You have since changed providers for the recycle service and now my phone is lost. Seems like I'll never receive payment. I'd like either my phone returned or the money please.

EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

I have seen other people are having the same issues. Can you please fix it ASAP. People have bills to pay.

Gale (@gaeilicgal) reportedHey @O2 could you make a SIM only deal that could be bundled onto my contract for my elderly parent? They never make calls unless it's an emergency but I always call them. A bundle on SIM for a token cost would be piece of mind and so helpful.
