Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

  • fortis_semper Mel (@fortis_semper) reported

@O2 Nope, I did switch the number across to O2 from Virgin PAYG but that was back in January 2022 I think. No changes to the account as I haven’t even been able to sign in recently as the texts don’t come through 😞

  • breezymate 𝔈𝔵𝔱𝔯𝔞𝔬𝔯𝔡𝔦𝔫𝔞𝔦𝔯𝔢 (@breezymate) reported

New customer in @o2 and already having issues...

  • acereject Paul Anderson 💫🪐 (@acereject) reported

@Ginger_Tucci @O2 Drives me mental that I have absolutely no signal around Central Station radiating out about three blocks. And signal drops out significantly on the rail route around Uddingston and Bellshill.

  • VickyPaver Vicky 💙🌈 (@VickyPaver) reported

Wonder why it’s so easy to spend money with @O2 but you need 4 hours and a degree to return an item and change a SIM to pay as you go? Keep getting passed for pillar to post with their messaging service and sit for 25-30 mins on hold on the phone to get nowhere. 😮‍💨😡😤

  • JB007700007 its me maybe (@JB007700007) reported

@365johnsonTmr @EnglandRugby @O2 I don’t dislike Farrell at 10 but he’s got into a habit of kicking in the opposition 22 even with overlaps. As a centre he’s poor. He’s not quick, certainly isn’t a carrier who’ll suck in a defence and make ground to get over the gain line. He doesn’t bring anything in that spot.

  • join4te Jay (@join4te) reported

@O2 Day 105 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

  • pauljames87 Paul Foreman (@pauljames87) reported

@O2 im trying to order a 5G sim... I can only seem to order 4G sims. Could you help. Just want to move my number to a sim (currently e sim) ready for new phone.

  • Elissia07577506 Elissia (@Elissia07577506) reported

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Shocking customer service after being a loyal customer for nearly 20 years have now cancelled #noloyalty

  • Kelar71 Keef (@Kelar71) reported from Chippenham, England

45 minute wait to speak to @O2 on phone then cut off. Rubbish service. Sort it out!

  • nomdecuisine Alex (@nomdecuisine) reported

Pro tip: don't ask @O2 for a better deal on your current tariff. You'll end up getting your number changed without permission, and @O2 will flat-out refuse to change it back. You'll end the day not being a customer of @O2 and having to find service from another provider.
