Kelly 💙💛 (@kellyann2407) reported from Selby, EnglandSo sick of not getting any signal with @o2 whilst at home. So frustrating! 🙈 reported & get told 'everything is fine' - so embarrassing when on calls with work. #timetochangenetwork
-
Doug Paulley (@Doug_Paulley) reported from York, England@BNewtonUK @LloydsBank @O2 Thank you. I thought it was dodgy as all ****. Also, presumably they archive their WhatsApp chats. I do. York on a Fork (@yorkonafork) reported from York, EnglandSeriously @O2 when will you sort the network capacity issues In york? It’s even more comical than pre-lockdown so I’m paying through the nose for a product that’s hardly functional in the city I live in. You concluded capacity issues when I flagged years ago.
-
Marina Platts (@MarinaPlatts) reported from York, England@O2 terrible service. I have tried online help. Phoned customer service 4 times this morning- on hold for ages then get cut off with no reply. O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
-
Steve (@Swabsy1810) reported@O2 @CliveDaviesUK @O2 it’s just the same here in SK6 1PG area so many places where no signal or usable data. This is a relatively affluent area but your provisions are shocking
-
Barbara Richardson (@Barbara25122320) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I’m in Dulwich too. Wasn’t it Boris and his cycling Czar who gave us cycle lanes and closed roads? What did your party do in government to improve mobile service?
-
Malcolm Bebb (@BebbMalcolm) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE So which government mobile phone network do you use? 'Cos I don't see the connection.
-
Mark Beardmore (@Beardmore8Mark) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all
-
Shana Hendry (@Happyengland79) reported@zaarito @O2 They've been having issues with it since they changed it! Loads of complaints as people can't access the simplest of information but they have done nothing. #evidenceforombudsman
-
CookieBuoy (@RyanNoKneel) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Charge it to the taxpayer on expenses and get the govt to bankrupt them. And then **** off, parasite
-
MS (@jennslcfc94) reported@O2 you are absolute the worst company. My o2 account does not work. I can’t see anything. Everything just says no information available. I have no data and I can’t see why or even attempt to top up! What’s the point in PAYG if my account doesn’t work!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Sarah Ludford 🇬🇧 🇮🇪🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@SarahLudford) reportedIt’s not just ‘recently’ @O2. @TomTugendhat is absolutely right that your mobile coverage in London is consistently poor. I have found it better in rural Spain than in ‘London, Global City’. Perhaps @MayorofLondon could direct his £7m PR spend to mobile infrastructure instead?
-
👨🏻💻 ⚡️ (@EadrictheWild) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Becuase partly we don't put enough masts In (5g requires them every 300 meteres in cities) and partly because there's 10 million people more using our phone network than in the official cencus
