When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

Also, you are down in Liverpool and suddenly it shows you are having maintenance until 31st of August...no communications for this either!

Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Many councils refuse planning because of local opposition and pressure groups. In addition the forced swap out from Chinese telco equipment massively delayed expansion of the networks. UK is now 5yrs behind.

Crazy planning restrictions stunting growth on masts I would imagine.
