-
Lebby Eyres (@LebbyE) reported from Islington, EnglandI would just like to say I had three back to back chats starting at 12pm today and at that precise moment @O2 went down. WhatsApp coming to the rescue for some but not all. Aargh.

-
Alastair Hilton (@London_W4) reported from Islington, EnglandI'll tell you what I love doing. @O2 online surveys. I get a warm feeling deep inside when I receive all their texts asking to rate their service.
-
Tim Morris (@T_Morris_Wealth) reported from London, England@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support
-
Joe Bignell (@joe_bignell) reported from London, England@O2 have put up with terrible coverage for 14 months!! Promote 5G but I still can’t send a picture when on the commute in SELondon. Can’t wait for the contract to end. Worse provider I’ve experienced

-
Lou 🐝 Lou (@Stasisesque) reported from London, EnglandA tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.
-
Amy Stone (@amylouisestone) reported from London, England@O2 I have also been doing this too. If this problem persists, then what?
-
Colin Thomas (@colinthomas1961) reported from Islington, England@o2 your signal on match days around Highbury is non existent. All other carriers are fine. You say you’re the best, do something about this because it’s unacceptable.
-
siege (@siegeism) reported from London, England@O2 Done. I’ve started taking screen shots of locations with no service because it’s so bad.
-
Gill Kirby (@GillKirby) reported from Islington, England@O2 How funny that publicly you demonstrate great customer service, but having DM’d you which you requested, you’ve now gone very silent! Not my idea of service.
-
https://techhub.social/@ianpike 🏴 (@IanPike) reported from London, England@O2 Network reset? Not sure what that is... Not in London often and last two times when I try to connect to wifi extra it requires login info, multiple locations across the tube network. I've searched for a solution and doesn't seem to be any options.

DavidDunninguk (@daviddunninguk) reported@O2 So there is a nationwide problem of poor signal strength then? It’s literally everywhere I’ve been this week from Hastings to London to Edinburgh. It can’t go on. I will be looking at other options this weekend after 35 years with you.

-
shakerboard (@Shakerboard) reported@EnglandRugby @O2 This team will never succeed under Borthwick. I suspect a heavy defeat, considering this exact team almost won the 6 nations wooden spoon.
-
Adrian Kesby (@kesbyac) reported@O2 I just want to change tariff to 10GB plan. I’m with Virgin Media so that becomes 20GB which is perfectly adequate. Sim Onlys are circa £15 which is fine but was told in store that I can’t port my number on the same network!
