    @virginmedia @O2 Its definitely you lot Robin as your broadband service was a disgrace when I moved to you and I had to pay out for cancelling contract early. If this is what’s to come O2 then you will a customer of over 15 years.

    @O2 A very mixed service today. Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Another 35 mins on hold and finally got through!

    @O2 is an absolute joke. I have little to zero signal at all and my mum has none at all. She has seizures and no way of contacting anyone if anything happens due to this. Absolutely sick of it, been a well over a week. #O2 get it sorted 🤬😡

    @O2 Currently trying to cancel my contact. Tried numerous times and there are never advisors available online. Call waiting time is minimum 45 minutes! I am going to have to pay extra on my contact if I cannot get through due to your poor systems!

    @O2 - 2nd time got through to Customer Services rep Neil Clarke. Excellent service and very informative. A credit to your team and he could certainly have taught the first guy something. Please try to reduce hold times though took me nearly 2 hours in total 😬

    @O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

    Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

    @O2 Hi. I'm trying to access the Priority App as a Virgin Media customer. It verifies my account but I never get sent the 6 digit access code. Spoken to Virgin and they know nothing.

    Have to say absolutely first class customer service from @AffordableMob nothing was too much trouble for them @O2 really could learn a lot from them when it comes to customer service as @O2 customer service is very poor & virtually non existent in comparison

    I've spent 20 minutes on @O2 website trying to get a PAC code. It's not clear. Can't do I by text it seems because I've got more than one SIM, help and contact options takes me round in a loop. What ethical reason could there be for making it so hard?

    @O2 Every month I have to ask why the 4G signal is so ****** in Newry and you give the same response “look at this weblink to see why” and NOTHING states why!! I am sick to death of paying for a contracted amount of GB’s that I can’t use because 4G doesn’t work!!!!

    @O2 my son has complained regarding his and wife's service for months, it has fell on deaf ears, or a repetitive attempt to resolve. Which I witnessed in the O2 shop in Irvine, Ayrshire by the store manager. Why has a manager not called my son to attempt some sort of resolution?
