    Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

    @O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

    Not being funny but I’ve upgraded to an iPhone 12 pro max which enables 5G. But, tbh I lose signal from 3G on my way from Preston to Blackburn to my home!! Will 5G be of any benefit @O2 when I can’t even get 4G consistently!?!

    Why does @O2 have SUCH a lag between when you top up and when you can actually USE your credit? Never experienced that with other networks. Is @TalkTalk down again? Another nightmare & possibly worse than the last ISP.
