Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

@O2 Hi, it seems there’s still mast issues since my first tweet above. I don’t like to complain however I first reported issues in August 2020 & it’s May 2021. There’s been no texts to say you’re still aware of the issue & so I’m wondering when there will be a fix?

@O2 just a warning to everyone to never go with o2 for any kind of business! They don’t deserve your money. Been a customer since I had my first phone and they couldn’t care less about you or any problems you might have. Just a shower of money grabbers really!

@O2 I’ve done this about 15 times. It’s multiple postcodes. It’s not specific to one location. You can’t fix it. What would be ideal is if you could release us from our contract so we can go back to @EE or @VodafoneUK who have provided us with much better coverage in the past.
