    Did @O2 iphone recycle thing (diff login to normal O2... would help if they told you 🙄), was quoted £132. Then get message they’ve revised value to £28. 79% reduction. Zero explanation as to why. I’ll have that phone back then #o2recycle All a bit #GreedierO2 than #GreenerO2

    @O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

    @O2 I’ve been a customer of yours for 29 years, yet over the last 18 months the quality of service has gone markedly downhill. No matter where in the country I travel, I struggle to use data yet my work device on a competitors network works absolutely fine, ive filed many 1/

    @O2 after 20+ years I’m waiting for my number to port to another network. It’s been one thing after the other over the years - poor signal, poor service, the issue with the iPhone XR that you dragged out for months, and the very sneaky price increase

    @JohnTillUK @O2 It’s the same where I live, the main town centres are down, the mast near my house is down, the time they take to fix their dated masts is ridiculously slow, over capacities as well from Sky, Gif GaF, Tesco etc aren’t helping, I’ve never known it this bad

    @O2 will we be reimbursed for the service outage in BT703HE and surrounding areas? A phone mast isn't working, your agent can't say when it will be fixed. Paying for a service and no communication, no ETA of service restoration and no data/coverage.
