@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

@O2 spent last 2 days trying to upgrade my package keep getting error, chatted to 4 different chat help, none can help just keep telling me to go to the store even tho i tell them i cant walk atm. ask me to answer my security question, without giving any hint what it is. shambles

@O2 Summary: took £890 from me that your weren’t entitled to….made me take 2 days off work to resolve and after 18hrs on calls over 6 weeks and having to cancel a Christmas trip with my kids you’ve still not actually done what you said you would do. All becuse of a o2 error

@O2 please can you detail the exact process I need to complete in order to lodge a complaint with the ombudsman. As I understood it I needed a management callback but when you repeatedly fail to do them is that sufficient that I can progress this?
