    @O2 hello you lovely people, so my phone is paid for so I’m now out of contract, been with you since day 1 but signal in DA15 7LE is shocking! A friend lives in DA15 8DQ and he said a mast has been worked on and his reception and 4G is now amazing, it’s about 1 mile away from me

    @O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

    @O2 Tbh it’s not just the calling, the main issue is the lack of 4g and it’s awful speed, 3G, when it kicks in, is ok but in this day and age not getting 4g is a problem ;(

    @O2 I feel let down as a customer for the first time in 4 years of loyalty. I pay £10 for same day delivery of my upgrade for this evening and it has not arrived! Thanks I’ll just hope my phone that’s being replaced hangs on till someone delivers it!

    @O2 how come your network has charged me for sending texts from my Samsung watch when I haven't ever sent any texts from the watch at all. It's not worth ringing O2 as all the all center employees are brain dead and can't answer any enqui6 or complaints. Awful service so far!
