Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

@O2 are gonna have to either offer me an amazing deal or sort out this horrendous signal issue. How can I not load a twitter video when I have a full 4 bars of 4G signal

Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

@O2 raising rates 3.9% as stated in contract, plus another 13.4% may as well throw my phone in the bin. Multi billion pound company shafting the poor some more. NW they rang the other day to see if I was happy. Not now. #o2 #CostOfLivingCrisis #addingtoit

@O2 17% increase in price mid contract? Absolutely disgusting, once my contract is up I will never get a phone contract with O2 again. Hopefully all your other customers feel the same because of this disgraceful decision. Yes it's in the contract, but still ridiculous

LoopyLolly

oh thanks @O2 your lovely increase means that im paying a **** tonne more on the contracts i have with you, not only are we being ****** in the arse by our power n gas now our phone company is doing it too, thats least £5 per contract i have, wich is 8, £40 a month extra! F OFF!

@bco268 @O2 Wouldn't mind it so much if the service had improved. For a small country, the amount of black spots and patchy areas is ridiculous whilst posting obscene profits each year.

@O2 how can i leave? Contract ending next month. I never use my full data allowance and you never offer me a decent deal with a low data usage. Therefore, I don’t see why i should pay 17% from April - moving over to Sky mobile

@matthewpearce12 @O2 Totally unprotected from the rise in energy bills, which have quadrupled in a year. No state support. Maybe something to do with that?

@KarlGarratty @O2 @GarethTurpin Every company puts their prices up in April. It’s shite.. mobile providers make it up as they go along, I’d been with Vodafone for 10+ years yet wanted to charge me more for the same phone and deal as a mate of mine who was a brand new customer.

How any company with piss poor service in a large town can justify a near 20% price increase less than 6 months into a contract I'll never know @O2 magical that the CCOs surname is Turpin...#DICKturpin

@o2 have just put my bill up 17.3% with absolutely no improvement or change to the service they are giving me. My contract is up in two months. Guess who I will never be using again, particularly after the amount of nuisance calls I've had that I never did with @virginmedia

@O2 New customer here. I received my new phone & SIM today which I've just set up. I did give you a PAC code at the time of order so I can keep my old number from EE. Do I need to do anything to start the number transfer process or will my activating your new SIM start it?
