@O2 you’ve cut off my phone - everytime I try to call support to see why, it says stay on the line for more info then cuts me off. Im at work and my GF is about to go into labour any moment so need my phone back on - sort it out ASAP

This is the worst day for @O2 priorities to crash 🤬🤬🤬 I'm trying on my phone, through 3 different ways, on my work computer (🤫) and nothing. Will be definitely changing phone companies I'd I miss out on Peter Kay tickets due it crashing!!!

Seriously @O2 when will you sort the network capacity issues In york? It’s even more comical than pre-lockdown so I’m paying through the nose for a product that’s hardly functional in the city I live in. You concluded capacity issues when I flagged years ago.

@O2 terrible service. I have tried online help. Phoned customer service 4 times this morning- on hold for ages then get cut off with no reply. I swapped tariff 48 hrs ago from 1 O2 tariff to another - still with O2 . Have lost function on my phone since the switch 1/2

So sick of not getting any signal with @o2 whilst at home. Calls either drop out, unable make a call or cant receive calls and they go straight to VM. So frustrating! 🙈 reported & get told 'everything is fine' - so embarrassing when on calls with work. #timetochangenetwork

Ugh, @o2 has a mast down in York, AND we have no broadband because we’re not yet connected after the move. Edge is juuuust about working but glacially.

Also my old phone has come alive but it says "No Sim". I think the Sim was switched to the new phone. So I presume I need one of those? So basically I'm stuck waiting for @O2 to help--I think? They said they'd email but I've heard nothing and no idea what email will say.

@O2 absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life, shouting down the phone at me! Failed to change my contract over, charged for 2 bills and now I have to find a shop and take time out of my day to sort your mistake with a 4 month old baby.

@O2 we have a problem. I wanted a new iPad so I’ve gone through all that and great it’s coming but you’ve cancelled my sim only so now I have 1gb data and 100 texts instead of 10gb days mins and texts.... not cool
