@virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

@gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

@O2 masts currently down in the midlands. Been told it can take up to 10 days to fix meaning temperamental signal for the foreseeable 🙃 baring in mind the mast in my area has been down for 2 years, doesn’t fill me with much hope. Not quite sure what I’m paying for at this point

@O2 I have an issue where my iPhone turns off at 53%. To fix this, your agents on the My O2 app have suggested I simply remove the option of seeing what percentage my battery is at. How ludicrous. They’ve given nonsense ideas all day which do not work. #terriblecustomerservice

@O2 Your customer care team are the worst in the whole entire world. I have never been more disappointed with a service in my life. Considering it is a stressful issue I am dealing with, I would have thought your advisors would have been more competent.
