    Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

    @harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

    Recently moved back to @ThreeUK on a sim only plan and it’s blooming awful in terms of speed or coverage in central London. Thanks to my @O2 work E-sim I actually have signal!

    @O2 @ad_moran4 If you want a signal stick with EE! Sick of not being able to access apps on my phone, you know for critical things like charging my car or transferring money between accounts so I can pay for items! O2 are an absolute joke!

    @waynetuckwell @O2 It's honestly ridiculous. I've given up on them now I don't think they'll fix it. I was with O2 before it was even O2 but this last year has been nothing short of shambolic. If it's not full 5g giving me 5mb/s it's the fact I cannot look at my own accounts.
