@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

@ThreeUK @o2 just driven most of the length of the #Sheffield parkway with 1 bar. Call failed. How can the signal be so bad in one of the UK’s biggest cities? I’d understand if I was in the middle of the Cotswolds.

Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

@O2 Five calls to 202. Once after 15 minutes on hold a message asks which number you should send a questionnaire to and then hangs up. Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

@O2 daughter has been charged £750 for a phone returned in her cooling off period. Return acknowledged. So far ten phone conversations with agents, promises of resolution but no action. Disgraceful and so stressful. £750 missing from bank account! Ombudsman next.
