Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 Day 42 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@o2 told me I could sim swap, deactivated old sim and only then demand a SMS code from old to active new! No mobile as takes weeks to sort. Support staff don't understand or don't have authorisation to fix. @O2, please get your house in order. You are awfully incompetent.
