Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! I constantly have issues logging into myo2 app because I use a different email address for my o2 and virgin media accounts. Constantly asked to link the accounts which I do then I cant log into the apps.
