    @O2 Hi! I hope you can help. I mailed o2 Recycle my old phone back in March. You have since changed providers for the recycle service and now my phone is lost. Seems like I'll never receive payment. I'd like either my phone returned or the money please.

    @O2 I've just waited 45 minutes for someone to tell me they can't do anything regarding #insurance, then I immediately get a voicemail saying call the same number. PLEASE SORT THIS ASAP !!!! #CustomerService #awful

    One thing I’m excited about with going home is no longer using @O2 as my phone provider. Absolutely sick of always randomly getting “no service” and then it coming back 5mins later and dropping out again.

    @O2 like your the only UK network do not offer wifi calling and 4G calling for PAYG customer’s… see EE,Vodafone and three they do offer wifi calling and 4G calling to their PAYG customers.. and your not offering i am 13 years a loyal customer please do offer it i am facing -

    @O2 I suggest no-one buy o2 phones or services as not only are they incompetent but they don’t respond to complaints or even compensate you when they are at fault, I have been paying for phone and network which I NOT receiving for 10 days now!! Do not buy O2 @Ofcom @BBCNews

    Hey @O2 just struggled down to the shopping centre to take advantage of the @GreggsOfficial free hot drink & treat offer, via my @virginmedia account, (available until 0000 tomorrow apparently) but got here, and offers have disappeared from app or come up as ‘sold out’ 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 I’m treating myself to a Apple Watch because it’s my birthday next month and the offer ends next Thursday 🤣 plus I deserve it, putting up with rude people and getting sat on/licked/beaten up by my niece hahaha

    @O2 absolute JOKE of a service today. Got a deal offered to me by your retentions team TODAY, I ring back later to call it and no one with authorise it. Been passed to and fro for an hour and a half and got NOWHERE. The phone and deal I want is sat in my basket. Help.

    Very unhappy with the service from @O2 , phone battery only lasting 4 hours at a time at the moment and very slow running - no upgrade option apart from paying £324 😧😡

    I genuinely hate the O2 app so much wdym I paid my phone bills on the 15th and it takes the money (THAT I DON’T HAVE) out again TODAY. I ain’t paying for 2 phone twice 🫩 need to wait till 8AM to call them and sort this **** out. @O2

    @O2 Hi, I have been in Guadeloupe, French West Indies since February 23rd 2026. I got a text saying I have a maximum of 25 GB of roaming allowance included in my tariff. My 02 app doesn't work anymore so I can't monitor my usage. Can you help me see where I am at?

    Disappointed with @O2. I’ve spent 4hrs on calls this week trying to resolve an issue. I’ve had contradictory information, multiple transfers & promised callbacks that never happened. Due to the repeated failures, the only reasonable option now is to allow me to leave penalty-free

    @DelBoy80s @EnglandRugby @O2 He got dropped by Racing. I've watched this kid since he burst in the scene ans was overhyped on the back of 2 great tries in second tier comps. He is a one trick pony, that'll work at Prem level but not intl. Fundamentally lacks work rate on and off the ball, poor aerially 1/2

    Just let me know why you visited the store instead of using the online chat when you had the issue with the e-SIM. WHAT A JOKE Your issue could have been resolved much faster, but sorry about that. I understand, and I can give you £20.00 as compensation @O2
