    1/2 BEWARE everyone considering switching to @O2 They offer to port your existing number from your previous provider, which is really important to many, but FAIL miserably, when you call customer services multiple times, they promise a 4 hour resolution, this never happens..cont

    @O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

    @O2 full 4G signal in Chelsea and can’t even load a PDF attachment or Instagram post. Absolute shambles. Same over in white city. Same in London Bridge. Got better service last week 2000M up a mountain in Austria

    @Glennboy00 @O2 I’ve had this issue on multiple occasions with O2. The infrastructure is either massively flawed or deliberately difficult. Theirs no logical reason why it should be that bad consistently.
