@O2 I have never had such a farce buying a phone. Terrible service and now to top it off I’m sent 4 letters in one day saying I owe money (I don’t, I’ve triple checked and it’s you that owes me!) and now I’m sent bullying letters saying it’s been passed to the debt collectors!

Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

Hello @O2. Is there a way I can find out if my phone is unlocked without using a SIM as I don't have access to one with credit. It had a giff gaff SIM but your network supports them anyway. I have the IMEI number.

@O2 honestly your treatment of an issue I've had is deeply disappointing and even though I've been a loyal customer for many, many years I'm not sure if I want to continue after my contract is up. I'm deeply disappointed and endlessly frustrated. I feel lied to.
