    @O2 please sort out the broken mast in Yiewsley. Only having the capability to make WiFi calls from home for weeks on end is becoming frustrating!

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    Struggling with my 2 month old @SamsungMobile #s21 bought with you @O2 .... I've tried calling but my phone keeps cutting the connection off. I think the RAM is faulty as I can't run more than one app at a time (my S10 does with ease) please help!!

    Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

    Good morning tweets! What a muggy nite! So @O2 have teamed up with another network, my smart meter isn't connecting to meter, my BT line went down too as its gone digital, same time my smart meter went tits up!🤔 Honestly technology floors me to the ground sometimes🙄

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 I really hate O2. I'm from Scotland and bought a really cheap phone to surf with. It was locked to the O2 network. Someone was screwing around with it all of the time and the customer service team were really rude.

    @sjtaylor2017xx @O2 @AmberRoseGill I’m having a similar problem. The customer services say they’ll sort it & don’t, on 3 occasions they’ve just hung up when it got difficult. I’m stuck with a phone that I was told several times was cancelled & I can’t return & now getting threatening messages

    Why is @O2 customer service so shockingly poor? My partner asked for a change of address.. instead they changed her number twice and keep hanging up on her instead of fixing it. Same **** for 5 days.. full family contract terminations inbound 😤

    @O2 I have tried to book Odeon cinema ticket using my complimentary Monday ticket but keep getting a error message saying voucher invalid, we have 3 we are trying to use and all codes get the same error. Please can you help as I need to book by today. Thanks

    @O2 I joined this network again after a few years away for the travel. I travel for work. However the fact I was charged when not using the phone is obscene. I’ll have to leave again.

    @O2 when will it be possible to have 4g let alone 5g consistently in NP10? Signal is very poor for a built up area
