I wish this had happened before I upgraded and then I’d just leave! We’re now another day of no service because of SIM card issues with no help! 🤬

Ive emailed, replied with please use chat. Chats off line. I phoned and only upgrades and leaving o2 calls are accepted. Help

Shocked when phoned to order the bolt on and told its for personal customers only. Do you not value business customers?
