    @EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

    @O2 poor service again today, misinformed by agent...AirPods out of stock, call back and get same agent...AirPods in stock....so order, it’s never processed so have to order via #livechat again. This is not a difficult thing to complete...... #frustrating

    Nice to see @O2 putting their tariffs up AGAIN... I don’t seem to recall getting any discount or refund after that huge outage last year either... finding a new network provider is on my list of things to do tomorrow for sure... 🤔😤

    Just one month of my contract with @o2 left then I will change provider. Customer for over 10 years definitely moving to a provider who hopefully will appreciate and value good customers. @bt_uk

    Congratulations. Been an @O2 customer myself for 15+ years and recommended their service to family and friends. The only thing they've done for me is take my money each month for unused data, texts, minutes etc.

    If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

    @o2 I’m having a real issue with o2. I’ve tried every avenue with no result.Apparently when you buy a phone In store they can’t help on the phone. I’m a key worker in the NHS this is my first day off could really do with not spending it chasing people who keep passing me on !!!

    @O2 @philroue10 It is disgusting. I tried you and left EE. Never a decent signal. My mate sitting next to me was on Ladbrokes putting his footy bets on, he is EE and got straight on. I had to ask him to lay my bets on his account as O2 was giving me no signal. Same every week. Only WIFI works

    @O2 I am beyond disgusted by how appalling and unhelpful your customer service is. It never used to be this bad! Trying to speak to someone on the app and all I keep getting is repetitive useless responses that don’t help my problem! I’ve been waiting since Wed for a reply on here
