Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

Jonjolley (@JonJolley) reported@O2 The signal in the town has always been iffy, but the last few months its been a complete joke, and the last 2 it's taken the biscuit. I've done all sorts, sim swaps, airplane mode and restarting phone. It's definitely down to the fact the service is awful/ getting worse.

Jonjolley (@JonJolley) reported@O2 just sent me a notification that 5g was now available on my plan for free. That would be fantastic, the problem is I can barely get 4G and 3g is almost none existent at all here so i'd rather they gave me one of them first!
