Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! I’m getting 5–10 calls a week at this point and it’s beyond frustrating. I’ve politely asked to be removed from their list around 9 or 10 times now and today, when I pointed out that I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, they simply slammed the phone down on me. How on earth do you actually get yourself removed from whatever ridiculous list these companies seem to have you on? Surely I can’t be the only one dealing with this nonsense?
