@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

@O2 Hi, I have sent multiple messages, emails and live chats and have not received a response. It seems I only get a response if I do it publicly. Could you please ask a manager to contact me. I have asked for my issue to be escalated multiple times now to no answer.

@O2 I dropped my son off at school this morning to find out they called me yesterday for medical reasons and obviously couldn't get me. This is absolutely ridiculous, terrible service and the instructions I was given even stated I would have to activate it myself. I am beyond mad

@O2 Your colleague stated they would send me out a new SIM - and has CANCELLED my current Sim. The were not meant to do that. I went into my closest store and was told they should not have deactivated me current one and they can't do anything. I was without any signal yesterday.....
