    @virginmedia @O2 Its definitely you lot Robin as your broadband service was a disgrace when I moved to you and I had to pay out for cancelling contract early. If this is what’s to come O2 then you will a customer of over 15 years.

    @O2 trying to call 444 today, never connected. Plenty of credit. Phone receiving calls, able to call other numbers so not a network issue. Any ideas?

    @O2 Five calls to 202. Once after 15 minutes on hold a message asks which number you should send a questionnaire to and then hangs up. Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 - 2nd time got through to Customer Services rep Neil Clarke. Excellent service and very informative. A credit to your team and he could certainly have taught the first guy something. Please try to reduce hold times though took me nearly 2 hours in total 😬

    @ThreeUK @o2 just driven most of the length of the #Sheffield parkway with 1 bar. Call failed. How can the signal be so bad in one of the UK’s biggest cities? I’d understand if I was in the middle of the Cotswolds.

    Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

    @O2 A very mixed service today. Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Another 35 mins on hold and finally got through!

    @O2 ello... I just tried registering a new PAYG SIM I'd bought in store with a £10 Big Bundle, but being told there's no credit. When I phoned 4444, apparently systems are down. How long does it take new credit to register, or are the systems just farged generally right now?

    absolutely disgusted with @O2's service. Told in store by their gurus that bills were up to date on 18th, only to have phone disconnected on 20th WHILST ALONE ABROAD! Then told by online team there is nothing they can do unless i call them... With no access to another phone.

    Got to say very poor service from @O2 in Lincoln 5th time in the store trying to sort out upgrade but constantly told have to wait as operating a virtual queue fair enough but have more than 1 staff member serving.

    @O2 what is that poor excuse you call coverage between the channel opening and Centre of london. Really poor. French telco serves under the channel 4G. Then we’re out in@to UK to have your up and down Edge to 3G to@nothing.

    @O2 new customer, paid deposit, passed credit check, received legal docs via email. Then an error on your website. Spoke to customer service, advised to try again. Paid deposit, due to 2nd credit check and system seeing legal docs from previous attempt, declined. What’s going on?

    @O2 why do you have physical stores again? I had 3 different issues I needed to resolve, none of which the store ‘could help with’. It’s a shame that you are paying rent and wages to people for them to say ‘call customer service’
