    Hey @O2 just struggled down to the shopping centre to take advantage of the @GreggsOfficial free hot drink & treat offer, via my @virginmedia account, (available until 0000 tomorrow apparently) but got here, and offers have disappeared from app or come up as ‘sold out’ 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 why is there basically no signal in Wragby Ln85al. This isn’t a new thing so don’t say it is. In the centre on Wragby there is no signal at all and not much of a signal anywhere else. If this was a major town it city you would sort it out

    @O2 Why can’t I do anything on the myo2 app?? I’m signed in, can see my main a/c page, trying to make a payment and nothing, just spins then says retry. I can’t even look at my billing page, same issue every time I’ve logged in for weeks. Now hanging on the line for 30 minutes!

    @O2 I didn’t save the number. It was clearly an overseas (Indian) call centre. Really poor show this. My wife is very ill with Covid and I’m utterly furious that o2 are using the pandemic as some BS reason to cold call potential customers.
