@virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

@O2 It can happen anywhere at any time. Only way I know is when I look at phone. It’s not signal as when I turn phone off then back on it’s got full signal. It’s not just me. Check Twitter feed. So many people complaining about same problem

@O2 hi! I’m not sure if this is a you problem or an apple problem. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

I'm very impressed with @O2 as a network, I got a sim only with unlimited everything, on a virgin media Black Friday deal for £25 a month. Using it for work with a Galaxy S9 as soon as the S23 is out I'm diving straight into a contract with them. There beating Vodafone by far.

I used to love @O2, but my goodness you have pushed me to the edge over the last few days. Your physical SIM to eSIM transfer process is ridiculous. And that’s without your staff randomly switching off my service for no reason. Please get better!!!
