Thanks @VodafoneUK for the run of 3 poor months of customer service requiring us to request for cancellation. Typical that your retention team could not even be bothered to make an effort. Go and listen to the phone call. I guess @EE or @O2 here I come. #Vodafone #Dontbother

My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

Why are @O2 impossible to get hold of. This morning I was on hold for 20 mins before being cut off and now there is 1 hour wait on the phone. I'm glad I'm not an actual customer. Absolutely no way of getting hold of them for what is an urgent matter.

@O2 surely after months of complaints, you will actually look into the odeon ticketing issue. I have now not been able to get a free ticket for months, when I was able to prior to the change. Please do not respond saying I wasn’t quick enough, do something!

@O2 It’s impossible to get a code ! Apparently the codes go within seconds but everyone seems to be getting an error message? Never used to have this problem when the codes were for Mon or Sun. Also noticed that O2 no longer say on the app exactly how many tickets are available 🤔

@O2 absolutely disgusted with 02 customer service. I cannot contact you as I have no network since I moved to 02, told I could cancel then 10 mins later revoked the offer. Terrible network and customer service
