Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

@O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

Livid. As my @O2 contract ends I keep getting calls from random companies wanting to talk to me abt new contracts. Er, how do they know? (I’m currently awaiting important medical phone call so, unusually, I’m answering calls from unknown numbers) NOT good way to treat customers.

Thanks @O2 for not giving any data to help me Bridge my no wifi at home after moving gap. I’ve now learned how to better live with no data. I’ve also learnt how little you care and will be switching networks in the new year. 🖕🏼
