Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

@O2 i have a Volt2 sim card that i had as part of a virgin contract. I have since cancelled that contract due to their price rise and their letter says i can cancel the volt2 sim without cancellation fees also. how do i go about doing this?

@O2 requesting a transfer of ownership for my old number since Wed. System was down Wed, Thurs made request that would take 24 hours, Fri you resubmitted 24 hour request, Sat informed it would be Mon. Mon here and customer service still not actioned!

@o2 @giffgaff I filled in a form two months ago, and then another form a few days ago to transfer my number over to o2. The giffgaf number has now lost service and it has not been ported over to o2, so I am left without a number!!!
