Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@O2 terrible service guys!! My wife has returned a broken phone via o2 Insure and after 3 weeks still no phone. If she’s lucky they might send the broken one back, if they find it so she can try again. #terribleservice

@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

@O2 Day 3 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

New location (but still around Surrey, Redhill) network signal and internet speed: @O2 full bar 4G/5G still slow. @EE 2 bar 4G+ everything's slow. Both lags with mobile gaming. So what network should I try this time? 😐

@parkz1892 @O2 Im 3 weeks almost. I’ve seen some people are 6 weeks plus so I’m really not hopeful of the 4 week estimate I was given. Wish I went with another network now. Anyone that goes over the 4 weeks should be given a form of compensation @O2
