@O2 It can happen anywhere at any time. Only way I know is when I look at phone. It’s not signal as when I turn phone off then back on it’s got full signal. It’s not just me. Check Twitter feed. So many people complaining about same problem

@O2 hi! I’m not sure if this is a you problem or an apple problem. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

I'm becoming increasingly annoyed with my signal on @O2 My wife and I have perfect signal but she's on @EE My internet is lagging/buffering like you wouldn't believe but my wife's is perfectly fine - she's even streaming Disney with no issue but I can't even load a webpage.

@O2 To be honest it’s all the time and it’s easier to list places I do get signal…your colleagues have already suggested to myself that it’s a network issue and the only way around it is to pay off the remainder of my contract or wait to refresh in December :/
