Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@virginmedia @O2 Just dialled 1908 for help with broadband again. Do I have to wait 30 minutes to answer the same questions as yesterday to be told we've changed some settings and it should better now. It isn't. I recently upgraded TV and BB to 500 mbps. It's been worse since then.

@O2 still no contact from customer services after 20 requests. Your system automatically changed my address to a random one,o2 team told me they have absolutely no idea why/how it happened, resulted in default notices and being cut off… gonna post the emails here soon #gdpr
