    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @jobs4couples @O2 Same story here exactly! Even getting emails telling me to collect the phone that i already collected lol. Sick speaking to "support". Their systems are garbage, I.T needs sacked. zero confidence with these jokers now. Unprofessional operation

    @O2 @cmr824 Don’t do it is my advice. I upgraded over a week ago and the order remains “stuck”. Customer service is shocking. No one cares.

    @Zapto2600 @O2 I have similar.. Go to store to collect phone.. unbox and it won't activate, call support, 5th day, many empty promises it's being resolved, still dead sim and getting emails to collect the phone lmao wtf
