@O2 Too many issues to explain here. Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. More time wasted. Your customer service is appalling!

  • coffeemadman
Jonathon (@coffeemadman) reported from City of London, England

@O2 Er slightly concerning that I recycled a phone with you and you have updated the offer saying you received a *different* phone when I’ve never owned that phone at all.

  • sjetaylor
Sarah Taylor (@sjetaylor) reported from Loughton, England

@Johnny_Slack I’ve been with @O2 for 20+ years but once contract expires in August will be moving suppliers as they don’t look after their customers - no loyalty perks nothing - poor coverage where I live and work so it’s bye bye

@O2 is there something wrong with your system because I’m unable to pay my bill today, please fix!

  • ElizabethWaight
Elizabeth Waight (@ElizabethWaight) reported from Poplar, England

After being on hold @O2 for an age to upgrade, customer service bloke atonal and barely responsive, then for some reason could no longer hear me, said FFS down the phone and hung up. Brilliant work. Think I’ll be switching provider.

  • nathibeats
IG: nathibeats (@nathibeats) reported from East Ham, England

  • Greekphotoguy
Dimitris A. (@Greekphotoguy) reported from Tottenham, England

Dear @O2, I've been with you for years. Just upgraded for 3 years. But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

  • SophieGudge_
Soph 💕 (@SophieGudge_) reported from Ilford, England

This @O2 mast issue in Brentwood is beyond a joke… My internet doesn’t get installed for 2 weeks.. I’m going to be sat twiddling my thumbs. I hear it’s been going on for a year.. Don’t expect to hear from me past 5pm till the 1st October.

  • jameskibwe
James Miller (@jameskibwe) reported from Stratford, England

@O2 Two weeks at least. Slow speed, but worse, the connection dropped today too, even though I was still on the O2 network, but service stopped momentarily anyway and this threw a spanned into the works at a delicate moment online.

  • captnyesterday
Bobby (@captnyesterday) reported from Woodford Green, England

@O2 hey guys my phone is basically useless outside of a WiFi connection atm due to no signal. Would like to get this sorted asap

  • jordanharris86

@O2 hi, this morning I ordered a case from your website and it said there was a problem, but my card provider is saying the payment has gone through. Can you confirm whether this was the case or not? Thanks

  • DrHannahLB
Hannah Lomax-Browne (@DrHannahLB) reported from Walthamstow, England

@O2 I don’t know what I’m paying for? Unless I’m somewhere with WiFi I have the worst internet, anywhere I go! I’ve tried all the steps to fix and still terrible internet. Unacceptable!

@EnglandRugby @O2 Every director of England Rugby Union needs to be sacked. Firing the most successful coach of recent generations. Keeping the current worst one. Culture always comes from the top and English rugby is in shambles.

  • zeeplamer
    Zee Palmer (@zeeplamer) reported

@MissNads22 @O2 @EE claim to be the best network, if not because I have a broadband at home, people would have thought I live up in the mountains and had to go outside to get a network 😭

  • sameoldSm
    Sam (@sameoldSm) reported

@angelazhay @EnglandRugby @O2 How do you honestly expect him to get quick ball when it’s not available due to poor clear outs? This JVP thing is just a brainless hate bandwagon. Mitchell has been no quicker for England when he’s started this year.

  • Andy__Mac
    Andy Mac (@Andy__Mac) reported

@O2 @PeelhillLibrary Keith, I get at least one a day - it's not o2. Keep blocking, but these scammers literally buy / spoof thousands of numbers. Sometimes I hang up, sometimes I play them at their own game and keep them engaged for 20 mins before telling them to foxtrot oscar.

  • cornwall_fraser
    Fraser Cornwall🦈 (@cornwall_fraser) reported

@EnglandRugby @O2 15 min delay would help. Think I’m gonna make it with train now moving but will be tight

@O2 the 4/5G in my local area is awful at the moment, am getting absolutely nothing once leaving the house.

  • Rothbury01669
    Stevio (@Rothbury01669) reported

@JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom I was with EE over 18 years (from the Orange days). When they were bought by BT their renentions deals went up the spout and they wanted £60/month for a new iPhone 13 and that was at a discount. So I requested a PAC code on the website and bought my phone direct from Apple for £36/month over 2 years I moved to Giffgaff (which is 02 but been fine for me). Within an hour of the PAC request a guy from EE phoned me and said, why are you leaving after all these years ..... told him why and he said, we can offer it for £50. I said too late. Even with a £10/month sim deal on Giffgaff it was still cheaper and I never went back and I am still with Giffgaff 5 years later My friend works for Three and he said that legacy customer leaving is a red line for the companies because once you go, you'll never come back and they also know that once the customer discovers they can buy the phone direct from the manufacturer with 24 month 0% terms, it's the end of the line for the working model
