They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. Everyone has 5G capable gadgets but our networks are generally not up to 5G. More and more devices are connecting so speeds are not keeping up to demand. It’s very very poor.

Even sent my broken phone to their repair centre and it came back still broken. Cancelled my direct debit mid contract and they sent debt collectors after me. I still didnt pay them

I’m unable to change plans as the change tariff link breaks with “too many redirects”. I can create a new plan, but that won’t let me keep my number. O2 customer services, don’t bother replying. There’s nothing you could do to salvage your reputation in my eyes.
