@thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 I left Three after a data breach. Their service was abysmal & couldn't care less. Insult to injury was someone screaming down the phone that I owed money when I paid everything in full when I switched. Awful company.

@O2 A complaint has already been made by my partner and he was told you’re aware there’s service issues in our area so it’s up to you to resolve it really, a link isn’t going to do it unfortunately. I’ve been with you for 15+ years - please do something to resolve it URGENTLY

@O2 Day 74 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
