    Recently moved back to @ThreeUK on a sim only plan and it’s blooming awful in terms of speed or coverage in central London. Thanks to my @O2 work E-sim I actually have signal!

    @virginmedia And what’s so annoying is that for some reasons it’s seems to be affecting my mobile network because even though I’m not connected to the wifi @O2 doesn’t works in the house and I’d need to leave the house and move further down street for the #O2 network to work and reply!

    @O2 Trying to cancel my O2 insurance as I'm paying £150 a year when online is quoting me less than half that. Website says Call 202. Call 202 and that says Go Online. Go Online and that says Call 202 or landline. That hangs up on you straight away. Online Chat isn't available...

    This @O2 mast issue in Brentwood is beyond a joke… My internet doesn’t get installed for 2 weeks.. I’m going to be sat twiddling my thumbs. I hear it’s been going on for a year.. Don’t expect to hear from me past 5pm till the 1st October.

    @O2 I've no DM may I ask, what makes Twitter O2 better then two customer service phone calls and twice into the O2 shop in Camden? The 4 times and completely incapable of of fixing the issue. Just wondering what makes you different.

    @O2 I am absolutely disappointed by your service. An upgrade purchased on 27th November. After finding out DPD kindly did not deliver as claimed I was guaranteed a new phone. A month of chasing and hours of calling and still no phone #willnotupgradewithyouagain

    @O2 you text to offer me Disney+ Extra I've text back and got a further text to say it will be added to my account within 24 hours and you would text and let me know. I've done this twice and neither time have I received the final text and I don't have access. Is there an issue ?

    @O2 Awful customer service. Was a victim of fraud someone pretending to be o2, had to call YOU 5 times to sort it and still nothing has been sorted. Told to wait 20 days while I’m paying for a phone I don’t even have. Thanks a lot o2 🤙🏻

    @O2 some of you staff in your Cape Town call centre have 0 customer service skills, on the phone to them for 45 mins, to correct a mistake made by O2 n hangs up on me!! the agent name was Crystal! If O2 dont know how to look after their custmrs, happy 2take my business elswhere!

    @O2 I started the offer as an Extra not long after I started my SIM contract about three months ago. It was free for the first three months. I’ve never paid for Disney + before.

    @VMO2News @O2 @virginmedia Broadband/Fibre and TV has been down in CT9 2NA for the past 2 days. Service status site says technicians are "fixing it". I've walked along the roads in the area for the past 2 days and haven't seen any technicians working on anything lol. Our Christmas is RUINED.

    @NickyNorthants @O2 @disneyplus O2 are experiencing high demand for the D+ offer which they sent out to customer and don't ensure that they can deliver on a promise. Maybe they need to look at contract law as they are now clearly in breach.

    @O2 appalled by your customer service. For months I’ve tried transfer of ownership and have been told to go in store, call 202 etc and I’m being bounced around. I’m now being asked for the model of a phone I haven’t used for years on an account that I cannot access.
