    @O2 it is now day 19 since I received a computer mouse instead of the phone upgrade I ordered and 27 days since I put the order through, still no phone, and no update. Since you are now in partnership with @virginmedia now, I'm thinking I will cancel both contracts - shocking

    Still within my 14 day grace period with @O2 having so much trouble actually speaking to a human about my issue I’m so tempted to cancel cause this stupid system keeps just hanging up on me and it’s been 3 days since I requested they transfer my number… not great

    @O2 Doing this means EVERY password has to be entered for everything. This is a REAL pain. I don't think you realise this. I did just logout and log back in. No change. Why is Seetickets no problem and Ticketmaster is a problem?

    @O2 Because I'm a @virginmedia customer, I'm obliged to use a phone. I'm told I'm not allowed to use my PC. So the Ticketmaster site / app pops up, but there is no option to purchase. I fear this issue is because I do not have an O2 account, only Virgin Media for this.

    @DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

    @O2 I've had signal issues for a couple of days in SA15. All your status checker ever says is that the network can get busy in this area. That's not really helpful! This happened last year too. Horrendous connection for weeks, then randomly fine. I need it to be consistent!

    @O2 Topped up on time, 02 didn’t renew my tariff on time, so the top up was automatically used for data, topped up again and the same happened, topped up again on 1st (this cost me £30 because 02 were so slow) and they finally renewed my tariff.

    @O2 After the salesperson recited all my details to me, Bank details, Home address & postcode, he then said “we know your place of birth is ______”! I finally ended the call when asked to punch in my 16 digit card number, which I’ll never do these days due to sophisticated scams.
