I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

When I finally get a response they want to call me but canโt tell me whenโฆ I HAVE NO SIGNAL! Told me itโs resolved now, but my 1 bar says otherwise..! Sort it!
