    Still within my 14 day grace period with @O2 having so much trouble actually speaking to a human about my issue I’m so tempted to cancel cause this stupid system keeps just hanging up on me and it’s been 3 days since I requested they transfer my number… not great

    @O2 The problem is the phone tries to switch to 5G where there is no coverage here so it results in no signal. That happens everywhere not just W5

    @O2 it is now day 19 since I received a computer mouse instead of the phone upgrade I ordered and 27 days since I put the order through, still no phone, and no update. Since you are now in partnership with @virginmedia now, I'm thinking I will cancel both contracts - shocking

    @O2 full 4G signal in Chelsea and can’t even load a PDF attachment or Instagram post. Absolute shambles. Same over in white city. Same in London Bridge. Got better service last week 2000M up a mountain in Austria

    @AndrewFishy1 @O2 Save yourself the hassle as an o2 customer I do not recommend them at all , there signal isn’t terrible they do nothing about masts that’s are out and I’m pretty sure customer services is run by a bunch of nursery kids who don’t know the difference between there a*#e and elbow

    @O2 yes. I have a o2 sim i've had for ages, and now my 2nd virgin media sim has been moved to o2. I've registered it on my o2 but it doesn't show up. When i try again, the site says "it's already registered with o2". Can you help?

    Haven't been able to work in my unit for 3 months because the @O2 mast is still down. Paying rent on a work space and a phone contac/data that I cannot even use...piss poor
