@O2 No - I think you're missing the fact that you still have services that a service designed, a UX guy, a bit of css and common sense could fix up in a week, it wouldn't be super cheap, but leaving this service running like it is, just isn't acceptable.

Hey @O2 just struggled down to the shopping centre to take advantage of the @GreggsOfficial free hot drink & treat offer, via my @virginmedia account, (available until 0000 tomorrow apparently) but got here, and offers have disappeared from app or come up as ‘sold out’ 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@IvyTenebrae @O2 O2 was already bad in 2016, “nice” to see they have gotten worse. They lose cancellation laters even if sent as a certified shipment and don’t accept the legal proof they received it, claim one bought devices from them one never did. Not sure if they are unorganized or fraud.

@O2 Hi. We have no signal again in HD9 4AP. I have reported it but would like to make you aware that this happens at least once a month and usually lasts around 3-4 days, so at best that’s around 36 days a year that you are getting paid for a service you are not delivering…
