It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

Told by customer service I should have told them I was going away what crap big brother

Years, and Years, A shop gave me a contract for device 2 in 10 mins I've just spent 40 on Telephone for nothing.

I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.
