@EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

@O2 Is there an issue for WhatsApp videos on o2? Both mine and my other half’s WhatsApp has stopped playing videos were sent. I use some videos I’m sent for my job!!!! I’ve deleted the app I’ve contacted WhatsApp. Still nothing is working!

Seriously @O2 literally just taken out a contract with them and already worst service!!! Phone hasn’t arrived and was supposed to last Friday, only to find out it was sent back. Now I have to wait til they receive it and reorder another one.

@O2 Tried that. Unfortunately because of when I took out my last contract (just before you changed your terms) I’m stuck with this old handset until I can pay off £700 remaining on device. Shame as the new amazing iPhone camera would help my burgeoning photograph business massively.

@O2 Yes, it's intermittently bad. I work 10 minutes away and it's the same there. Some days it's brilliant and all of a sudden it just drops out completely! I've tried restarting my device, turning data off and on again...nothing works. I got extra data as Sky is so bad 4G is faster
