@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

@O2 As no one got back to me i tried calling again. Finally got through, and in the middle of talking to someone after hold the call got again!!! + they haven't called back 😡 so having to call again. What the f is going on either with your network/your customer services today!!!???

That’s the plan, sell packages with an @O2 sim which is used to just continually call customer services. Honestly see why you have no stores as there would be queues of angry people no doubt

@O2 I am being threatened with debt collection letters for an account I tried to cancel in august to be told it had not been actioned. I then called in October and had the same conversation. The number is no longer in use and hasn’t been since September.

@O2 can someone in management from your complaints department please contact me as my 75 year old mother is being harassed by a debt collection company by you for a product she has never had… infact you actually owe her a refund, despite having and email from you confirming this
