    @O2 It’s an issue for everyone, not just me. Either delist it from your website as it’s obviously not in stock. It still says next day delivery right now. That’s 100% fraud. I demand to deal with it publicly.

    @O2 this week I am currently experiencing poor network coverage. I have rebooted my phone so many times. Even when out and about I have no 3G/4G nothing. I cannot even get through to you on your app or when I call Can you please support and advise

    @O2 Ok just got a scam text telling me my bill is overdue and to follow the link to update my payment details. So been on my o2 to find the telephone no. To tell you of the scam. Given up! Just been round n round no numbers. Terrible service.

    @O2 A very mixed service today. Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Another 35 mins on hold and finally got through!

    @O2 - 2nd time got through to Customer Services rep Neil Clarke. Excellent service and very informative. A credit to your team and he could certainly have taught the first guy something. Please try to reduce hold times though took me nearly 2 hours in total 😬

    @SamsungUK I have taken part in your @02 earbuds promotion that ended last night. Phone been delivered but no information on how to claim @O2 just given a number as its not their problem the number that tells me its won't connect. Can you help as shocking customer service so far

    @O2 Been going round and round in circles with your app and 202 service. I simply want to pay off a device plan but it seems like it would be easier for me to lay a golden egg. Fiona on your live chat is not helpful at all.

    @O2 I have upgraded my phone early December to a s20,I have had problems with all my calls lasting maybe 1 minute before it goes dead and sometimes my texts dont go through! I have had a new sim still no joy. I have reset network, I am sick of getting in contact with o2

    @O2 why is it I’ve tried for 7 months to cancel my contract but you never respond to my emails, my calls are always cut & I can’t access my account... sort it out and stop charging me!!!!
