    I find @O2 incredibly difficult to deal with both on the telephone and on the website, nobody is interested in helping. Apart from going into a shop to spend money. Absolutely rubbish service outside of this.

    @O2 I had a call from Rachel - a fabulous @O2 rep last night to troubleshoot the situation and taking some accountability for what is going on. I’m sticking with @O2 while this gets sorted because of her actions. Great employee who gets customer service and care. 👍

    Struggling with my 2 month old @SamsungMobile #s21 bought with you @O2 .... I've tried calling but my phone keeps cutting the connection off. I think the RAM is faulty as I can't run more than one app at a time (my S10 does with ease) please help!!

    Did @O2 iphone recycle thing (diff login to normal O2... would help if they told you 🙄), was quoted £132. Then get message they’ve revised value to £28. 79% reduction. Zero explanation as to why. I’ll have that phone back then #o2recycle All a bit #GreedierO2 than #GreenerO2

    @O2 Because I'm a @virginmedia customer, I'm obliged to use a phone. I'm told I'm not allowed to use my PC. So the Ticketmaster site / app pops up, but there is no option to purchase. I fear this issue is because I do not have an O2 account, only Virgin Media for this.
