So sick of not getting any signal with @o2 whilst at home. Calls either drop out, unable make a call or cant receive calls and they go straight to VM. So frustrating! 🙈 reported & get told 'everything is fine' - so embarrassing when on calls with work. #timetochangenetwork

@O2 I’ve been overcharged on my bill due to a mistake in your side, causing me to go overdrawn, and I’m now being told that you guys won’t be able to refund the money until my next bill in 4 weeks?! I’ve been with O2 for around 20 years and this is by far the worst experience.

@O2 your customer service is very rubbish, simple number change you can’t do? It’s been 48 hours and you’ve disconnected both numbers but You said it will only take 24? This is very inconvenient as I can’t receive or make calls or texts

@O2 I give them all required security information at store, but the system said wrong. After 3 wrong, system blocked my accounts for 24 hr & require to visit store every day-is that what you advising? If u can not help, which is the case looking at uncaring answers, time to leave @O2

@O2 very disappointed yet again, took me two months to get my double data allowance. Now our son is also having same problem has run out of data having been told Lowndes will double in two weeks now told it will be another two weeks

And the best part from @o2 is that despite not having any service (or even a SIM) they won’t yet refund me the amount they’ve charged
