@O2 my phone has been kicking me off WiFi for months now. Been into the shop and they have ‘fixed’ it twice...can’t get onto the O2 app, and now can’t log on to the website. My bills are always over because of this and I’d love some help rather than being overcharged each month.

@O2 fraud team apparently sent @dhlexpressuk to pick up the phone I never wanted between 9-11am this morning...shock no one arrived, I still have a phone I didn’t order, and I still can’t get into my account to check anything is actually resolve! #worstcustomerservice

@O2 why is the network and 4g soooooo bad. Well I say 4g, I never get 4g most of the time. And even if it does say 4g it’s rubbish and slow, stuff still doesn’t load. A lot of the time I have to turn 4g off and change it to 3G for it to work. Rubbish

@O2 O2 shocking to keep a customer on hold for over an hour after saying 5 mins, to sort a payment issue, surely this should not be allowed to happen, so are we to hang up or stay on hold Indefinitely- this is the second call - it’s diabolical customer service 😡
