Really poor customer service from @O2. Phone account hacked yesterday and hackers change my tariff, order new phone and deactivate my phone. Having tried to speak to O2, I’ve had my calls and texts disabled, a new phone I haven’t ordered sent to someone who isn’t me and my bill

@O2 It’s happened in multiple areas, no signal or internet it’s beyond a joke. It’s been happening for over 6 weeks now. I pay £85 for a terrible service, why would I have to pay for this contract any longer?

@ThreeUK @o2 just driven most of the length of the #Sheffield parkway with 1 bar. Call failed. How can the signal be so bad in one of the UK’s biggest cities? I’d understand if I was in the middle of the Cotswolds.

@O2 Five calls to 202. Once after 15 minutes on hold a message asks which number you should send a questionnaire to and then hangs up. Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

People should know… if you transfer your number to @O2 then you better leave it there for the length of your contract or moving it will terminate it. Service in Nottingham so awful it makes little odds but they act like the #mafia never knew this would be allowed in 2022.

@virginmedia @O2 Its definitely you lot Robin as your broadband service was a disgrace when I moved to you and I had to pay out for cancelling contract early. If this is what’s to come O2 then you will a customer of over 15 years.

@bt_uk Once I can contact my parents I get the info, I have to wait for them to get to an area with mobile signal & they call me. It's crazy it's only in South Wales near Chepstow yet no @O2 or any mobile company has signal so can't even call 999.

@O2 I’ve had no signal on my phone for a week now; you said a mast wasn’t working (200m from our house), but would be by 20 May. Now it won’t be until 27 May. That’s 2 weeks without signal…do I get a refund and WHEN will the mast be mended??
