@O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

@O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

@O2 @mtsavor I cannot call 202 or any other number that is supposed to be “o2” as I don’t know who I’m talking to. I’ve been hung up on twice when I’m explaining what’s happened. I need to cancel the iPhone contract or change the address with an actual o2 staff member!

@RachaelDunlop @O2 I’m absolutely no expert but I’m replying in the interest of a quick (and possibly helpful) reply. I think I’ve heard before that it can happen when a sim gets cloned. I’ve no idea what the solution is, other than to raise this possibility with O2. That shd help protect you.

4/4 passed! I have even asked @O2 if the code can be sent to me and the phone cut dead on me twice! CAN SOMEONE HELP HER? She needs a new phone asap and if this isn't sorted we will be changing providers ASAP! I expect a swift response.
