O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Dave (@rdaved) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Had you considered a different network or trying one of those eSims that piggyback on other networks?
-
JAMIE HARRIS 💙 🇺🇦 🇪🇺 (@gardenyjamie) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Apparently the phone companies are deliberately shutting down the 4G antennae so that everyone switches over to 5G.
-
Andy Reynolds (@oit_andy) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Yep, I live in Milnrow, signal is fine there but if I drive up Huddersfield road or Todmorden road the signal completely disappears. It’s hilarious when they add another number to the “G” when some places in the U.K. haven’t event got 1G.
-
rocknroller912 (@rocknroller912) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Hills, tall buildings, metal frame buildings all block the signal.
-
Skimo (@SkimoBeats) reported@O2 Yes, to go to a store. Which isnt close. And would have to go out of way to go there. They of course are unable to confirm if they will have the same issue. For confirmation, there is absolutely no issue with any of my cards (I have tried 4 so far). It's ridiculous.
-
hakology (@hakology) reported@kokeshimum @O2 i live less than 100ft from a cell phone mast ... yet i get 0 signal ... weird that? and im on 02 aka giffgaff
-
I can't remember most the time. (@DavidCo73785574) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Across Europe the phone companies share mast access that's why you never lose signal. For some bizarre reason in the UK they don't share the beacons. I travel all over Europe with no signal loss. In the UK I have multiple black spots even in high population areas.
-
Rachael dilloway (@shrewsrachael) reported@O2 please sort the network out in shrewsbury town centre as I can’t use my data allowance to get online
-
Skimo (@SkimoBeats) reported@O2 I struggle to accept that you don't know about this issue already. It's been over a week now. I moved to O2 from 3, because I thought your service was better. I'm quickly finding out, sadly, it's no different.
-
Pauline Wardle (@pmw_77) reported@kokeshimum @scampaboy @O2 Event venues often have signal jammers to prevent live streaming. Supermarkets are just as bad, use our app to get discounts etc then can’t use it due to metal building and no working WiFi
