    @O2 Awaiting almost p£70 refund from O2 for over 4 weeks now. 6+ hours of calls to chase and still no resolution. This shouldn't be hard, but constantly being told 'it's being sorted, we will call back within 48hrs' etc etc. Passed from pillar to post every time, and woeful CS
