Went to @O2 #TCR to swap my monthly contract onto a prepaid card. I was told it has to be done over the phone and they can’t issue a new SIM in store. Went to @EE and asked if I could transfer my number to them. The seem enthusiastic

@O2 why is it so hard to get your systems to work properly. Don’t give me automated messages telling me I am overdue with my bill when I am not. Then sort out your customer support. How can your AI engine be too busy to ‘talk’ to customers. Rubbish.

@O2 just went into one of your stores to upgrade my phone and experienced the worst customer service. Was told to recycle my phone with another shop in the shopping centre and be without a phone for 3 days cause they’d “give me a better offer” and told I could shop online instead

@O2 Yes I’ve had the iPhone since the 3G and never had this before - I’ve now tested on both front and rear cameras with and without HDR and it bleaches every time. Is the product faulty @AppleSupport or is this an iPhone 12 issue in general. How can I fix it?

@O2 absolute JOKE of a service today. Got a deal offered to me by your retentions team TODAY, I ring back later to call it and no one with authorise it. Been passed to and fro for an hour and a half and got NOWHERE. The phone and deal I want is sat in my basket. Help.

@O2 Is there an issue for WhatsApp videos on o2? Both mine and my other half’s WhatsApp has stopped playing videos were sent. I use some videos I’m sent for my job!!!! I’ve deleted the app I’ve contacted WhatsApp. Still nothing is working!

ok so my phone broke last tuesday, a week ago and I got in touch with @O2 on wednesday to get it picked up, they never arranged someone to pick it up so they said they would get someone to pick it up the day after and then again no one picked it up, they finally picked it up /1

nearly a week after i reported my broken phone, they said it would take 48 hours and while it only got picked up yesterdat i went and did research on how long it takes @O2 to take a claim seriously. Some people on twitter has said that it takes or could take up to /2

@o2 What is going on with your network at S74 0PB. Multiple devices have full signal on 4G getting sub 1Mb down and up is so poor I can't even test. Vodafone and EE at the same location (full signal too), 50Mb+!
