@O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

@O2 It’s very frustrating. The delivery yesterday didn’t arrive, then @DHLParcelUK (falsely) claimed they couldn’t get access. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

@O2 Nope, nothing. All that’s been different is that I’ve been roaming since 4th October. Home now but I noticed when I was in Portugal that my data counter wasn’t working but my sons was. My wife is also having the same problem.

@O2 Here in NewYork. I have volt so free roaming. But is that a con? Here is the speed I’m getting despite if full 4Gnetwork. Spoke to O2 customer service twice, first guy-restart and he’ll call me in 15 mins, never rang back. 2nd guy- rude said it’s NewYorks problem not O2’s.
