@JamesTurner37 @O2 It’s disappointing because their customer service staff are uniformly warm and helpful in my experience. It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

Topped up my data TWICE in one hour and was only using what’s app. Called @O2 who explained to me that streaming movies takes a lot of data. I was not streaming movies. “Sorry we can’t provide you with any help at this time”Is there any accountability whatsoever ? Doesn’t seem so

@O2 I live in the WA8 area. My partner is also on O2 both on his personal and work phones and also is experiencing the same issues. We got some messages a few months ago to say they were doing some work locally to improve the signal. It actually got worse since then.

Does anyone know why O2’s signal has gone so bad? I used to get a great signal but now all I get is mostly 3G. It’s horrendous! @O2 is this likely to be permanent as it’s been this way for months now.
