Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

@ThreeUK @o2 just driven most of the length of the #Sheffield parkway with 1 bar. Call failed. How can the signal be so bad in one of the UK’s biggest cities? I’d understand if I was in the middle of the Cotswolds.

@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

@virginmedia @O2 Its definitely you lot Robin as your broadband service was a disgrace when I moved to you and I had to pay out for cancelling contract early. If this is what’s to come O2 then you will a customer of over 15 years.

@O2 Nope, wasn’t working even at the stations and they have been lots of stops. It’s very weird because the signal in England and 4G was absolutely shocking but as soon as the train gets towards Scotland, it works fine 🙄

Since joining around 4 years ago, I’ve had nothing but stupid first world problems with @O2 while sat in 4g environments. Programmes not loading, web pages taking forever, took about 10 minutes to send this tweet. For the modern day it’s really daft.

@O2 u txted me to say u fixed a issue in BS1 area of Bristol and yet the speed is 0.52mb. Not even fast enough for me to log on to online banking to buy something in the shop so how could u of fixed the issue when the speed is not even 1MB

@O2 Same area. 3 different phones/sims. It’s just a poor service. Pretty used it. 4g doesn’t actually mean anything on your network. I’m not sure DM’ing you means anything. I have over 12 months left on a contract and you are supplying the bare minimum to hold me to that contract.
