So now she’s having to go back to the store to tell them that they can sort it out. #timewasted

    @O2 poor service again today, misinformed by agent...AirPods out of stock, call back and get same agent...AirPods in stock....so order, it’s never processed so have to order via #livechat again. This is not a difficult thing to complete...... #frustrating

    @O2 very happy with service received today, only 12 months into a standard tarrif contract and they offer me to upgrade free of charge 12 months early to a refresh contract and new fone with no upfront cost. Thanks again #SmallGesturesGoAlongWay

    @O2 No they couldn’t tell me how I subscribed. All they wanted was further details about me, which raised my suspicions further. This needs sorting, thousands are making the same complaint online, google 85888. Please can you advise me how to solve this, I’ve already text stop etc 🤯

    I moved house recently and have an iPad with @O2 data. Payment bounced and it is now off the network. After 1 hr + on the phone, they can’t tell me how much I owe them as I can’t receive a text msg to the iPad as it’s disconnected. What do I do ?
