@O2 hi! I’m not sure if this is a you problem or an apple problem. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

@virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

@O2 worst ever experience. Called weeks before my holiday if will have internet in Montenegro and was told will have everything working as at home.Yeah nothing at all! Couldnt call,not even contact host at airbnb cos had no internet.Nightmare!
