@Suw @O2 @Ofcom Mine went from £16 to £17.38 in April last year (after two months) and now will go to £20.95. No change in the service. Yes inflation etc, but RPI is a terrible measure, and +3.9% per year regardless, is poor form.

@O2 no way did odeon tickets go in first few seconds they became available. I had 2 phones on it and it crashed immediately on both and now saying out of stock. This was the one benefit I stick with o2 for and since you changed to any day never get them. #noreasontostay #dodgy

@AidanGarnish @O2 @Ofcom Tbh I wish I'd stayed with Three; it was only because of the combined Volt benefits of Virgin+O2, and because of the roaming. Obvs I knew RPI+3.9% but given current situation it just feels like being fleeced. Service is also mucho **** compared to Three; O2 coverage terrible!
