The is very cathartic after 25 years with @O2 I’ve left for @VodafoneGroup the o2 customer care and support is utterly woeful. And having given them so many chances I’ve had enough, so over to you vodaphone can you step up

@O2 The signal in the town has always been iffy, but the last few months its been a complete joke, and the last 2 it's taken the biscuit. I've done all sorts, sim swaps, airplane mode and restarting phone. It's definitely down to the fact the service is awful/ getting worse.
