@DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

Still within my 14 day grace period with @O2 having so much trouble actually speaking to a human about my issue I’m so tempted to cancel cause this stupid system keeps just hanging up on me and it’s been 3 days since I requested they transfer my number… not great

@O2 4 days trying to cancel a contract and switch a number over. Passed on from one person who knows nothing to another to be hung up on and left on hold for 2 and a half hours only to be told everyone’s gone home and they’re shut and to ring back tomorrow. Beyond a joke

@O2 away on hols - data running out. You text… offer an upgrade - very cool! Wasn’t aware it doesn’t start until next bill and now I’m unable to get any further bolt ons. Can’t talk as you close at 6 and queue times are currently longer than 30 mins. Any help?

Just moved from @idmobile back to @O2 only to realise quickly how poor the 5g coverage is. Will be leaving again once contract is up again, as the 4g coverage is also hopeless....
