    @O2 Yes I’ve had the iPhone since the 3G and never had this before - I’ve now tested on both front and rear cameras with and without HDR and it bleaches every time. Is the product faulty @AppleSupport or is this an iPhone 12 issue in general. How can I fix it?

    @O2 The UK’s number 1 network? Don’t make me laugh ! I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🤬🤬🤬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Calls are always failing. 02 is my disappointment.

    @O2 why is it so hard to get your systems to work properly. Don’t give me automated messages telling me I am overdue with my bill when I am not. Then sort out your customer support. How can your AI engine be too busy to ‘talk’ to customers. Rubbish.

    Went to @O2 #TCR to swap my monthly contract onto a prepaid card. I was told it has to be done over the phone and they can’t issue a new SIM in store. Went to @EE and asked if I could transfer my number to them. The seem enthusiastic

    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    @O2 Hi, yes I’ve done both. Apps are so slow loading when wireless is switched off and service isn’t great on 3G or 4G. Used to be excellent

    @O2 Doubt it because the odd location does work - it’s just your network is really bad. It’s amazing how you always blame the SIM or device. I’ve never in my entire life had any fault that was a device or SIM.

    @O2 It has not been possible for me to change my name within My O2 as it states, "To change your account name or date of birth contact customer services". I have two mobile accounts in my name, for the other My O2 account my name is spelt correctly so I know it can be corrected.

    @O2 I'll aks on here as I've been ignored via every other channel. My local store had computer problems on saturday so couldn't sell me a pixel 7 pro. I wanted the phone along with the free Pixel watch. I've now noticed the deal has ended. I'm going into the store tomorrow... 1/2
