    @O2 Yeah roam freely in Europe but beware going anywhere else, they wanted to charge me DAILY, the same amount that my husband was charged monthly by his network!!! Beware of extreme charges and dreadful customer service

    Dear @EE It’s only a few months since I switched to you, but seems I’m gobbling data faster than ever when I was with @O2 Is your metric working? Maybe you’ll say your network is faster? if so I’ll gladly switch back: to my lower data allowance with O2: that I never used up!

    @O2 O2 kings road refused to help with my iPhone problem. They sold it to me and still paying for it. Anyone else had a problem with faulty phones from them?

    I find @O2 incredibly difficult to deal with both on the telephone and on the website, nobody is interested in helping. Apart from going into a shop to spend money. Absolutely rubbish service outside of this.

    @O2 Hi my phone signal is absolutely shocking. I get 5G but still struggle to load web pages. Also no one can ever hear me on the phone? Yes i’ve tried turning my phone off & on again

    Idk what's going on with @O2 signal atm, but for the last few weeks I have no data signal around Crystal Palace at all. Doesn't come back till I get down to Sydenham. Weird

    @O2 you’ve sent me reminder to pay u for a bill I can not see! I asked for a bill last mnth, as could not view online and nothing? This is on u! U have stopped my service but I wont pay until I have a break down? Bully! If u can send me a ltr, u can send me statement?? @Ofcom

    @O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

    @O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then don’t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they can’t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

    @O2 Fuming at O2. Currently have 2 devices on a business account, but apparently a 3rd was not given because of a credit check. How long have I been a customer? Years, and Years, A shop gave me a contract for device 2 in 10 mins I've just spent 40 on Telephone for nothing.

    @O2 Credit checks are clearly not worth the paper they are written on, where is your customer service care? look at my personal history and then WHY did the same business account get me my 2nd device in an O2 shop from O2 staff without any hassle, please explain.?

    On thr 31st of March I left the UK, and as I entered Bahrain @O2 charged me £51 pound for turning my phone off flight mode. Disgusting service considering also that is 4.99 a day if you use @O2 .

    @virginmedia @ITVChase @O2 This is a constant joke. My wifi drops our on a regular basis with no warning or lights on the hub saying it’s down. Done all you have asked and still have issues. No service issues either!

    @O2 Out of the blue, I was told it was fixed. But it has not changed one iota! I replied but have heard nothing at all since. This is such poor service and all the more galling considering you have just applied an increase of almost 12% on my monthly bills!
