    @O2 Network reset? Not sure what that is... Not in London often and last two times when I try to connect to wifi extra it requires login info, multiple locations across the tube network. I've searched for a solution and doesn't seem to be any options.

    @O2 hello. I have just moved over to O2 and am considering buying a phone from the company Oneplus. I have read that Oneplus phones don't work with the O2 5g network, is this correct? I don't want to buy the phone then realise I can't receive 5g. Thanks in advance

    @tomlister @O2 @O2 reception in Bath is absolutely appalling. Had same issue all week long when was working at theatre there couple of weeks ago. Similar issue following week in Manchester.

    @O2 Logging in doesn't work on MS Edge. You can log in to the app and through Chrome but unable to see Tech Plans on the app. For the latter situation it's been this way for over a year.

    Honestly....... @O2 has some EXPLAINING to do. Been a customer for 10+ years & at this point right now I've lost track of the amount of @Pokemon in @PokemonGoApp I've "lost" due to signal issues because of the network provider I'm with. Not Happy

    thinking of joining @O2 ?PLEASE DO NOT! Been a customer less than a month and they have cut us off ‘due to fraud’ and now permanently disconnected my son’s number with no warning. Apparently takes 3 working days each time to switch back on?! Painful 6 hours on the phone in total

    @O2 This is an absolute joke. Spent 4 days trying to login to my02 to do an upgrade before the offer runs out. Now I've spent 2+ hours on the phone with customer services who have three times sent me contracts and read T&Cs and payment processing has failed EVERY time. Terrible!
