    I find @O2 incredibly difficult to deal with both on the telephone and on the website, nobody is interested in helping. Apart from going into a shop to spend money. Absolutely rubbish service outside of this.

    @O2 Fuming at O2. Currently have 2 devices on a business account, but apparently a 3rd was not given because of a credit check. How long have I been a customer? Years, and Years, A shop gave me a contract for device 2 in 10 mins I've just spent 40 on Telephone for nothing.

    @O2 Credit checks are clearly not worth the paper they are written on, where is your customer service care? look at my personal history and then WHY did the same business account get me my 2nd device in an O2 shop from O2 staff without any hassle, please explain.?

    @O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

    @O2 Yeah roam freely in Europe but beware going anywhere else, they wanted to charge me DAILY, the same amount that my husband was charged monthly by his network!!! Beware of extreme charges and dreadful customer service

    Hey @O2 how do I cancel a SIM card that @virginmedia sent me as a data roaming replacement for the lack of WiFi installation service they’ve provided me at my new property? I wasn’t expecting to be charged extra for this mess up on their side so it’s a no thanks from me.

    @O2 you’ve sent me reminder to pay u for a bill I can not see! I asked for a bill last mnth, as could not view online and nothing? This is on u! U have stopped my service but I wont pay until I have a break down? Bully! If u can send me a ltr, u can send me statement?? @Ofcom

    A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

    @O2 @MartinSLewis Hello. From April 2023 the monthly price of your calls, texts and data will rise by the 13.4% RPI rate of inflation plus 3.9% 17.3% rise !!! Crazy 😜 the reception and service is getting worse absolutely no coverage in Bath !!!

    @O2 why can’t I purchase a new iwatch? I’ve been an existing customer for 20 years, amazing credit and can’t see to purchase online or over the phone. Is there an issue with your system? The person spoke to said it’s not a credit issue it’s just says something has gone wrong

    @O2 The issue isn't really about me, it's about the fact that your website is recommending ludicrously unnecessary upgrades that cost more during a cost-of-living crisis. I got your email regarding a 17.3% price increase, but your site is advising me to stretch even further.
