@O2 ...in my 8 years as your customer, the time one spends whilst their 'call is in a queue' has been progressively getting longer. I tried calling over the weekend and got tired after being in a queue for 2 hours. This morning, i also got tired after being in a queue for 2 hours

@SamsungMobile I bought a watch yesterday from an @EE store. I was told I could connect to my @O2 phone via Bluetooth. However.... its its just not recognising my device. Its a Samsung s20 ... please help 😭😭😭 I was so excited now gutted!

@O2 Terrible customer service was told I was getting a refund on the 17th feb which could take up to 15 days. Phoned up again as no sign of refund. Asked to put in a complaint on the 4th but no manager in.Manager will phone on Mon 6th… still no call. Phoned today again to complain

@virginmedia @O2 what's the point Virgin is as bad as BT I was supposed to have Virgin Broadband & phone installed on Friday got told yesterday it was delayed til December 1st earliest with no reason as to why asked for a 5G router to get me by til then was put on hold for 20 mins then cut off.

@O2 I am not happy with the changes to the Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement, but you have made it very difficult to end my contract as I would also have to pay off my Device Plan immediately. This feels like I am being trapped into remaining a customer. Can you comment please?

@Timmus_TSET @O2 I hate how you can't cancel some bolt-ons like insurance unless you call them. And if you can't get through to them then you just have to keep paying. Happened to me for months at the start of the pandemic for a phone I don't even use anymore. I just pay for the sim now LOL
