Mother has been getting scammed by a mobile app service "Lasevia limited" for past 8 ish months, her mobile provider @O2 can't help at all. Looking online this has been an issue for ages yet nothing has been done by O2 😡

Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

I have been with @O2 since they first started-that is decades- but that relationship ends at the end of my current contract- I have today experienced the most dreadful customer service. I can only apologise to O2 for being someone who expected customer care-mea culpa.

@_Brian_Hunter @O2 Good luck Brian, O2 are by a long way the worst mobile phone operator I have ever used. I finally got rid after they tried to charge me £900 for a phone I had neither ordered or received, even in this situation it took 3 months to sort out.
