Lou 🐝 Lou (@Stasisesque) reported from London, EnglandA tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

Paul McCaffrey (@PaulMacca1976) reported from Islington, EnglandPeople be aware that fake texts from @O2 are being sent saying your bill payment can’t go through and to log in via a text link - the site looks just like o2 but it isn’t their site! Thank god I checked with customer service

Jon. (@jonnyrotton1989) reported from Islington, EnglandRight that’s your lot now @O2 I’m sick to death of signal problems & the app never works to report a problem! 10 years I’ve been with you - you used to be the best, but not anymore. Time to give @EE a go 👍🏽 #O2 #O2isARipOff #O2SignalProblems
-
Lebby Eyres (@LebbyE) reported from Islington, EnglandEssentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.
-
Corina Wieland (@CorinaWieland) reported from London, England@VictoriaGoodyer @O2 Exactly what I will do! I was hoping the more expensive monthly rate (to other providers) is justifid by the costumer service. How wrong was I! Fed up with the poor service, signal cover (in London!), weekends without data and now this.
-
Kevin Newman (@KevinWNewman) reported from London, England@ianvisits Pointless arguing against the machine 🤖! Take your business elsewhere Ian. I’m sure @EE or @O2 will be willing to help out!
-
siege (@siegeism) reported from London, England@O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?
-
NAIJA BOI (@MANLIKENAIJA) reported from Islington, England@O2 APP AND WEBSITE DOWN SINCE 9:58AM !!! YOU PEOPLE OWE ME MONEY !!! IMMA FIND A WAY TO SUE YOU 🙃🙃🙃

Caroline McDonnell (@sweetiepiecaz) reported@O2 this is why I left o2. My partner has a business and his customers are saying they can't get through to him. It has been over a week. The £10 refund is not enough. Can you just fix the mast please?
-
Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported@benjaminlfc @O2 @virginmedia It's always the private browser software they fail on. Always states, "Access denied to this page" yet the options button asks me if, "I want to log out?" Funny that...
-
Neil Playle (@neilpop) reported@O2 @O2 I’d love an update on the three phones I ordered yesterday that I was told would be delivered today… tried phoning the store, your support staff tried phoning the store… and the store did not answer at all! Now “hoping” they’ll be here tomorrow, or at least an update, thank

-
Ian Tucker (@sydlinger) reported@EnglandRugby @O2 We don't need a reminder! It's still a poor selection no matter how many times you post it.
-
Felicia Van Cartier (@feliciavcartier) reported@O2 Shame you have a **** network at home @o2. When are you actually going to do something about that???
-
rockin_plumber 🤘😎🤘 (@_Dave_Morris_) reported@iz__zy @O2 I’m having this issue as well, I’ve been told this is isolated to Pay as You go customers, not sure if that applies to you? The way @O2 reply in here it’s like they don’t even know what Priority is though.
-
Stevio (@Rothbury01669) reported@JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom I was with EE over 18 years (from the Orange days). When they were bought by BT their renentions deals went up the spout and they wanted £60/month for a new iPhone 13 and that was at a discount. So I requested a PAC code on the website and bought my phone direct from Apple for £36/month over 2 years I moved to Giffgaff (which is 02 but been fine for me). Within an hour of the PAC request a guy from EE phoned me and said, why are you leaving after all these years ..... told him why and he said, we can offer it for £50. I said too late. Even with a £10/month sim deal on Giffgaff it was still cheaper and I never went back and I am still with Giffgaff 5 years later My friend works for Three and he said that legacy customer leaving is a red line for the companies because once you go, you'll never come back and they also know that once the customer discovers they can buy the phone direct from the manufacturer with 24 month 0% terms, it's the end of the line for the working model
-
Benjamin Webster (@benjaminlfc) reported@CherryBooBopper @O2 If submitted to the complaint review service email address you’ll be lucky if you hear anything what you will get is an automated email after 4 weeks telling you they’re still looking into the complaint, you’ll then get one after 8 weeks stating you can go to CISAS and only after going to them will you get a response from O2
-
ZxZ (@CooperHaans) reported@O2 Does anyone find O2’s Data absolutely atrocious these days? I’ve been with them 15 years. Just got a new phone and plan and it’s as bad as I’ve ever known it. Might as well not have data half the time when I’m out. Really bad
