  • LebbyE
Lebby Eyres (@LebbyE) reported from Islington, England

Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

  • TomDavies_89
Tom Davies (@TomDavies_89) reported from City of London, England

I’m leaving @O2, service is again absolutely atrocious and I live in central London. #o2

  • GillKirby
Gill Kirby (@GillKirby) reported from Islington, England

@O2 How funny that publicly you demonstrate great customer service, but having DM’d you which you requested, you’ve now gone very silent! Not my idea of service.

  • ChristianRad
Christian Radnedge (@ChristianRad) reported from London, England

Something especially egregious about living near The O2, but not having any @O2 signal once again, even though that doesn't make sense. Feels like it should be a massive router for all of South East London...

  • PaulMacca1976
Paul McCaffrey (@PaulMacca1976) reported from Islington, England

People be aware that fake texts from @O2 are being sent saying your bill payment can’t go through and to log in via a text link - the site looks just like o2 but it isn’t their site! Thank god I checked with customer service

  • Stasisesque
Lou 🐝 Lou (@Stasisesque) reported from London, England

A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

  • electriccandles
⚡️Emma⚡️ (@electriccandles) reported from London, England

@O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

  • Kierbro
Kieran Brown #FRSA 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈 (@Kierbro) reported from London, England

@O2 I will! If you could sort out anything at all, that would be amazing...! I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 20 years so it would be much appreciated..!

  • nettiewettie
Annette 💜🏳️‍🌈 (@nettiewettie) reported from City of London, England

@BecksBDaniels Oh crap! I’m a @O2 customer too. Not brilliant. There should be any charges while using WiFi for WhatsApp.

  • endaguinan
Enda Guinan (@endaguinan) reported from Islington, England

@O2 I’m with GiffGaff. Usually no issues with Mesia messages in any direction, but when it happens, I’m curious about this type of message. It says here’s your message, but there’s no link or attachment.

  • AlanGreene73
Alan Greene (@AlanGreene73) reported from London, England

  • UKGeocacher

  • sophiegdonnelly
Sophie Donnelly (@sophiegdonnelly) reported from City of London, England

@O2 please can you do me a favour and dm me so I can give you my friend at works number to call her back - she has some questions about her phone contract and nobody on your customer care line seems to know the answers - don’t make me listen to her ranting anymore pls 😢😢😢😢😢

  • AlanGreene73
Alan Greene (@AlanGreene73) reported from London, England

  • PaulGrayburn
PG (@PaulGrayburn) reported from City of London, England

@O2 Nope, nothing. All that’s been different is that I’ve been roaming since 4th October. Home now but I noticed when I was in Portugal that my data counter wasn’t working but my sons was. My wife is also having the same problem.

    JaG (@J4God) reported

@O2 I’m IT literate. Have done all this countless times. Local O2 shop confirms that I have this issue. A common complaint in this area where they say the mast doesn’t work/is getting fixed, and/or whatever else. The problem is endemic and I feel that I am paying O2 for 0

  • JulieTessa46

@mattstingray @O2 I’m finding exactly the same and their response was use WiFi calling! A great help when you don’t have access and need to make a call.
