I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🤬🤬🤬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. This should flag up on client account and you should contact clients to make them aware, not just profit from their error. No client loyalty.
