    @O2 Correct, SIM shows no signal. Local area coverage is fine and I have tried different handsets. Account is up to date. I went to a store but was told I was on the O2 360 system and they couldn’t help me, so am trying here.

    Seriously @O2 literally just taken out a contract with them and already worst service!!! Phone hasn’t arrived and was supposed to last Friday, only to find out it was sent back. Now I have to wait til they receive it and reorder another one.

    This @O2 mast issue in Brentwood is beyond a joke… My internet doesn’t get installed for 2 weeks.. I’m going to be sat twiddling my thumbs. I hear it’s been going on for a year.. Don’t expect to hear from me past 5pm till the 1st October.

    @O2 I’m currently in Nigeria and my O2 SIM only shows “Emergency calls only.” Manual network selection also says “Selected network unavailable.” Please can you check if there’s any roaming restriction or suspension on my line?
