    @O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

    @ItsAdsolution @O2 All of my calls which I've tried to make the O2 have not been answered I have a 40 phone and they don't seem to care I think if this keeps on we should see them because I've got a really bad disability and I've got a 40 phone so we should sue them

    Update! The problem I need fixing is that I can’t make phone calls. So I can’t ring my energy supplier about being cut off, or my GP about my asthma. My phone won’t call any number at all. I told @O2. Finally. Thankfully, @O2 sent me a DM and asked me to call them to sort it

    After being on hold @O2 for an age to upgrade, customer service bloke atonal and barely responsive, then for some reason could no longer hear me, said FFS down the phone and hung up. Brilliant work. Think I’ll be switching provider.

    Is it possible that after switching from @O2 to @tescomobile for a better deal, I’ve got worse signal coverage? They run on the same network but I’m getting “zero bars” in my house more than I ever did on o2, which was typically one or two bars.

    @O2 I don't need any further help from your helpful self. I'm just warning others. You can not contact O2 to cancel. You have to go via the sales team if you want to speak to a human. O2 customer services is awful. Go else where for you contract I wish Id read some reviews All 1*s
