    @O2 Nope, nothing. All that’s been different is that I’ve been roaming since 4th October. Home now but I noticed when I was in Portugal that my data counter wasn’t working but my sons was. My wife is also having the same problem.

    @O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

    In the past 2 weeks had really bad app experiences with @Vitality_UK and @O2 And that's led to poor customer service replies on social media. It's not the SM managers fault for the problems, but needs to be some communication when hundreds of people tweet about the same issue
