    @O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

    @O2 I feel let down as a customer for the first time in 4 years of loyalty. I pay £10 for same day delivery of my upgrade for this evening and it has not arrived! Thanks I’ll just hope my phone that’s being replaced hangs on till someone delivers it!

    @O2 Tbh it’s not just the calling, the main issue is the lack of 4g and it’s awful speed, 3G, when it kicks in, is ok but in this day and age not getting 4g is a problem ;(

    @O2 fraud team apparently sent @dhlexpressuk to pick up the phone I never wanted between 9-11am this morning...shock no one arrived, I still have a phone I didn’t order, and I still can’t get into my account to check anything is actually resolve! #worstcustomerservice

    @GarethBattersby @boxofnumbers @O2 Phone is upside down you cant see who's calling lol and if your busy your phones going to be on mute or vibrate so you will know who's phoned or who's texted without having to check the phone itself with dnd on your screen stays off on most phones when calls come in

    @O2 I should have to keep switching my phone on airplane mode, or off and on, to get signal. My friends and family have no problems without having to do this. Is it because I now have a 5G phone but my simcard is a bit dated and not 5G? Do I need to upgrade my simcard?

    @O2 It's been two months and I still can't access wifi on the London underground. Always could before I got a new phone. Have followed all suggested steps. Have also tried (and failed) to get help on the app via the chat with an agent option. Can you offer any assistance? Thanks.

    @O2 Been there done that. I've spoke to the network team many times to no resolve. I've asked for a replacement sim myself! Its beyond a joke now.

    @O2 So I ordered a sim only contract with you around 3-4 weeks ago, then found I had no reception at work so spoke to an advisor who said it was ok to give me a PAC code and cancel as it was within 14 days. Then you go and Debit my bank account £260. Idiots.

    @GarethBattersby @boxofnumbers @O2 Everyone calls it innovative yet they really aren't the iPhone 11 to 14 are basically the same phone small minor upgrades and if their phones are supposed to last a long time why's most upgrading to the latest ones all the time and having problems with previous when new are out
