@O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

@dalegriffin71 @MarcIles @O2 The guy at the O2 shop said the signal at the back of ASDA I’d fantastic but every where else it’s patchy. Was in the stadium once and 5G appeared on my phone, but soon changed to 3G. It’s obviously being worked on.

@O2 He’s tried all of those. We checked network status and says May face issues but it says no service, even in the office yesterday which is a different city
