James Rogers (@james_rogers) reported from Poplar, England@O2 Too many issues to explain here. Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. More time wasted. Your customer service is appalling!
-
julie atkin (@atkin_julie) reported from Islington, EnglandO2 charging customer for voice text. That's terrible. I think after 20 yrs I will be leaving you in 4 months when my contract ends. You don't respect or look after your customers. Especially faithful ones. @O2
-

-
Jimmy ludlow (@ludlow_jimmy) reported from Bexleyheath, England@O2 Not only has the network got worse but the competition's are useless, 5 years of entering everything and not a thing , what a waste of time
-
Paul McCaffrey (@PaulMacca1976) reported from Islington, EnglandPeople be aware that fake texts from @O2 are being sent saying your bill payment can’t go through and to log in via a text link - the site looks just like o2 but it isn’t their site! Thank god I checked with customer service
-
James Miller (@jameskibwe) reported from Stratford, England@O2 Two weeks at least. Slow speed, but worse, the connection dropped today too, even though I was still on the O2 network, but service stopped momentarily anyway and this threw a spanned into the works at a delicate moment online.
-
Keith - newacc. (@whiterosetyke) reported from Islington, England@O2 Yes but I deleted it as I said if your reply wasn't a fix (as it's all YOUR fault) I'd block you. You are lucky you aren't blocked @Ofcom
-

-
NEW YT VIDEO - LINK IN BIO🚨 (@zakariyaa_b) reported from Poplar, England@O2 I’m not your customer but I am CERTAIN that this violates GDPR as well as the Data Protection laws
-
Nico Macdonald (@Nico_Macdonald) reported from Poplar, England@O2 There is/was a problem with your online payment system application, as your call centre colleagues note, but there is no pinned Tweet about this and nothing on your Web site (which prioritises upwelling to your customers more than facilitating them paying their bills)
-
Steffie (@steffiegc) reported from Eltham, England@O2 Hiya my account email address and phone number is incorrect and I can’t see where to change it - I’ve just upgraded in the app and the email of confirmation been sent to unused email. Please help.

T é y 🌺💜 (@TeyLove_) reported from Islington, England@O2 your network is shocking! I haven’t been able to use my data for two days this is not what I pay £50 a month for😤 o2 guru isn’t even working and can’t get through to a call handler so how am I supposed to get this fixed?????
-
David McBride FCCT (@davidmcbride1) reported from Erith, England@O2 @MoneySavingExp Just had emails to say that my monthly plan with O2 will increase by £2.50 in April rather than £1.80. No explanation as to why? Can you help? I have 2 plans with you and both of these cost under £17 so I'm looking at about a 15% rise.
-
Jord (@jordanharris86) reported from Poplar, England@O2 hi, this morning I ordered a case from your website and it said there was a problem, but my card provider is saying the payment has gone through. Can you confirm whether this was the case or not? Thanks
-
Mr Grayburn (@PaulGrayburn) reported from Romford, EnglandHey @O2 I wish you’d stop shoving Disney+ down my throat as an extra. What would be nice is being able to share my data with my son but you won’t allow that. My biggest regret rejoining you. Probably wouldn’t of bothered if I knew!
-
-
Alan Greene (@AlanGreene73) reported from Bexleyheath, England@O2 It can happen anywhere at any time. Only way I know is when I look at phone. It’s not signal as when I turn phone off then back on it’s got full signal. It’s not just me. Check Twitter feed. So many people complaining about same problem
O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Snow&Fairways (@IcyFairways) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Sane with three. Garbage.
-
GBD (@DJBSBC) reported@O2 @TomTugendhat O2 your signal and data in particular is farcical. It’s one industry that has taken the biggest step back in terms of advancements and relies on people using WiFi more often and just ‘accepting’ that the service is ****.
-
Gerry D (@gdennigan) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE You’ve obviously never tried to work on the TGV from Paris to Nancy or the Deutsche-Bahn equivalent from Paris to Frankfurt?
-
Ben (@BenjaminEHowe) reported@AndyFurnival2 @TomTugendhat @O2 It was better when there were fewer mobile devices competing for the same signal.
-
Christopher (NOT Chris) (@puncharama) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Try speaking to the regulator about it then you can really see why uk services are so poor
-
Mark Beardmore (@Beardmore8Mark) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all
-
Dr Devra Kay (@LaBloggeuse) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I have terrible reception. I have 2shout to be heard. Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on What’s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me. But with people nearby we can barely hear one another
-
BrawdyHawk (@BrawdyHawk) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Never mind, once the new uber Embassy at Royal Mint Court is up & running there will be many more Cells popping up & coming on stream to help with harvesting all the data whizzing around our Capital. Perhaps you'll be able to tether onto some of these, just be aware of spoofs!
-
Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
-
Nick Booth (@nicknickster) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Exactly. They all share one network of masts now so no-one has an incentive (or an ability) to provide a better service
