@O2 Thanks as I requested this on 16/03/2022 and I'm already a virgin media customer.

  • _madisonleonie mads (@_madisonleonie) reported

@O2 must have the worst customer service. Phone I got was crap and the store thought there was an issue, sent it back with tracked 24 on Thursday and now saying it’s not being delivered as they’re not accepting parcels back so I can’t even get my new phone I ordered in store yet

  • dawnypopssquad 💧 (AtT) | Dawnypops 💧 (@dawnypopssquad) reported

@O2 I am not happy why have you turned off my 4G phone call making feel like I am now paying for a part service your giving me 4G but not allowing me to make calls on it

  • Katy_r01 Katy (@Katy_r01) reported

@O2 my iPhones back camera lense has smashed, will this be covered by o2 accidental damage i pay every month? If so how long will it take to be fixed

  • rosstheconsumer Ross (@rosstheconsumer) reported

@O2 I’m not impressed. I moved YESTERDAY at 7pm to a 5GB tariff, having never used more than 3GB a month with my previous network. I’ve apparently used 2.3GB in ONE DAY with O2. Nothing has changed in my settings so why have I allegedly used so much data?

  • s_w_photograph Stuart Williamson Photography (@s_w_photograph) reported

@O2 might have to up your game with tracking down scammers, I’ve had nearly 10 or more so far this week, averaging 3 a day. Blocking & reporting does absolutely nothing

  • LJay1981 ⭐️ Laura ⭐️ (@LJay1981) reported

@O2 so I’ve used the network checker and it just says the network can be busy in this area and recommends using wifi. If I do that I have to connect, disconnect, close down and restart apps when I pay money for an iPhone 13 pro and a decent amount of data I’m not sure this right?

  • BenSlat1984 Ben Slater (@BenSlat1984) reported

@O2 is there any chance you can port my number so I can actually get some phone service - 3 days and counting! Imagine if I didn’t pay my bill and kept giving the response I get online “wait another 24 hours”. You replied to my DM earlier asking to clear security then nothing!

  • lesleybphoto Lesley Burdett Photography (@lesleybphoto) reported

@O2 Can we PM about a nuisance caller on your network please? He is calling women photographers around the UK and being inappropriate. He is well known to us and it needs to stop 😠

  • cystitishelp Northern Girl (@cystitishelp) reported

@O2 Why do I need to contact your before travelling? I’m well aware of your roaming charges but if someone turns their phone on when they arrive at a destination and then turns data roaming off a minute later and you charge them £43 then that’s shocking customer service
