@O2 issue in the network it’s always says “no service” in my apartment come on offer wifi calling right now i did speak with your staff in Kings road store and told them about that issue they’ve said we can’t do anything right now i might move to EE or Vodafone if this situation-

@O2 terrible service guys!! My wife has returned a broken phone via o2 Insure and after 3 weeks still no phone. If she’s lucky they might send the broken one back, if they find it so she can try again. #terribleservice

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

@O2 like your the only UK network do not offer wifi calling and 4G calling for PAYG customer’s… see EE,Vodafone and three they do offer wifi calling and 4G calling to their PAYG customers.. and your not offering i am 13 years a loyal customer please do offer it i am facing -

@O2 Day 114 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 not helping me at all via direct DM on here. Reinstated my contract when I never asked them too, can’t find any other means of contact. Stuck in Asia with no means of paying a phone bill that they reinstated when I never asked them too. Ridiculous!

@Deej701 @O2 If I had known Sky Mobile used o2 as its host I wouldn't have gone near it. I left o2 few years back and went to EE. O2 by fat worst company I have ever used, shocking service and worse customer service, joke of a company.

@O2 I have been a customer for over 20 years and today I find your customer service appalling. I was asked to upgrade my handset 3 weeks ago, I was sent a faulty handset and I returned it 11 days ago. Having now spent 4 hours on phone calls I still don’t have a new device! Awful
