  @DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

  Have to say I'm disappointed that @OctopusEnergy have gone the same way as @O2 from giving a guaranteed free treat every week to now only a possibility if you're lucky. 7 weeks in with O2 and not a thing. First week with Octopus and you guessed it..nothing. Sad times, no coffee.

  @EnigmaAkila @O2 I've had this issues for weeks now. I've had three phone calls that resulted in them saying they couldn't do anything. They sent me into a store and they had no idea about it either and reffered me back. I'm now waiting in my fourth call. It's maddening.
