    @O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

    @O2 No, neither was the regional manager. Legally I'm allowed to cancel as I'm within 14 days, the team on the phone wanted god himself to say so, right now I actually don't know what the plan is!
