    @O2 A very mixed service today. Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Another 35 mins on hold and finally got through!

    @O2 It’s an issue for everyone, not just me. Either delist it from your website as it’s obviously not in stock. It still says next day delivery right now. That’s 100% fraud. I demand to deal with it publicly.

    If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

    @o2 I’m having a real issue with o2. I’ve tried every avenue with no result.Apparently when you buy a phone In store they can’t help on the phone. I’m a key worker in the NHS this is my first day off could really do with not spending it chasing people who keep passing me on !!!

    @O2 I need to make a serious complaint to a supervisor. My Apple Watch has disappeared from my bill, I’ve been calling since January to have it sorted, but each time I keep getting passed around and no one can solve this. I’ve now run out of patience, I need a manager to call

    @UKPowerNetworks @andrew_s_levy It also took out the mobile phone network @O2 That was a major outage and the system seems v vulnerable if a single fault can cause such widespread power loss.
