O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
John Till (@JohnTillUK) reported@O2 I’ve been a customer of yours for 29 years, yet over the last 18 months the quality of service has gone markedly downhill. No matter where in the country I travel, I struggle to use data yet my work device on a competitors network works absolutely fine, ive filed many 1/
-
mark callow (@markcallow10) reported@davehpayne @O2 Because they use o2! Been with them years and last 2/3 years they have gone to pot utterly useless in every way with no signal in half the country and that’s being optimistic
-
Andy Furnival (@AndyFurnival2) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 EE are just as bad. All networks believe the utter bollocks they peddle that coverage is fantastic. It was better when it was 3G. If only there was a regulator that could put an end to theoretical coverage maps 🤔
-
Patrick Hölscher (@allnewtomorrow) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Who is virtue signalling? "But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings" Know what Paris now also has? Far superior bike infrastructure, in addition to their better mobile network buildout. Perhaps you should have countered 5G fears better when in government.
-
Free Speech Highway (@Fr2962Free) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Domestic roaming seems a strong solution
-
Lord Follicle's whomsoever machine (@wotyagerrin) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone They also tried piggybacking on my personal bandwidth to offer their public “EE WiFi” service from my home router. Presumably they do this to all new customers? Not the best first impression.
-
Max Wilson (@waxwellmilson) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very stupid post. The reason we don’t have better signal in Dulwich (where I live) is because the NIMBYs opposed putting in a small signal tower which would have boostedg the coverage. As a result, a small dead zone around College Road exists.
-
Kay Gunning (@kay_guest19) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 I got so fed up with O2’s excuses for the non existent signal in Tonbridge that I moved to EE last November. Not had a problem since!
-
MarkSpeaking 🔶#LibDem #CheshamAndAmersham (@markspeaking) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Things that never happened
-
Anagazo (@Anagazo) reported@O2 I might be leaving you soon because there’s no reason why you have zero network in big arenas. The Etihad, Old Trafford, COOP Live and the AO arena, even the Bolton and Burnley stadiums - zero network. My bars just disappear!.
