    @O2 still I'm waiting on WiFi calling being fixed. I have supplied full name and details requested. Yet it isn't resolved. I've followed every tip yous have said. I've missed now several important calls and 2 appointments due to this. I will cancel my direct debit if not sorted

    @O2 Any indication how long we need to wait to hear anything from the fraud team? We’ve had times between 24 hours to 30 days from customer services which is obviously not good enough when we’re paying for a service. We’ve already been waiting five days…

    @O2 what the hell you playing at now have a major default on my credit record cause your payment and accounts system is ****. Made payments via mobile and they constantly go into the either to return back 7 days later. When the system finally works it's ok tho.
