    @O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

    @O2 Yeah roam freely in Europe but beware going anywhere else, they wanted to charge me DAILY, the same amount that my husband was charged monthly by his network!!! Beware of extreme charges and dreadful customer service

    Do you know what? Mobile operators get a lot of scorn, but I have spoken to some really lovely @o2 customer service reps over the last few days who have been very helpful sorting out all my contract and SIM issues. So 👏.

    @O2 Too many issues to explain here. Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. More time wasted. Your customer service is appalling!

    A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

    The customer service of @O2 is truly one of the worst I’ve ever come across. They tell me to call, but I can’t because they’ve cut off my phone. The number goes through to a bot. Quelle surprise! I paid the bill, as always, and yet here we are. Been on the chat thing for four hrs

    1/2 BEWARE everyone considering switching to @O2 They offer to port your existing number from your previous provider, which is really important to many, but FAIL miserably, when you call customer services multiple times, they promise a 4 hour resolution, this never happens..cont

    @O2 @Ofcom how very patronising- your website didn’t work so used the number and paid today! After 20 years of loyalty I will be leaving for another network….dealing with your constant mess ups takes too much time/money- 3 already this year….it’s only April

    @O2 full 4G signal in Chelsea and can’t even load a PDF attachment or Instagram post. Absolute shambles. Same over in white city. Same in London Bridge. Got better service last week 2000M up a mountain in Austria

    @wendypajak @O2 @wendypajak it’s because you are pay your bills a month in advance and O2 needs 30 days notice to disconnect the line completely if you can’t wait 30 days request your PAC by texting PAC to 65075 to move your number to a different network and within 1 working day.

    @Poldisleftpeg @O2 I've always been really paranoid so never have anything on tick or owe anything major. I think a lot of people spend the entirety of their wages and when things all go up at once they're a bit stuck. Not blaming them but it's obviously a bit of a gamble.

    @O2 thanks for the email to say the prices are going up again, despite me being in contract. I questioned last time if the money is going towards improving signal, I’m guessing a year on the answer is no.

    @Poldisleftpeg @O2 I was with 02 for 20+ years never got a shred of reward for being with them so long, then they changed my partners contract without telling and our lad wracked up a monster bill talking to his pal and they did nada. Terrible company. Was only with them because of Arsenal.

    @Poldisleftpeg @O2 Yeah I've got a 180 quid Huawei. It's probably shite compared to a new Samsung or iPhone but I'm used to how **** it is. If I had an iPhone 14 I'd be used to how amazing it is in a week as well.

    So @O2 was told last Tuesday account would be refunded in 72 hours, that expired 74 hours ago... can't get hold of customer services as line says "we tried to get hold of you but were unable to do so, don't worry we will try again" and hangs up on me...
