    I've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.

    @O2 Any plans on enabling sms over wifi calling? I used to be with @EE and I could call and sms with wifi calling but seems your network only supports calls?

    I have before, but I keep getting told there is no issue with the mast. Or use WiFi, or get a new sim. I just want to be able to use my phone, thinking about ditching you guys and going to @O2 might get a signal and a betting offer on s phone.

    @O2 Why, for the past 6 months can I STILL not upgrade my phone online or any of your stores due to your dire lack of stock. I've had this phone for 3 years and it's dying. Yet you never seem to have any stock. Other networks aren't having issues!? Time to switch perhaps.

    @O2 #o2guru said they are doing a network investigation for me. It makes no sense to use 1GB of data in 53 minutes whilst at the theatre. I’d have to be live streaming for that to happen! #o2 @TheO2 #1gbdata #goinggone

    @O2 full 4G signal in Chelsea and can’t even load a PDF attachment or Instagram post. Absolute shambles. Same over in white city. Same in London Bridge. Got better service last week 2000M up a mountain in Austria

    @VOXI_UK I have been on a staycation this week I am appalled at how poor your reception is in many parts of South East. Going back to @O2 as sim only!! Very frustrating 😕 missed many important phone calls. Pm me to discuss

    @O2 you claim you have the perfect connection..so why am I getting slow loading times for normal Web pages when in built up areas? Last week at Ashton Gate, Bristol. No signal. Right now, im in Weston-Super-Mare in a trading estate with a god awful signal.

    @O2 why aren't you offering compensation for customers going up to 8 days without being able to stream anything properly on mobile Internet and everything really slow. Thank you for £25 off my £25 bill but this is getting ridiculous now. Ì've until recently paid £60pm for years
