@O2 We sent a complaint 3-weeks ago and only had 1 response. We’ve had poor coverage in our area for a while but had completely no service for the last 4-weeks. How can you discuss or deal with complaints if it takes 2 weeks to get an actual reply? Very disappointed.

  • PJA1066 Peter 🇬🇧🇦🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇮🇪 (@PJA1066) reported

@O2 Not really, they just said it was a technical issue & they’d look into it, that was another week ago. No follow up to their original text acknowledging my issue which was logged on 12th Jan.

  • NoCroppedOK 🔥Cropped🔥🇩🇪 (@NoCroppedOK) reported

@O2 pls don't outsource your service anymore and add an option for ds lite and dual stack for private customers and maybe we can talk about being sorry again

  • NFFC69Will William Smith (@NFFC69Will) reported

@O2 Not interested at all in looking into the matter to see where the failings in your customer service are happening? What’s happened at O2 you used to be the best service and provider. Just a “oh sorry bye”. You have a 1.2 rating on trustpilot for a reason, Vodafone has 4.6

  • martinmcnally53 Martin 53 (@martinmcnally53) reported

Hi @O2. Why have I got absolutely no signal? Not even 1 bar. Your service gets worse every day.

@O2 What’s up with O2/virgin tech support? I called them because my voicemail isn’t working properly over 3 weeks ago, they promised to fix it in 3-7 days, I called again last week, same promises but still no fix. Do they care ?
