I have before, but I keep getting told there is no issue with the mast. Or use WiFi, or get a new sim. I just want to be able to use my phone, thinking about ditching you guys and going to @O2 might get a signal and a betting offer on s phone.

@harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

I've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.

Dear @O2, I've been with you for years. Just upgraded for 3 years. But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

@LuzDLuna @O2 When I got to the shop to collect the phone and was denied, since a driving license valid across Europe wasn't good enough, I was told the "there are procedures and cameras" and the staff couldn't help because they would get in trouble!

@O2 Was today, supposed to be complete by 6pm. MyO2 shows the ported in number, if I call it I get the O2 answerphone, but restarting phone shows “no service”. Bloke on phone said I need to go to a shop for a new esim as porting in needs a new sim…

Upgraded phone and tariff with @O2 today, sim from old phone backed up last week, assistant refused to put it in new phone ('googlemail won't be backed up'!!) and said to use 'smart switch'. Guess what - it doesn't work and am now left with two useless phones.
