@O2 I’m due to upgrade think I’ll be changing to a different network ! Data has been slow in hd61jr for over 8 months now messaging is slow . What’s the point of a mobile if you can’t use it . And yes I’ve checked several times you keep saying your fixing the issue !!

@O2 what is happening with o2 priority Both the app and website crashed at 2pm Which meant I couldn’t claim the @ODEONCinemas tickets Never had an issues before I was online at 2pm on the dot and by the time they both worked again 30 minutes later all tickets were gone

@O2 @TheO2 - I wasn't told of the 1 time connection fee of 80 Euros during the purchase of a German postpaid sim at official o2 store in Munich. Your customer care team told me that I can get out of the contract within 14 days of purchase . But the store is denying . Pls help.

@O2 Worst customer service I've come across.Jackie from payment management has no clue, 4 business lines have been barred im told i don't know why'. Me 'who knows Jackie? 'I don't know'.10 days nothing resolved, No manager call back as promised. 45mins on hold its ridiculous.
