Service in Nottingham so awful it makes little odds but they act like the #mafia never knew this would be allowed in 2022.

Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

Also, you are down in Liverpool and suddenly it shows you are having maintenance until 31st of August...no communications for this either!
