@O2 The virtual assistance is not helpful at all, and keeps sending me the same answer. I just want to cancel my contract. I have been with you for over a decade. It shouldn't be this hard.

@paulm844 @O2 @Ofcom Mine's gone from £12 to £14 in 10 months. OK, it's only a couple of quid, but everything's going up. They're blaming increased data use, though the data service here is rubbish. Half the time I can only get 3G.

@O2 Passed to 3 different people , non would let me pay of the £18.43 I owe. Not capable of putting me through to the correct department? How on earth would customers ever go with or stay with you with this sort of awful customer service ? Probably now the worst I’ve ever had

Naomi Taylor (@naomitaylorart) reported
@O2 every week i’m on the app for 2pm to get the Odeon tickets and the ‘use now’ button comes up and I click it but it says ‘sorry there is a problem with your request’ I used to be able to get tickets when I pressed the use now button as am there exactly on time. So frustrating

@AidanGarnish @O2 @Ofcom Tbh I wish I'd stayed with Three; it was only because of the combined Volt benefits of Virgin+O2, and because of the roaming. Obvs I knew RPI+3.9% but given current situation it just feels like being fleeced. Service is also mucho **** compared to Three; O2 coverage terrible!

@philrandall @O2 The Office for National Statistics no longer regards RPI as an official measure of inflation. My broadband supplier doing the same BUT has recognised how difficult price increases are at this awful time of being British so have decided to give us a 3 months let off. Why can't @o2
