@O2 It's a shame you have shut down your customer service email address. When people would need to co tact you the most. My phone calls are unanswered and the link I was sent to chat to an online help sent me to a defunct website. Your customer service is missing in action

Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

Hilarious that @O2 priority website is down. I was only hanging on, being a miserable O2 customer in hope I’d get Peter Kay tickets. It’s 2022 and trust O2 to completely **** up.
