@O2 I feel let down as a customer for the first time in 4 years of loyalty. I pay £10 for same day delivery of my upgrade for this evening and it has not arrived! Thanks I’ll just hope my phone that’s being replaced hangs on till someone delivers it!

@O2 fraud team apparently sent @dhlexpressuk to pick up the phone I never wanted between 9-11am this morning...shock no one arrived, I still have a phone I didn’t order, and I still can’t get into my account to check anything is actually resolve! #worstcustomerservice

@O2 why is the network and 4g soooooo bad. Well I say 4g, I never get 4g most of the time. And even if it does say 4g it’s rubbish and slow, stuff still doesn’t load. A lot of the time I have to turn 4g off and change it to 3G for it to work. Rubbish

Oh, *****. @O2 and @VirginMedia "joining forces". As if services couldn't get any worse. Virgin is the archetypal example of how a good service (Blueyonder) merged with a bad one (NTL) does not drag the bad elements up. Quite the reverse. O2's customer service already not great.

@O2 @SkyDivingGecko Your customer service is useless. Every month I pay via DD but every month I get text saying bill hasn't been paid, I then have to ring my bank who confirm o2 haven't attempted to take payment. Every month it's the same. How can you not process a simple DD?
