    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    Dont get me wrong, it wont really ruin my day not getting Peter Kay tickets, HOWEVER it does piss you off that the @o2 app logs you out before the tickets go on sale, then wont log you back in and you cant log in online, its a poxy app and they know it and dont give a ****
