    The ordeal continues. @O2 and it’s #CustomerService is very good at taking notes but appalling at resolving complaints / closing issues. Generated an incorrect / inflated bill despite multiple assurances otherwise! Now running pillar to post, no resolution in sight @MarkEvansO2

    @SkyHelpTeam My 4G network on @O2 is MUCH faster than your broadband service, when you promised to give me 17mbps. This has been happening for the past weeks.

    @o2 can you fix your network in @westfeild #London as I’ve tried to FaceTime my mom more than 50 times the calls have been dropping all the time its sucks paying almost £90 pcm and you don’t get basic networks. Not a happy customer anymore.

    @O2 Hi, i’m not an idiot - I’m a software engineer - I know it didn’t come *from* you. Nonetheless it was relayed *by* you. It shouldn’t have been, because you shouldn’t accept text messages for relay that appear to be from banks unless you can verify that they really are.

    @O2 Hello O2 Been a customer for 20 years or more and paid all my bills. It’s a shame to lose two accounts because of a data charge that, while you may regard as valid, seems unreasonable. Also, “5 to 6 days if you submit a complaint email” is not an acceptable response time.

    @O2 I have called O2 several times and also chatted online to a few people (Nooruddin for example).I also spoke to the 3rd party which don’t care and to the police which are busy with bigger problems.What it comes down to is YOU are charging me, and I am YOUR costumer

    @O2 my phone has been kicking me off WiFi for months now. Been into the shop and they have ‘fixed’ it twice...can’t get onto the O2 app, and now can’t log on to the website. My bills are always over because of this and I’d love some help rather than being overcharged each month.

    You don’t get an ounce of data stood on an open-air platform at London Bridge. Been the same for 5 years. I tweeted back then. Send an engineer to platform 12 for a survey. And none of “we don’t guarantee data” -just fix it pls. @O2

    @O2 It’s doesn’t help!!!!! It’s getting frustrating day by day been with @02 nearly 7 years and it’s getting worst day by day. No proper coverage. There’re much better network providers in the U.K. that provide better network and customer services it’s time to make a change!!!!!!!

    @VictoriaGoodyer @O2 Exactly what I will do! I was hoping the more expensive monthly rate (to other providers) is justifid by the costumer service. How wrong was I! Fed up with the poor service, signal cover (in London!), weekends without data and now this.

    @o2 your signal on match days around Highbury is non existent. All other carriers are fine. You say you’re the best, do something about this because it’s unacceptable.

    @O2 terrible service… After 6 days without data and no texts…multiple calls (mainly over 45mins) and not worth the effort chat bots who do not respond…4 different rationals over £60 in additional Bolt ons etc and the to be told 48 hours for call back….use someone else

    @O2 we have a business package and have just purchased a new personal contract, called customer service and hung up twice. Went to 02 store in upper street, worst customer service ever, totally dismissed. Simply want to migrate a number. Will be handing back new phone immediately

    @virginmedia @O2 I wonder if customer service at 02 is as bad as virgin media? Been waiting a month to be connected after connection date. I ring but no one knows. now I just get passed on until the phone gets put down. 30 reschedule appointments. to say this service is poor is an understatement!

    @o2 why is your 5G network in Glasgow so poor? At an event at the O2 Academy tonight and your network is barely capable of doing the most basic of internet tasks despite my phone claiming to have a 5G signal.
