Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 one word.. USELESS..!! nearly 20 yrs I've been a customer ,loyal to the brand as I got good service and didn't mind paying that bit extra. But today your system cost me dearly . no way to contact c/services or chat i think its time to change. Pissed doesn't come close.

@bri0142 @O2 Lol cancel your contract mate I asked for them to send out a different SIM card to fit a new phone, so they just cancelled my entire service ‘by mistake’ Also got charged £15 for a Samaritans call years ago -“well you should have thought about that before you called”
