    @o2 why is your 4g signal and internet bandwidth so appalling in Croydon. Pass through the town centre particularly through East Croydon and you might as well having no signal at all!

    @O2 Not everywhere, but your 4G coverage in SW London is poor. I haven’t had 4G in Raynes Park since I moved there a year ago.

    @O2 Well after 3 phone calls and the staff in your Wandsworth store trying I was told I couldn’t cancel and had to wait.

    @MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

    @O2 after 3 hours of calls 5 texts and 1:5 hours of to get family discount that is advertised and to be given an amount to pay then still getting it wrong . So a complaint to be made

    Trying to listen to @VirginRadioUK on phone app on train and @O2 signal cutting out .. I know some areas are black spots but 3G surely should cope 😬 frustrating getting sound bites every 5 mins

    @LuzDLuna @O2 When I got to the shop to collect the phone and was denied, since a driving license valid across Europe wasn't good enough, I was told the "there are procedures and cameras" and the staff couldn't help because they would get in trouble!

    Dear @O2, I've been with you for years. Just upgraded for 3 years. But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

    Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

    @O2 Hi, I have issues throughout the UK. Usually have a full 4G connection with a little exclamation point over my signal graphic. Absolutely zero issues outside of the UK though. As you can see from my initial tweet, I was on a mountain side with a full 4G signal with no issues.

    @O2 The mountain side being in North Africa. Greece, Dublin, Spain and France earlier this year, no connection issues at all. Each time I return to the UK guaranteed full 4/5G with an exclamation point

    @VMO2News @virginmedia @O2 Virgin media is not what it used to be. The conexión has been awful in the last year and the customer service is appalling.I spent 1.5hr on the phone, spoke to 4 different people & they hang up on me saying they had issues and will call me in 20min. I’m still waiting 3 days later

    @O2 So frustrating Thirsty Thursdays offer of two free drinks when you turn up and present offer to bar staff guess what OUT OF STOCK. O2 stop the embarrassment if your going to offer this every O2 customer should be allowed the two free drink not just the lucky minority.
