O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Barry Stokes (@bstokes1977) reported@O2 stop sending me marketing emails as if I'm a new customer! I've been a customer for over 15 years! Why are you doing this? #O2
-
Cllr Sophie Preston-Hall ECC Rochford North (@SophiePrestonHa) reportedIs anyone else getting absolutely inundated with calls from an @O2 call centre lately? I’m getting 5–10 calls a week at this point and it’s beyond frustrating. I’ve politely asked to be removed from their list around 9 or 10 times now and today, when I pointed out that I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, they simply slammed the phone down on me. How on earth do you actually get yourself removed from whatever ridiculous list these companies seem to have you on? Surely I can’t be the only one dealing with this nonsense?
-
Lauren Hill (@LaurenHill0808) reported@O2 hi, do you know of any issues surrounding High Wycombe town centre? For the last few weeks I have had little to no data signal in the town centre
-
Kieren Bushnell (@kbushnell1975) reported@O2 Waste of time doing so, and you sending me a copy and paste apology every time doesn't cut it anymore. I need everyone to know how awful you truly are.
-
Nelia@the madhouse (@Nelia23893053) reported@SophiePrestonHa @O2 Try the Telephone Preference Service. It doesn't always work, you can report the callers but the TPS can't always trace the company. As I have found out several times!
-
Lucy Bethell (@lucy_bethell) reported@Benleo I am currently on day four of having no phone signal, mobile data or WiFi thanks to @O2 They regularly cut off my service entirely (23 days total this year), no warning, no apologies. When you contact CS, if they actually answer, then they treat you like you are the problem!
-
Viridis (@Lord_Viridis) reported@waynetuckwell @O2 It's honestly ridiculous. I've given up on them now I don't think they'll fix it. I was with O2 before it was even O2 but this last year has been nothing short of shambolic. If it's not full 5g giving me 5mb/s it's the fact I cannot look at my own accounts.
-
