People should know… if you transfer your number to @O2 then you better leave it there for the length of your contract or moving it will terminate it. Service in Nottingham so awful it makes little odds but they act like the #mafia never knew this would be allowed in 2022.

Dad got rushed to hospital still in and @O2 connection is still not working in my house or mums @virginmedia mobile same problem (according to there test it’s fine) well try using it here especially when a loved one is ill and you can’t even connect a phone call &it’s a main road

@dez101notout @virginmedia @O2 I don't have 5G. Nor do I want it. Everything is now all Vodafone it used to be EE. I don't want to switch back to O2. Their customer service was good but at Midnight they turn down the signal. I've a dual sim with O2 pay+go too. It drops every night to nothing like clockwork.

@AntonisAnthony @O2 Took Virgin Media to CISAS and won over the lack of service, didn’t need those idiots chasing us over bad debt - for a company that’s so bad at providing basic internet and TV service, they’re really good at hounding people for money. @AntonisAnthony @O2 Were trying to buy a house so didn’t need them ruining my credit score seeking their blood money. O2 also very good at money chasing but surprisingly bad at refunding when they’re the ones at fault. Neither company invests in customer service or competent staff by looks of it.
