    @O2 Five calls to 202. Once after 15 minutes on hold a message asks which number you should send a questionnaire to and then hangs up. Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 Ok just got a scam text telling me my bill is overdue and to follow the link to update my payment details. So been on my o2 to find the telephone no. To tell you of the scam. Given up! Just been round n round no numbers. Terrible service.

    @Katie_Lewis_ @O2 Pretty sweet deal. I use google maps all day for work so need 100GB minimum. What I’ve noticed with @O2 that’s been annoying me recently is that in some places 3G won’t work any more to load internet apps. That never used to be an issue before 5G got released. 😐

    @EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

    @O2 ******* joke, someone's stole my number and charging to my mobile account, nothing you'll do to support. Fraud takes 1-5working days to even acknowledge. Been without service for 4 days, support chat can't even tell me what's going or return my number. Absolute sham service!

    @O2 so I left o2 this month was told I could leave without an early charge. Called several times and this is confirmed. However you still have sent me a nearly £400 bill! Been told several times it will be credited yet still not done! Support has been shocking

    @sullyk123 It's all over the UK, I have just travelled around the south of England and couldn't get signal in 75% of places visited @o2 what is going on. It was the same in birmgham where I live about a month ago and also only just got back to normal.

    @O2 @MoneySavingExp Just had emails to say that my monthly plan with O2 will increase by £2.50 in April rather than £1.80. No explanation as to why? Can you help? I have 2 plans with you and both of these cost under £17 so I'm looking at about a 15% rise.
