    Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

    You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

    My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

    Topped up my data TWICE in one hour and was only using what’s app. Called @O2 who explained to me that streaming movies takes a lot of data. I was not streaming movies. “Sorry we can’t provide you with any help at this time”Is there any accountability whatsoever ? Doesn’t seem so

    @jamesdiamond @O2 Yeah, mine's been expired for a while I've just been slacking on replacing my phone and getting a new one. O2's deals are awful compared to elsewhere. Impossible to get a decent phone for less than £20/mo. ID or EE will give me the phone and data I want for £18.

    @O2 had poor/ no signal for past week. Schools & doctors & other vital phone calls cant hear me. Keep getting told it will be fixed but as of yet nothing? Very frustrating given that numerous phone calls need to be made given everything that's happening

    @O2 Hi there has apparently been a broken mast near me for over a month now, on my new phone I cannot receive calls, texts or use data. Husband's new phone the same but both our old phones and sims are still working 🤔

    @BenjiLee53 @O2 @ThreeUK Three’s customer service is awful, they’re also really bad at updating their accounts which leads to debt collectors coming for the final bill yet it came out via DD. And not to mention three’s signal 😧
