    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @O2 are gonna have to either offer me an amazing deal or sort out this horrendous signal issue. How can I not load a twitter video when I have a full 4 bars of 4G signal

    Why is @O2 Support so bloody useless - my SIM isn't working and they want me to call them or send me a SMS. doesn't a phone company realise that doesn't work. I'm going elsewhere

    @O2 I have a complaint logged with your complaints resolution team. Despite emailing them twice I have had no reply from them. The "solution" they had come up with is unravelling rapidly and I need to speak to them urgently. Not happy with the level of service on this!

    @O2 my dad has dementia and cannot get answer from o2 contacted accessforyou which is o2 but they say dementia is not a problem so they cannot help him

    @O2 Why can't I post on the O2 Community? I'm logged in to it, can look at my profile etc. but can't post, all threads seem locked. Are there any staff on Community, can't see any recent posts? I can also log into My O2 account no problem.

    @alwaysshaw1 @drunkenmunky86 @O2 Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced when I tried to port my number to O2 from a corporate account and it got stuck with people endlessly fobbing me off and my attempts to complain and escalate were ignored. Eventually solved the problem by simply porting again to EE.
