@_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

  • Greekphotoguy Dimitris A. (@Greekphotoguy) reported from Tottenham, England

@LuzDLuna @O2 When I got to the shop to collect the phone and was denied, since a driving license valid across Europe wasn't good enough, I was told the "there are procedures and cameras" and the staff couldn't help because they would get in trouble!

  • budgie Lee 'Budgie' Barnett (@budgie) reported from Paddington, England

@O2 Wasn’t a problem, as such. ‘Kit breaks’ is an ever present rule. Was mainly to let others know,, if they had problems and wondered what was going on.

  • MikeBrownnutt Mike Brownnutt (@MikeBrownnutt) reported from Merton, England

  • thespacedmonkey Jonny Harris 🇬🇧 (@thespacedmonkey) reported from Ealing, England

Unbelievably bad customer service from @O2 . I was found no service when I live in London is expected and I would not be a booster and that a booster didn’t even exist. A quick google found the booster. Also pretty rude to me. Not happy after 9 years with them to get that.

  • B_Heer84 Bari Heer (@B_Heer84) reported from Wraysbury, England

@O2 are the biggest disgrace possible. Im a pay monthly customer, paying £53 a month. I have no network coverage. O2 have confirmed I live in a Black spot and they will not be helping me. They said to me..’These things happen’...! O2 said I still have to pay my monthly fee..!

  • oxymoron_tom Tom Bassett (@oxymoron_tom) reported from Wandsworth, England

Is there a issue in the Earlsfield/Clapham Junction area, consistently been getting speeds of 0.01MB or no data at all @O2

Have phoned @O2 Maybe 7 times in the last 3 months, as they are investigating a company called Fermdemia that stole from my account linked to my phone. Starting to wonder if @O2 is fraudster ferdemia in disguise! ‘Someone will call you back’... that old chestnut. #o2 #help #fraud

  • rafthemaster Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Kensington, England

@O2 this phone number is harassing me - 020 3389 6395 - it’s a fake automated call claiming to be @HMRCgovuk called me 4 times already today! Wants to press option for operator (but I haven’t done so), needs reporting for harassment / impersonation of government service! @Ofcom

  • StephenKingsley Stephen Kingsley (@StephenKingsley) reported from Islington, England

@O2 No response on Saturday and don’t understand a three letter message today - a long time for an automated service not to be working correctly.

  • s_reynolds808 Simon 'Whippet'.. (@s_reynolds808) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

Trying to listen to @VirginRadioUK on phone app on train and @O2 signal cutting out .. I know some areas are black spots but 3G surely should cope 😬 frustrating getting sound bites every 5 mins

  • davidchow David Chow 📶 (@davidchow) reported from Hammersmith, England

@MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

  • MabdiNur1 Mohamed Abdinur (@MabdiNur1) reported from Hammersmith, England

@O2 I’m considering to leave after many years with you due to poor connection both voice and data. Shame once u was my no 1 choice of network.

  • Greekphotoguy Dimitris A. (@Greekphotoguy) reported from Tottenham, England

Dear @O2, I've been with you for years. Just upgraded for 3 years. But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

  • endaguinan Enda Guinan (@endaguinan) reported from Islington, England

@O2 I’m with GiffGaff. Usually no issues with Mesia messages in any direction, but when it happens, I’m curious about this type of message. It says here’s your message, but there’s no link or attachment.

@O2 why is data signal in New Brighton so poor when it gets so busy! I should not have an issue with data

  • asteelbath Alastair Steel (@asteelbath) reported

@O2 I've spoken to 202 twice this month and they've given me all the usual guff. Apparently you are upgrading! Presumably degrading the service first so that the 'upgrade' seems better. If you can't keep the basic service working, tell people in advance.

  • 1997whovian Lauren Brown 🐧 (@1997whovian) reported

@O2 It's been about a month now and you've still not fixed the data speeds in my area. Ever since you began improving the network it's been slow! How long does to take to fix a mast? Not this long surely. Absolutely ridiculous

  • femmebop jes (@femmebop) reported

@O2 I have a new unlimited contract but no sign of free Apple Music - neither shop nor customer service can help?
