I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

SB (@simonbrown001) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Networks share infrastructure the networks are under invested. Buy a new phone from the network pay 70-80 a month even after phones paid off. They were minted not anymore. Most people I know including me buy a phone & pay 10-15-20 quid a month no contract

Tony Brugnoli (@Bruggers100) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Vodafone just as bad down south, dead spots in and around my hometown, can’t get a phone signal at all at my son’s school. The companies will not invest in infrastructure. You can get a better signal in the Lake District because the infrastructure supports emergencies!
