    So sick of not getting any signal with @o2 whilst at home. Calls either drop out, unable make a call or cant receive calls and they go straight to VM. So frustrating! 🙈 reported & get told 'everything is fine' - so embarrassing when on calls with work. #timetochangenetwork

    @O2 We then had to visit your store in Barking as we wanted to upgrade 2 phones but the sales advisors were not interested at all, unaware of your offers which made me change my mind. The service received was so appalling. Never been treated like this in the 12 years with O2 2/2

    Hello @O2 any suggestions please on how to get my new phone & contract activated? I’ve been waiting since Thurs - doing it online doesn’t work as apparently it’s ‘complex’ and I have called you twice, both times advised it’s in progress, however NOTHING has happened. Help!

    @O2 hi just wondering if there's any issues in the wakefield area? I'm showing 4g+ but I have a weak signal and my phone just seems to constantly buffer when trying to watch a video or load images. Thanks
