    Hey @O2 I wish you’d stop shoving Disney+ down my throat as an extra. What would be nice is being able to share my data with my son but you won’t allow that. My biggest regret rejoining you. Probably wouldn’t of bothered if I knew!

    @jimsmallman @O2 I left them a few years ago because the customer service is god awful! @ThreeUK is the best bet for the amount we travel! Not the best in London but all over the world it’s great

    People be aware that fake texts from @O2 are being sent saying your bill payment can’t go through and to log in via a text link - the site looks just like o2 but it isn’t their site! Thank god I checked with customer service

    Good morning @O2. When you about to fix below: “Sorry a phone mast in this area isn't working This means your service might come and go until we fix it.” in E14 5LB In Canary Wharf. Just to mention that network problems (data) have been around for several weeks.

    @O2 your priority ticket service has not let me click on continue to buy the tickets (it is greyed out). This is the first time I have used the service and it isn't a good experience.

    @kokeshimum @O2 One thing that bugs me in UK is the terrible signal. Next thing is if you have an “open reach” router it reserves 30% of your bandwidth for broadcasting a public 5G hotspot onto the street for Open Reach customers using the WiFi hotspot app…. Utter con.

    @O2 wtf is going on with the signal recently? Status checker says nothing wrong anywhere, but my 1-2 bars of 4G that is useless say otherwise, sick of paying money to get no signal

    Finally got through to @O2 customer service on the phone after about two hours. Utterly useless. Couldn't help one bit. Couldn't help with verification. Sim card has gone in the bin. Lost customer. @Ofcom needs to sort them out.

    @ajgbarnes @O2 don’t they have a price-cap anyway (certainly ee and voda do) so you could set that to 0,or low. So at worst would just stop working. You could get an esim to top up if needed. that being said crazy to not have a way of checking

    @EE Its ok, after the last few months of poor service etc, ive decided that all phones will be cancelled when i can get the iphone 18, @O2 seem to be the best so far. You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre

    @O2 PLEASE HELP! I found out today that I have a CCJ on my file from O2 from 2024. This relates to a bundled SIM with a Virgin Broadband contract which was cancelled before it was set up due to credit. The O2 sim was supposed to be cancelled to but it wasn't!

    Hi, I have recently joined @O2 on PAYG and topped up and ported my number in. Why am I getting an error when trying to log in to Priority followed by a text message telling me to top up to continue enjoying Priority? I am a new customer.
