    @O2 Please donโ€™t tell me this mast is still not fixed. Again sat at Liverpool Streets Station with full service and 4G and nothing happening on phone full stop. Time to accept that coverage here is not good enough.

    @O2 It can happen anywhere at any time. Only way I know is when I look at phone. Itโ€™s not signal as when I turn phone off then back on itโ€™s got full signal. Itโ€™s not just me. Check Twitter feed. So many people complaining about same problem

    Good morning @O2. When you about to fix below: โ€œSorry a phone mast in this area isn't working This means your service might come and go until we fix it.โ€ in E14 5LB In Canary Wharf. Just to mention that network problems (data) have been around for several weeks.

    Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now itโ€™s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution ๐Ÿ˜

    Hi @O2 I keep trying to call o2 to pay off a balance but it keeps saying โ€˜we cannot verify your security infoโ€™ and I cannot get any further. I am trying to change my tariff and have been trying for 2 days now. I have had the same conversation with 4 different people. Help.

    @O2 I've no DM may I ask, what makes Twitter O2 better then two customer service phone calls and twice into the O2 shop in Camden? The 4 times and completely incapable of of fixing the issue. Just wondering what makes you different.

    If your phone doesnโ€™t ring and canโ€™t send messages because of zero signal for two years. When you want to leave should you pay the โ€œearly exit feeโ€ ?? @MartinSLewis ? Because trying to talk to @O2 about it is made extremely stressful by their โ€œsystemโ€.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Stuck for 2 hours on the M2 yesterday without moving. I was in a signal black spot so I could barely make a call and had no dataโ€ฆ This was on the M2 in Kent. Itโ€™s hardly the middle of nowhere.
