-
Kieran Jones (@kezlos) reportedHey @O2. Sort your network out. I pay £300 a month for a business contract with 3 other devices, can’t do basic things using 4 or 5G l, which affects my business operations. Work away a lot and can’t ******* facetime my boy as it forever says ‘poor signal strength’ JOKE!!
-
Max (@maxwaa) reported@O2 This is the problem, your app and your sites never show issues but I know exactly where I hit dead zones, where I struggle with slow/no loading data. Your coverage maps are incorrect.
-
Otis Parris (@parriso56) reported@O2 why is your coverage so poor at Potternewton Park Leeds LS7 4HA. In fact is poor in at postcode LS7 3LZ. If you get 2 bars of 5G. In fact in a lot of cases I get E. Who can forget the Edge network. You have the Leeds West Indian Carnival up. What should be a day of sharing content you don’t get anything. I suppose a temporary mast which Leeds Festival gets from all the networks we don’t qualify.
-
Fliss Hawksworth 🐝🐝🐝 (@FHawksworth) reported@valhumphreys51 Unfortunately unable to see the rest of your posts because my broadband is down and my mobile provider is @O2 and they are hopeless, providing me with no wifi, hardly any signal and charging me an arm and a leg for the privilege. Sorry for passive aggression.
-
Cody (@CodyButton77) reported@O2 STILL charging me for a phone contract that I finished payments for in December 2025. Cancelled the contract as shown on the @O2 website and still being billed monthly even after calling customer service 3 times. Very disappointed after being a loyal customer for many years.

Arsènism (@arsenism123) reported@TakeThatClouds @O2 Google did a similar stunt recently: My phone is missing, and I need to use "Find my device" in another device. I have provided my email id and password. Only way they will allow me login to the phone is via - A notification, or SMS, call, email(can't login) to the missing phone.
-
David Holdsworth (@holds32039) reported@TakeThatClouds @O2 Bought phone outright. Monthly SIM. If SIM goes wrong cancel contract and get new one. 10 days in and I’ve used 0.85Gb. WTF are people using 60Gb on?
