Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

@zeenix On the 3rd they will tell you everything works but it doesn't then you will call them and ask for a technician which will not come the first time, but he will fix all the second one. This is my experience with @O2

@SDCForeverMe @O2 Move operator to @EE. O2 is falling appart as they rely on Vodafone to carry out work in half of the UK as they don’t own their own infrastructure in those places. Ik relying on a competitor is a foolish move. O2, wake up, buy and operate your own network in the west!
