    @O2 Now I just found out it’s a credit to my @o2 account even though the terminology used was refund. No small matter of £3500 + over just 2 months.Put another complaint in which could take 24hrs.I’ve been with O2 from the start when they took over my contract from BT. Massive worry

    @O2 @02 shambles the worry of another £2200 bill coming out by mistake is massive.I’ve complained saying I’ve been getting the same data usage warnings even though I’m on a unlimited data contract No wonder people have breakdowns with money worry’s if this is the service you operate

    @O2 Terrible customer service was told I was getting a refund on the 17th feb which could take up to 15 days. Phoned up again as no sign of refund. Asked to put in a complaint on the 4th but no manager in.Manager will phone on Mon 6th… still no call. Phoned today again to complain

    @o2 I’m having a real issue with o2. I’ve tried every avenue with no result.Apparently when you buy a phone In store they can’t help on the phone. I’m a key worker in the NHS this is my first day off could really do with not spending it chasing people who keep passing me on !!!

    @O2 When you pre order your new iPhone 14 pro max in deep purple and leave a deposit. Told to pick up 10th october only to go in an no phone to be there waiting for you. Such a disappointment. Shocking customer service and leaving customers unhappy an not satisfied with staff

    @O2 just wanted to say how good the service was at your store at the O2 at Greenwich today. Major hassles getting PAC codes to leave my current provider, but your store team were all friendly, patient, professional and thorough. Awesome service. Thank you. 👏

    @O2 customer service has to be the most shocking ones Iv come across, to have the phone cut on me after waiting 45mins by the person I was speaking to because she didn’t know what she was doing and now having to wait another 45mins 😡 in two minds to cancel my contract!

    @O2 I was content with your service but when I had 100GB I could use 100GB in Europe. Now with unlimited I pay more, but I can only use 25GB in Europe before you charge £3.50/GB. Your marketing says "use data like at home". It's misleading and I'm looking for a new provider.
