Dear @O2, I've been with you for years. Just upgraded for 3 years. But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

@O2 There is/was a problem with your online payment system application, as your call centre colleagues note, but there is no pinned Tweet about this and nothing on your Web site (which prioritises upwelling to your customers more than facilitating them paying their bills)

Trying to listen to @VirginRadioUK on phone app on train and @O2 signal cutting out .. I know some areas are black spots but 3G surely should cope 😬 frustrating getting sound bites every 5 mins

@O2 I have tried unsuccessfully to get past the automated system with o2 to speak to someone about your company service. Frankly, I’m #disappointed with #o2 and the service provided thus far. Perhaps, you can arrange for your #CustomerService to actually serve the customer.
