@EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

@o2 I’m having a real issue with o2. I’ve tried every avenue with no result.Apparently when you buy a phone In store they can’t help on the phone. I’m a key worker in the NHS this is my first day off could really do with not spending it chasing people who keep passing me on !!!

If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

@peterMo17516333 @O2 It’s horrifying a massive company can do it a customer who has been with them for 13 years on something I genuinely knew nothing about and didn’t get any notifications about. I would never of made the calls if I had known the tariff hadn’t started as it said on my 02 app it did
