@O2 Too many issues to explain here. Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. More time wasted. Your customer service is appalling!

  • AlanGreene73

@O2 Still waiting for a call back. I guess even in a sunny day like today. Hell could freeze over. But I’m not holding my breath. I’d say poor customer service, but this is actually abysmal!

  • MattRibbins
Matt Ribbins (@MattRibbins) reported from Poplar, England

  • PaulGrayburn
Mr Grayburn (@PaulGrayburn) reported from Romford, England

Hey @O2 I wish you’d stop shoving Disney+ down my throat as an extra. What would be nice is being able to share my data with my son but you won’t allow that. My biggest regret rejoining you. Probably wouldn’t of bothered if I knew!

  • PaulGrayburn
PG (@PaulGrayburn) reported from City of London, England

@O2 Nope, nothing. All that’s been different is that I’ve been roaming since 4th October. Home now but I noticed when I was in Portugal that my data counter wasn’t working but my sons was. My wife is also having the same problem.

  • LebbyE
Lebby Eyres (@LebbyE) reported from Islington, England

  • jameskibwe
James Miller (@jameskibwe) reported from Stratford, England

@O2 Two weeks at least. Slow speed, but worse, the connection dropped today too, even though I was still on the O2 network, but service stopped momentarily anyway and this threw a spanned into the works at a delicate moment online.

  • kieranbowley
KB_UK (@kieranbowley) reported from Bexleyheath, England

@O2 Sadly I am an enterprise customer. Any idea when they are going to be available?

  • atkin_julie
julie atkin (@atkin_julie) reported from Islington, England

O2 charging customer for voice text. That's terrible. I think after 20 yrs I will be leaving you in 4 months when my contract ends. You don't respect or look after your customers. Especially faithful ones. @O2

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Never mind, once the new uber Embassy at Royal Mint Court is up & running there will be many more Cells popping up & coming on stream to help with harvesting all the data whizzing around our Capital. Perhaps you'll be able to tether onto some of these, just be aware of spoofs!

  • paalston
    Peter Alston (@paalston) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better

  • LukeAlexanderpr
    Luke Alexander (@LukeAlexanderpr) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 Go on your mobile data settings and turn your signal to “5G on” not automatic!

  • Beardmore8Mark
    Mark Beardmore (@Beardmore8Mark) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all

  • DJTrademark_UK
    DJ Trademark (@DJTrademark_UK) reported

@O2 @TomTugendhat Signal is **** near enough across Norfolk ffs !

  • SoSoaksy
    Amelia Eberhardt-Armstrong (@SoSoaksy) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures

  • James62876216
    James (@James62876216) reported

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE 14 years in power and it wasn't a problem then?
