@fortheride @O2 Also, try taking your network selection off automatic, and switching to AT&T, I generally find them better - but results may vary depending on pairing agreements.

Unbelievably bad customer service from @O2 . I was found no service when I live in London is expected and I would not be a booster and that a booster didn’t even exist. A quick google found the booster. Also pretty rude to me. Not happy after 9 years with them to get that.

@_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

I've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.

Its amazing @O2 can sort out fraud against my 13 year old daughter but @VodafoneUK cant & tell me to go to my local shop with my daughter to prove she didnt take out a contract like wtf!

@O2 what a load of ****... cancelled my contract with no warning. Migrated it to a pay as you go sim... and now almost 4 and a half hours on live chat, you have left me with no live phone number to call you on.. and still nobody is able to get this resolved!!! ******* joke!

@O2 Ok. Well I had an uninterrupted connection above ground, always had a 4G connection whilst travelling down to the EuroTunnel. Just a shame that it was bad in the tunnel.
