Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

@O2 are gonna have to either offer me an amazing deal or sort out this horrendous signal issue. How can I not load a twitter video when I have a full 4 bars of 4G signal

@O2 you are an absolute shambles of a ****** company you robbing *****. Paying for a service which I don’t receive I get call failed about 30 times daily minimum I’ve been complaining about this since November 2021 And you’ve got the cheek to increase my payments by 13.4%, Cancel

@jodielouiseart @O2 So glad my contract is up in April and I can move. Service is a joke.

@Burnside_5 @LifeByStills @O2 Trouble is pretty much all major providers are doing the same thing, although there are a few which choose not to. I do question the logic of people signing a contract which allows this and then moaning when it happens though - you had a choice before signing.

@jodielouiseart @O2 Joke of a network: This is what I have to put up with until my contract ends: *Internet & Apps lag or dont work at all outside Wifi* *Cant hear clearly on calls or call cuts off* *People cant get through my phone sends me a message ''you missed a call from ......''*

@Robdw1983 @O2 Mine’s exactly the same, the check the network and tell me that it’s working when it’s clearly not 🥴

@MrColinOwen @O2 @GarethTurpin Ive just got this email today. Dont forget its 13.4% RPI (not CPI which is lower) plus 3.9% in line with terms (what the f*ck for exactly, inflation?)... Theyve just lost a customer.
-
James Bell
(@JamesBellx) reported
Just had an email from @o2 telling me my contract is going up nearly 17%....but if im a new customer i can get exactly the same airtime contract for 25% less than my current (yes CURRENT) tariff cost. Ive been with O2 for almost 15 years, good to see loyalty is being rewarded 🤬

hilarious that @O2 tell me the cost of calls/texts going up by around £60pa to cover the cost of powering their network when half the time i can't use my phone because their network is so bad. can't wait for my contact to end so i can leave them after over 10 years as a customer.

@o2 13.4% + 3.9% on a network that if I go outside where more than 5 people are you do not get service, absolute joke! Hurry up contact and expire!

So @O2 are increasing their airtime tariff by 13.4% + the regular 3.9%, total of 17.3%. And @GarethTurpin has written personally to tell me! How can this be justified or help people struggling with the cost of living? Yes, it's within their T&C but ethical? #CostOfLivingCrisis
