    @O2 Hi! I hope you can help. I mailed o2 Recycle my old phone back in March. You have since changed providers for the recycle service and now my phone is lost. Seems like I'll never receive payment. I'd like either my phone returned or the money please.

    Very unhappy with the service from @O2 , phone battery only lasting 4 hours at a time at the moment and very slow running - no upgrade option apart from paying £324 😧😡

    Topped up my data TWICE in one hour and was only using what’s app. Called @O2 who explained to me that streaming movies takes a lot of data. I was not streaming movies. “Sorry we can’t provide you with any help at this time”Is there any accountability whatsoever ? Doesn’t seem so

    @O2 why is your signal coverage so poor? My friend had full 5G in my house and I’m flickering between one bar of 4G and 3G 😩 we have no wifi because of a landslide in the area and I can’t even make a phone call without it cutting out.

    Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis

    Have you read the reviews on Play Store of your app @O2?! 🤔 Since the latest update, just like me, everyone seems to hate it and has the same problems I do - it's a Crap App now tbh!! Time to sort out the issues or delete it completely... like I have!! 👋 #o2 #App #phones

    @O2 the company that ask you a suitable time that call back, ensure or promise to call you back at that time and you never hear anything until you phone again. 5 times now, getting a bit frustrating to say the least.
