Dad got rushed to hospital still in and @O2 connection is still not working in my house or mums @virginmedia mobile same problem (according to there test it’s fine) well try using it here especially when a loved one is ill and you can’t even connect a phone call &it’s a main road

@O2 When you pre order your new iPhone 14 pro max in deep purple and leave a deposit. Told to pick up 10th october only to go in an no phone to be there waiting for you. Such a disappointment. Shocking customer service and leaving customers unhappy an not satisfied with staff

@O2 Terrible customer service was told I was getting a refund on the 17th feb which could take up to 15 days. Phoned up again as no sign of refund. Asked to put in a complaint on the 4th but no manager in.Manager will phone on Mon 6th… still no call. Phoned today again to complain

Another day, another email (following yesterday's letter!) from @O2 chasing payment for a contract that was cancelled in the cooling off period after it was mis-sold, and the SIM never used. Official complaint has until Monday to be responded to before ombudsman is contacted.
