@O2 is there something wrong with coverage at the moment or is my lack of internet coverage/slow loading because I’ve ignored you when you want me to early upgrade 🙄 been with you years and my deals are rubbish! I use my phone for work… this isn’t good enough

  • grannypatt
Pat Waistnidge (@grannypatt) reported from Sheffield, England

Congratulations. Been an @O2 customer myself for 15+ years and recommended their service to family and friends. The only thing they've done for me is take my money each month for unused data, texts, minutes etc.

  • MrScoops76
Lee (@MrScoops76) reported from Hucknall under Huthwaite, England

@O2 hello. My phone number hasn't transferred from EE yet, and i still can't sign in to my 02 app. It's been 3 days.

  • SLThomas99
Sara Thomas (@SLThomas99) reported from Sheffield, England

@O2 A very mixed service today. Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Another 35 mins on hold and finally got through!

  • titchyowl
titch🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@titchyowl) reported from Brinsworth, England

@ThreeUK @o2 just driven most of the length of the #Sheffield parkway with 1 bar. Call failed. How can the signal be so bad in one of the UK’s biggest cities? I’d understand if I was in the middle of the Cotswolds.

@pmw_77 @scampaboy @O2 Best ever yesterday. Absolutely no phone signal at Manchester airports brand new terminal 2. Could not connect to wifi. Couldn’t access tickets to check in for our flights. Had to go and stand outside to get a ******* signal. 😭

    Mark Jones (@MarkJon63305554) reported

@Breeze_16 @O2 Call o2 on 202. It's a scam, I just called as received couple of emails re this and asking me to sign in.

  • StuartBain1986
    StuartB (@StuartBain1986) reported

@o2 you’re 5g and general signal quality is god awful 👍 can’t wait to move network

  • behrendtio
Mario Behrendt | AI Founder (@behrendtio) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 One could argue you’re in Huddersfield. It’s not the “highest priority area” to build infrastructure let’s say. But I’m in London and during a typical commute on an overground train I lose my signal entirely at least 3 times. Both on EE and Vodafone. Incredible.

  • totfinsol
    blueShrew (@totfinsol) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Simple. The last government scraped the plan to role out 5G masts which were to be built by Huawei which a Chinese company. Because the US don’t trust China they told us we couldn’t either and so the role out never happen. Any 5G bandwidth is being used by the war effort.

  • jonR1939056
    dr_yugoslavia444 (@jonR1939056) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Because the UK internet infrastructure is old, it's a patchwork of systems from different eras. Less developed countries have a newer total network

  • EggrollsByam
    Eggrolls (@EggrollsByam) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 I’m with EE and around where I live there are many large areas where I get zero signal. In my house I get one bar of 4G on a good day.

  • LJRyder16
Dowager Duchess Louise Ryder (@LJRyder16) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Same in Bristol Patchy/no signal in many areas Report it-O2 claim 'they're working on a mast' It never improves Its just sometimes worse than others

  • gems_endgame
    Gem🧣 (@gems_endgame) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 I live near four major cities. On 4G I can’t get an internet connection, cuts out constantly mid calls as soon as drops from 5G to 4G. O2 is broken.
