Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

@O2 my new phone got delivered to the incorrect address nearly 2 weeks ago. I have called O2 multiple times and I’m still waiting for the matter to be resolved. Every time I call there’s a new story as to what is happening. Your customer services are a joke.
