    @O2 is an absolute joke. I have little to zero signal at all and my mum has none at all. She has seizures and no way of contacting anyone if anything happens due to this. Absolutely sick of it, been a well over a week. #O2 get it sorted 🤬😡

    @ThreeUK @o2 just driven most of the length of the #Sheffield parkway with 1 bar. Call failed. How can the signal be so bad in one of the UK’s biggest cities? I’d understand if I was in the middle of the Cotswolds.

    Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

    @virginmedia @O2 Its definitely you lot Robin as your broadband service was a disgrace when I moved to you and I had to pay out for cancelling contract early. If this is what’s to come O2 then you will a customer of over 15 years.

    @SamsungMobile I bought a watch yesterday from an @EE store. I was told I could connect to my @O2 phone via Bluetooth. However.... its its just not recognising my device. Its a Samsung s20 ... please help 😭😭😭 I was so excited now gutted!

    @O2 your customer service is atrocious. My elderly father has rang five times to cancel his contract, he failed the security questions because he was confused so they asked for last three digits of bank account and date of birth which was correct yet they said call back later wtf

    @hanwilsonxox @O2 I’ve sent these idiots my phone too, which they have received but haven’t confirmed. No doubt when they process the payment it will be as far off the quotation as possible. Has to be one of the worst services I’ve ever used in all my life 🤨🤨🤨

    @O2 Apparently you could not provide me with my security question for security purposes. Beats me. Apparently this is standard fare now but it makes no sense. Problem resolved though, managed to get phone on long enough to received the code I needed to upgrade

    @O2 there’s def something going on with accessing stuff as I’m having issues with a few apps on my phone as in not being able to access. Always when data on. Been for the past few hours at least. Is there anything untoward your end? Theres few other tweets with similar issue.

    @O2 Is there an issue with logging in online? 1st won’t recognise password then won’t recognise reset text code now can’t speak to anyone to assist with getting access?! Frustrating
