@O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@lynne_thomson2 @O2 @ThreeUK Could just be the weather where you are and the fact my house is at the top of a hill. Although I would expect your signal to be intermittent if that was the reason and not just completely out of service.

@O2 hi, I recently got a like new iPhone XR. When I enter the old sim it comes up with “sim not supported”. I called up your help line and they sent me a new sim. The same message still occurred. This is really annoying as I’ve had the phone 3 days and haven’t been able to use it
