    @breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

    @O2 I never get a signal in my home. I dont receive calls and just get text messages saying I've missed calls and I have to walk outside to make a call. Everytime i call they say theres works going on. This has been happening for 3 years now

    A little thread on @O2 customer service. My Nana, who is 82, had a contract with Talk Talk. O2 bought this contract out, and gave Nana a call to explain this process to her. After 5 minutes of technical contract talk she asked the person to stop talking.
