@NickNak1980s @O2 Don't bother, seriously. I've spent the past month trying to get back an upfront cost for an item that never arrived and was cancelled. The company are thieves, nothing more.

It took me 3 long calls to find out that @O2 made a mistake and I was charged more when on the previous calls people were telling me I had a refund that I never should have gotten but there was none. I lost half of my day and I still have to pay extra for a mistake O2 made.

@O2 are you ever going to get around to restoring any mobile phone coverage in Argyll? I’m trying to work from home and need my mobile, but I’ve had no signal for three days now, nor has the rest of the village.

@virginmedia Mark from Glasgow, Barry from Glasgow and Aliyah from god knows where have all not bothered to return any calls. I am honestly t has ashamed by the service that has been provided by @virginmedia and @O2 having allowed this mid-selling to happen. They lure you in with promises.
