@virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

@O2 It can happen anywhere at any time. Only way I know is when I look at phone. It’s not signal as when I turn phone off then back on it’s got full signal. It’s not just me. Check Twitter feed. So many people complaining about same problem

@O2 hi! I’m not sure if this is a you problem or an apple problem. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

@O2 why am I not able to access O2 priority app. You emailed to say virgin media customers could use O2 priority as your part of the same group but I can't access the app. It crashes but if I try to log in as an O2 customer it asks for phone no - further than virgin media gets!!
