    @O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

    I would just like to say I had three back to back chats starting at 12pm today and at that precise moment @O2 went down. WhatsApp coming to the rescue for some but not all. Aargh.

    @O2 The UKโ€™s number 1 network? Donโ€™t make me laugh ! Iโ€™ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision Iโ€™ve ever made ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Calls are always failing. 02 is my disappointment.

    @O2 The network in EC2M has been down since 17th JUNE.....forgive me for being short but 3 months with no network is disgusting.

    I may be crazy @O2 but all of a sudden my phoneโ€™s battery discharge like crazy. Same as my wifeโ€™s. Is this because your signal in E5/E8 area is weaker than usual maybe?

    Getting so fed up with never having any service when outside of my wifi. @O2 this is getting beyond a joke. Been a customer for 20 odd years and donโ€™t even receive a reception!!!!! ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ

    Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now itโ€™s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution ๐Ÿ˜

    @O2 just phoned your team@to@inform them the network in my area is poor. Your network team confirmed that i am in Black Spot area. Your CS team that told me that theres nothing they can do with my contract and to get on with it!

    @andrewwhyman @O2 Hmm maybe. My point about the network unreliability still stands. Walk to the shop and I have no data unless I airplanes mode a few times. Frustrating

    @O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.

    Itโ€™s not just โ€˜recentlyโ€™ @O2. @TomTugendhat is absolutely right that your mobile coverage in London is consistently poor. I have found it better in rural Spain than in โ€˜London, Global Cityโ€™. Perhaps @MayorofLondon could direct his ยฃ7m PR spend to mobile infrastructure instead?

    @O2 Thereโ€™s really no point as nothing ever changes! And when Virgin Media goes down (which happens far too often) I have zero means of communication. The price hike was the last straw really - time to move to another provider.

    @AnythingRugbyy @EnglandRugby @O2 Shame it's not capped for Kenners though. Either way MS15 isn't the problem at all here. Tom Curry must be praying for death or the beach and Ford probably needs a break also.
