@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

Hi @AXS_UK my ticket to @OfficialSteps at the @O2 on 26 Nov has mysteriously disappeared from my AXS account and the money is now refunded to my credit card. What is going on!? I WANTED this ticket and I have hit a wall with support on chat/email so I’m coming to Twitter. HELP

@O2 Trying it on WiFi it looks like there's a flashing grey box in the priority tickets section where it's constantly trying to reload a picture. Guessing this might be the problem.
