Gav and I have had no mobile phone service for 3 days, but I have no service to call @virginmedia to let them know! It happens far too regularly. Just spent the morning searching for a new deal. @O2 looks like the best so far!

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 even thou the offer does state that it could be used for either breakfast roll, sausage roll, vegan sausage roll or cheese and onion bake however it never seems to work for anything other than the breakfast roll. I wonder if there is a particular reason for that?

@codemonkey3350 @O2 @VodafoneUK Totally agree, I also made the change about 7 months ago and was the best thing I did, just the change of customer service experience was enough to make me change from o2 to vodafone, absolutely 2nd to none and £30 odd for unlimited deal clinched it for me.
