I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

Told by customer service I should have told them I was going away what crap big brother

Two separate O2 phones at the same location failed to receive the UK Gov wildfire Emergency Alert on 14 August. Both were on 4G/5G with Emergency Alerts enabled, and alert history is empty.
