@gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

The continuing saga of poor network in SE15. I don’t know how long this hasn’t been working @O2 last update was to fix by 4/10 Sorry a phone mast close to you isn't working This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails.

@O2 has the worst customer care line I have ever experienced. Wait times are currently over an hour.... And, genuinely, the automated voice gives the option: "If you have an urgent or complicated query, please press 1 now." If you press 1 - you're disconnected!

@O2 Am a new O2 customer in the CB3 0 postcode area. Enabled my SIM today to find almost no signal on 2G and 3G, can't connect to 4G. Can you give me more details on the local network outage and when it might be fixed? If not, caution demands I stay with my existing provider.
