    @O2 my phone has been kicking me off WiFi for months now. Been into the shop and they have ‘fixed’ it twice...can’t get onto the O2 app, and now can’t log on to the website. My bills are always over because of this and I’d love some help rather than being overcharged each month.

    @SkyHelpTeam My 4G network on @O2 is MUCH faster than your broadband service, when you promised to give me 17mbps. This has been happening for the past weeks.

    @O2 nice that someone has taken a phone and contract out in my elderly, disabled mother's name and O2 wont help us out at all because she can't give you the password or security answer. Of course she can't, she didnt open the account! Can't even cancel the account, or 1/2

    @HowardGriffiths @O2 and if you are on call your call will be dropped(call failed)then it will take sometime fr service to start working again.. 2ndly most of the places getting only 1bar and very slow data browsing.. 3rdly when it connects to 3G it’s same like No Service it goes sooooooo slow 2/2

    The ordeal continues. @O2 and it’s #CustomerService is very good at taking notes but appalling at resolving complaints / closing issues. Generated an incorrect / inflated bill despite multiple assurances otherwise! Now running pillar to post, no resolution in sight @MarkEvansO2

    every single day your service going down ,moved to O2 from 3 , paying more getting less as compare to 3 but your service is kind of same , most of the places it just disappears, call failed, hardly one bar most of the time and no service at certain places.. v disappointing @O2

    @HowardGriffiths @O2 remember few months back when @o2 was down for nearly 2 days.. after that it’s service is going down everyday.. sometime when you are travelling and passing from certain areas O2 service will simply shift to 3G form 4g and sometime it will be No Serive at all 1/2

    You don’t get an ounce of data stood on an open-air platform at London Bridge. Been the same for 5 years. I tweeted back then. Send an engineer to platform 12 for a survey. And none of “we don’t guarantee data” -just fix it pls. @O2

    @O2 Hi, i’m not an idiot - I’m a software engineer - I know it didn’t come *from* you. Nonetheless it was relayed *by* you. It shouldn’t have been, because you shouldn’t accept text messages for relay that appear to be from banks unless you can verify that they really are.

    @O2 I submitted a complaint on 09/11/21 and despite sending about 5 emails chasing up a response and your team apologising each time, I have still not received one! This is so poor!! Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

    @O2 We have insurance, and an extended warranty, which was on offer from O2 when the phone was bought. Manager in your store was not interested, and said it would cost over £200 to fix, even with the warranty.

    Great experience from @O2 not!!! Confirmed in November fraudulent phone contract using my name & address and it still hasn’t been resolved! 2 months later, 100 letters received, countless phone calls made, official complaint raised and it still hasn’t been acknowledged #fuming 😡
