@O2 Two weeks at least. Slow speed, but worse, the connection dropped today too, even though I was still on the O2 network, but service stopped momentarily anyway and this threw a spanned into the works at a delicate moment online.

Had a ridiculous amount of issues with @O2 of late, and despite numerous calls and messages, there’s no resolution. I wish this had happened before I upgraded and then I’d just leave! We’re now another day of no service because of SIM card issues with no help! 🤬

Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

@O2 @kingzerno This has gotten worse over the last few weeks but croydons 4g reception has been shocking for at least a year! It's getting worse and worse. Seems to be as buildings go up, the reception goes down

Good morning @O2. When you about to fix below: “Sorry a phone mast in this area isn't working This means your service might come and go until we fix it.” in E14 5LB In Canary Wharf. Just to mention that network problems (data) have been around for several weeks.

@O2 So a feeling a bit let down. I recommended 2more people to join o2 and both are showing on my referme page. Customer care promised to call me back twice in a month. No call back. I’ve sent emails with proof twice; still nothing. I’ve got 8 contracts on my account & o2 drive

@O2 Please don’t tell me this mast is still not fixed. Again sat at Liverpool Streets Station with full service and 4G and nothing happening on phone full stop. Time to accept that coverage here is not good enough.

It needs to be made public that one of the main telecoms providers in the UK is totally incompetent when it comes to basic customer service. I switched to @O2 5 days ago and I’ve still not had an adequate response from them. I appreciate there is a pandemic but this is a joke!

@O2 terrible customer service. Getting customers to pay for next day guaranteed delivery on a new contract but then not delivering it and saying well it’s because I didn’t do the contract in time. Even though it was done whilst on the phone yesterday morning to the sales person.

@O2 I recently left you and cancelled my DD as was advised in a text I would owe £0.00 after leaving. I then got an airtime bill but no money has come out. I can’t get through to anyone at customer services to see if I need to pay anything. Please advise as can’t visit the shop.
