@O2 issue in the network it’s always says “no service” in my apartment come on offer wifi calling right now i did speak with your staff in Kings road store and told them about that issue they’ve said we can’t do anything right now i might move to EE or Vodafone if this situation-

@O2 Trying to cancel my O2 insurance as I'm paying £150 a year when online is quoting me less than half that. Website says Call 202. Call 202 and that says Go Online. Go Online and that says Call 202 or landline. That hangs up on you straight away. Online Chat isn't available...

@O2 like your the only UK network do not offer wifi calling and 4G calling for PAYG customer’s… see EE,Vodafone and three they do offer wifi calling and 4G calling to their PAYG customers.. and your not offering i am 13 years a loyal customer please do offer it i am facing -

@O2 sick of trying to get a hold of you to settle a bill!!!! Been trying for hours and nothing. It says if not settled within 14 days then it will go to debt collector yet the date of the letter is the 1st and I only received it today on 6th!!!! Absolutely disgusting customer
