@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

@virginmedia @O2 The issue was you sold a product that had a hidden /ambiguous mobile contract attached. I looked at the contract and it is very poor. No opt in. Then months of harrasment and hours of calls. Not good

Done with @O2 putting bill up by £3 a month from 1st Oct and now an extra £2.50 a month from Apr, get nothing for long customer loyalty, so glad not tied into contract now as already found a new provider for less than half of what I already pay without increases!!
