    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

    @O2 Hi, yes I’ve done both. Apps are so slow loading when wireless is switched off and service isn’t great on 3G or 4G. Used to be excellent

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    Did @O2 iphone recycle thing (diff login to normal O2... would help if they told you 🙄), was quoted £132. Then get message they’ve revised value to £28. 79% reduction. Zero explanation as to why. I’ll have that phone back then #o2recycle All a bit #GreedierO2 than #GreenerO2

    Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

    @UncannyVal @MoreUtterPiffle @O2 "fair enough" that the loudspeaker doesn't work very well? I'd be expecting close to perfect working order from anything sold as refurbished. It certainly wasn't checked before sale. Take it back! Consumers will get ripped off if we don't demand more.

    @O2 It’s sorted now, I’ve just had an email and magically the number that wasn’t eligible has now had volt benefits activated. Please sort out your chat service though I haven’t had a good experience with it once. After over 10 years with o2 I’ll be leaving at the end of my contract.

    @adamwingie @O2 I feel your pain! It's been generally good for me too. I think I remember a similar problem on 4G rollout. I could try to disable 5G but why would I have to do that? I tried to send a WhatsApp message (short video) for over 40 minutes.

    @O2 why oh why is 4G coverage soooooo BAD. I can barely use my phone unless I have wifi. Tried all the tips, local network fine…. You have to sort this out.

    @FezzFox @O2 Hmmm so upload goes through LTE. I reckon the issue is an over capacity mast. O2 is bad for capacity issues.
