But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

Ross (@rosstheconsumer) reported@O2 I’m not impressed. I moved YESTERDAY at 7pm to a 5GB tariff, having never used more than 3GB a month with my previous network. I’ve apparently used 2.3GB in ONE DAY with O2. Nothing has changed in my settings so why have I allegedly used so much data?
