You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

So I can’t ring my energy supplier about being cut off, or my GP about my asthma. My phone won’t call any number at all. I told @O2. Finally.
