@O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

@O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

@EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

@O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

@O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

@thebunney @O2 Yep, it’s an absolute joke! They hang up on you too. They made me go into an o2 store too today, they couldn’t do anything either, but called them for me. I was told I might now lose my number!! Will let you know how it goes tomorrow. 😡 best of luck with yours!

@HoulihanFinn @Joe_Guy @O2 Exactly what I told them on the phone earlier as they shouldn't keep accepting porting requests that they know they cannot fulfill, it is misleading customers. I have informed Ofcom about it and logged a complaint. Never experienced anything like this from any other provider.

@HoulihanFinn @O2 It's ridiculous. I had similar issues when I switched to O2 in July, but not as bad. Mine simply took 8 days and 3 calls to their customer service. But I don't think that was a technical issue, more staff incompetence not submitting the request the 1st two times. (1/2)
