@O2 It's a shame you have shut down your customer service email address. When people would need to co tact you the most. My phone calls are unanswered and the link I was sent to chat to an online help sent me to a defunct website. Your customer service is missing in action

@O2 @Apple I’m sick to death of this IPhone XR. There’s always a fault with the microphone or speaker! 2X I’ve got a replacement and maybe another one! Why am I paying monthly for a phone that is a awful 💩. I should use the #GooglePixel6 again but I love my Apple Watch too much!

@madebydbm @O2 Hi again…I have been having the same since 8pm y’day. Webchat was useless, and @O2 aren’t that responsive on here (I understand if staff are impacted by Covid). I’ve been on the phone 4 times today, with no fix yet. They’ve transferred me to Disney twice, and they can’t fix it.
