    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    @O2 Help, I have an IPhone 16 and I believe the eSim did not get applied properly, as I’ve had consistent painfully slow 4G/5G data since the start (17 months ago) Is there a way to reset my 4G/5G entitlements or issue a new eSIM profile? Support team/chat have been useless

    @O2 Still paying for an upgrade that I never received last year, supposed to have been resolved in January but I'm still paying for the phone and it's still on my account. They dont answer emails, the chats give you false information. Running out of options

    @O2 are refusing to issue my PAC code because my bill is overdue. Ofcom’s General Condition C7 is clear: providers must not block number portability due to debt. I cited the regulation. I requested the PAC verbally due to restricted service. Refused. I was also incorrectly told “Breathing Space” had already been applied and to wait 2 days before trying again. It had not. If this is systemic policy, it raises serious compliance concerns. @Ofcom — is this acceptable under the switching framework?

    @O2 I am sat in Accra having issues at the airport, and I have international calling, bolt ones, inclusivity etc - yet every time I dial a number I'm told it's not recognised, why when I need my phone the most is it a dead fish in a barrel?

    @O2 having left the network I have received an email bill for nearly 4 times my monthly SIM only monthly price - the o2 live chat say they can’t help because I have no numbers ® to my account now (I left and ported number) and I should call 202 which I can’t - I don’t have o2 now

    @O2 honestly what is the point of offering an E-sim ? Worst decision I’ve ever made, upgraded 2 weeks ago and now my phones pretty much useless unless I have WiFi. Absolute joke
