  Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

  @O2 I've not "lost" my device, It's damaged and a replacement was sent... I had it delivered to a hotel, the receptionist wasn't there so the DPD driver took it back, I can't get it redelivered until Monday, when I'm not here and your support is useless! #SeeWhatYouCANTDo!

  Hi @MartinSLewis it seems you were correct in your prediction that other companies would follow @O2 by increasing prices during contract periods yet allowing to leave without a termination fee. @gigaclear have now followed suit. A company I never expected would do so.
