    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 shocking service (or lack of) from their credit referral team. Sent an email on the 17th Dec no reply despite SLA being 3-5 working days. Very frustrating especially as these is a query regarding my livelihood. I would like to know how I can raise an official complaint.

    @O2 hi. how am I expected to pay my bill when I have had no service for over a week and I just keep getting told it’s because my area is busy, and the my o2 app won’t let me on because this is the last payment of my contract. I can’t reset passwords or anything as it is texting -

    Need to shout out Kris (and Sam) from @O2 Recycle. No-one else in o2 / o2 recycle helped me with an issue that was caused by o2. But Kris did. And honestly, I think he should be the customer service trainer for everyone in the UK. That's all.
