O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Karl (@karldj83) reported@lestereverton80 @O2 Same the signal everywhere is shite
-
Robert Kondrat (@NinjaNetworkz) reported@O2 Can you investigate a possible Emergency Alerts Cell Broadcast issue around RG18? Two separate O2 phones at the same location failed to receive the UK Gov wildfire Emergency Alert on 14 August. Both were on 4G/5G with Emergency Alerts enabled, and alert history is empty.
-
Craig Turnbull (@pooliemadone84) reported@O2 why is it no matter where I am in the uk there’s always a problem with streaming or phone signal! You’re supposed to be the best coverage out there but it’s a daily occurrence
-
Karen McCormick (@MrsMac1412) reported@O2 is it possible to find out why the o2 signal in RG45 area is still so bad, missing calls left right and centre over here!! Needs sorting sooner rather than later 🙄
-
Jon Thompson (@JohnnyFocal) reportedOk - what has @o2 done to fix their mistake of trying to improve my service by cutting me off? Absolutely nothing - ultimately useless
-
Anna Thurman (@AnnaThurmanLDN) reported@O2 your network is an absolute joke. In the City of London both 4G & 5G are non existent!! If I had to make a call to save my life, I would be dead!
-
ShinP3ngy (@NotSoP3ng) reported@lloydoh17 @O2 Yh constant dead zones and it’s getting worse they keep texting saying there working in the postcodes but still it’s getting worse and then the customer service getting through the constant app glitches they can say what they want but it’s getting by weirder since the merger
-
Andrew (the *****) (@Andrewislington) reported@O2:Our network’s slow because the entire country won’t stop doomscrolling. Ideas? Mel B: Sorted. I’ll pre-record a load of painfully awkward messages telling people to put the phone down and touch grass… then we’ll just rebrand the lag as our brand-new “Scroll Stopper” feature
-
Ж (@momoalas93) reported@Ikram_hhh @O2 I think it’s just any uk company … on a mountain in the balkans had better service than some main roads in the uk
-
Nigel Jones (@planetf1) reported@ajgbarnes @O2 don’t they have a price-cap anyway (certainly ee and voda do) so you could set that to 0,or low. So at worst would just stop working. You could get an esim to top up if needed. that being said crazy to not have a way of checking
