Unfortunately because of when I took out my last contract (just before you changed your terms) I’m stuck with this old handset until I can pay off £700 remaining on device. Shame as the new amazing iPhone camera would help my burgeoning photograph business massively.

Seems crazy that you can sell a contract for a 4G (even 5G) phone, then issue one that doesn’t provide those services but still expect to have the (unfulfilled) contract honoured.
