Hi @O2 I keep trying to call o2 to pay off a balance but it keeps saying ‘we cannot verify your security info’ and I cannot get any further. I am trying to change my tariff and have been trying for 2 days now. I have had the same conversation with 4 different people. Help.

Without doubt the worst mobile network in Liverpool is @O2 Beyond useless. Just had 3 different phones in front of me all showing almost full signal on 4g and not one working. Happens all the time and best they suggest is to go onto settings and toggle them. Avoid. #6monthsleft

@O2 Hi, can you please help me. My phone is saying it is not registered to the O2 network for some reason, and I can not make or receive calls. I have tried resetting the phone and taking out and replacing the SIM, but still no luck. I need to have cellular coverage urgently. TIA
