@EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

@O2 a letter advising payment required for outstanding bill on my mother’s phone, payment had been made on the 23rd July, we are unable to get through to an advisor as the network cuts the line off instead of connecting us to understand why phone blocked.

If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

@O2 sat on fone for over an waiting as you’ve taken a payment twice from my account but NOT processed the order, finally get through to someone, they can’t help and have to transfer me...I then get cut off #useless

@O2 @chrisstyles44 Chris, having same issue mate, they giving same daft reply on here!!! There happy to provide u pre orders but cant fulfill them!!!! Poor customer service, yet if u go to a 3rd party u can get one straight away

Congratulations. Been an @O2 customer myself for 15+ years and recommended their service to family and friends. The only thing they've done for me is take my money each month for unused data, texts, minutes etc.

@O2 poor service again today, misinformed by agent...AirPods out of stock, call back and get same agent...AirPods in stock....so order, it’s never processed so have to order via #livechat again. This is not a difficult thing to complete...... #frustrating

Such tempting offers from @BTGroup for mobile service. As we have all other @bt_uk stuff may give them a try. Been with @O2 for years no problems but no incentive to stay when contract up next month. #dontbitchswitch

@O2 Hi, It's not a phone issue. The issue is with how you have ported her account over. Still isn't sorted, yesterday we were told it would be resolved it 24hrs! Yeah 🤨. Horrendous service. Luckily her relatives in the Ukraine still have data and can still contact her via WhatsApp.

My @O2 signal is shockingly bad in the canton area of Cardiff. Which is weird as it’s so close to the city centre 🤔 even though I had 4G, my data just wouldn’t work! I really miss @EE signal was brilliant everywhere I went, I’ll be returning very soon!
