@O2 really started to notice very poor signal pretty much everywhere we go now. No signal in Wales, now no signal in Newquay. Signal round our work is poor and our home. I have a 5g phone that barely gets 4g and even when it does its rubbish.

@O2 I changed from Vodaphone to o2 nearly a month ago. Still unable to receive calls from Vodaphone callers!! I have rang customer helpline everyday and been told it has been escalated everyday to porting team and still can't receive Vodaphone calls. Absolutely dreadful service

@O2 Finally got hold of someone after disconnected 5-6 times, needed to change address as not on any drop down list so can't do it myself....low and behold the person I spoke to has inputted it wrong after correcting her twice..you DM me. in next hour or I'm cancelling all accounts
