Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

@O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

@virginmedia Furthermore I’ll not be renewing my @O2 contract when they merge with Virgin bad enough with on #showerofshit can’t be dealing with it on my mobile as well.

Hi @O2 I’ve done the suggested checks via your help line and nothing help still terrible network coverage, but I did fix the issues I brought a cheap @EE SIM card/phone and what a difference night and day better, 12minths and counting till I swap.. #o2sucks

@O2 Just been in Southampton City centre for the day and had almost zero data anywhere. No response even with full 4G signal. I keep reporting it via My Network, but my phone is almost unusable. And no one can fix it. Only now got data passing the airport! It’s a CITY!

@Trystanian @O2 Totally agree although they swear they don’t on the phone… several times… @O2 please see above the issue is not restricted to me apparently. Travelling again soon, hopefully you addressed this by then. I would also hazard a guess that it’s even less based on my experience.

@O2 I have asked twice now a very simple question. I was considering leaving @o2 but the fact you can't be bothered to reply AT ALL is confirming my thoughts as to which way to jump. Only been a customer since 2007 so I am obviously not valued.

@sean_simo @O2 It's buried away in their terms and conditions. Sadly, the o2 staff don't seem to have a clue about their own products. Totally agree that advertising such a poor service when roaming in the USA is pretty misleading.
