    @O2 I feel let down as a customer for the first time in 4 years of loyalty. I pay £10 for same day delivery of my upgrade for this evening and it has not arrived! Thanks I’ll just hope my phone that’s being replaced hangs on till someone delivers it!

    @O2 nice that someone has taken a phone and contract out in my elderly, disabled mother's name and O2 wont help us out at all because she can't give you the password or security answer. Of course she can't, she didnt open the account! Can't even cancel the account, or 1/2

    @O2 my phone has been kicking me off WiFi for months now. Been into the shop and they have ‘fixed’ it twice...can’t get onto the O2 app, and now can’t log on to the website. My bills are always over because of this and I’d love some help rather than being overcharged each month.

    @O2 why is the network and 4g soooooo bad. Well I say 4g, I never get 4g most of the time. And even if it does say 4g it’s rubbish and slow, stuff still doesn’t load. A lot of the time I have to turn 4g off and change it to 3G for it to work. Rubbish

    @O2 I am an o2 customer for over 20 years ,I am not happy that I am due for an update and you cannot compete with other companies. Where is the loyalty to your customers .

    After almost 20yrs as an @O2 customer I will shortly be moving to a new provider. The preorder experience for the iPhone 17 on Friday was the last straw. After trying for 7hrs with o2 I was able to preorder for release day with another provider in under a minute. And to top it off I’ll save £20 a month for the same contract

    @O2 I have had an official complaint lodged with you for months. The sim you are charging me for has never worked. You said you would call to cancel it but you never call and if i try to contact you your team can’t help. Yet you continue to charge me. Sort it out quickly please.

    @O2 I would just like to say how disappointed I am in O2 I have been a loyal customer since it was in fact BT. I have been miss sold insurance and after raising a complaint I have been passed backwards and forwards from department to department. EE here I come!!
