@O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 Hi, I joined your network last Saturday and since then I've had no internet all day on Sunday, Monday and today. On each of those days, it's finally came back on at around 9pm at night. This is unacceptable. Can you please sort this out. I've sent you a DM about this too.

@EE I’ve been with @O2 for donkeys years, and I’m yet to get a signal at any even that holds more than about 300 people!! Drives me insane when I can’t go live at events because I “have no signal”!!!

What’s the point in 1. Paying for 5G when I NEVER get it 2. Paying for actual internet when I spend most of my time waiting for the signal bars to appear and 3. Paying for a service that I cannot use? Please explain @O2? I’m not getting any use out of this expensive contract!

So, so far with being @O2 since I joined them on Saturday, I've had 3 days of no Internet during the day until around 9pm at night. This properly sucks. I have stuff to do during the day that needs access to the Internet. @O2 can you sort this out ASAP?

@O2 what is going on with your phone/internet service around the m44 area. I live and work in the Irlam and Cadishead area the service keeps dropping off not just for me but other people as well
