    @O2 why is your signal coverage so poor? My friend had full 5G in my house and I’m flickering between one bar of 4G and 3G 😩 we have no wifi because of a landslide in the area and I can’t even make a phone call without it cutting out.

    @O2 Network reset? Not sure what that is... Not in London often and last two times when I try to connect to wifi extra it requires login info, multiple locations across the tube network. I've searched for a solution and doesn't seem to be any options.

    @O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

    @O2 It doesn’t help, only whilst I’m in my house and that is hit & miss. My daughter was walking home from school today, she couldn’t reach us & needed us to help her as a fight had started but we couldn’t hear her to know what was wrong. I have 4 o2 contracts & they’re useless!
