@O2 They didn’t do that though. Your customer service knows nothing about it? Spoke to a few different people who all said different things. Our email states we shouldn’t be charged anything for leaving yet that’s not what you’ve told us.

@O2 why do you think offering 0.88mb data speed is acceptable I can’t do nothing as your data speed is soo slow how is that acceptable considering the amount you charge is expensive id expect better but nothing changes
