Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

Want to buy a new phone, tried going in the shop and couldn't get seen, tried buying online repeatedly and there's errors and won't go through, tried calling the number the error message gave and it said it's not in use. I get it @O2, you don't want me and I'll find another place
