@O2 biggest waste of time you guys are - your complaints team are terrible you’ve made so many mistakes - misinformed me on my insurance - anyone with o2 ask them to check t&c’s guarantee they don’t actually know about their services - btw I’m an ex employee of @O2

  • CharlotteW_R
    Charlotte (@CharlotteW_R) reported

@O2 As I said when you last sent me this link, it isn’t a true reflection of what the signal actually is. We are lucky to get one bar at the moment. Please see your previous messages as I was told an engineer would check the mast and I will get an update.

@O2 Thanks I used it & we get “good outdoors”. That is a definite reduction in service as it used to be good in & outdoors. Why have we experienced a reduction in service?

@O2 @Raphas_Angel_ Unless you are a new customer, then you get great deals

  • rafthemaster
    Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported

@Bov__ @O2 @VodafoneUK Depends if it’s cheaper to move to another carrier that gives you the same *wonderful* service 🙃

  • JakeMooreUK
    Jake Moore (@JakeMooreUK) reported

@O2 Yes. But it shouldn’t need this. I slightly understand when it’s a busy area with lots of people but it’s 2026 and we shouldn’t be overloading it. It would be better if you just said no service. Frustrating.
