@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

  • lornahamblin3 Lorna Hamblin (@lornahamblin3) reported from Royston, England

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@RobWoods31400 @virginmedia @O2 Funny coincidence - they're ******* me over today, right now actually. Giving me less than a tenth of the upload speed I'm paying for. Had to cancel my livestream thanks to it.

@O2 well I flicked you a DM 18 hours ago for help re my iPad surfer plan and it’s been totally ignored. Perhaps this public tweet might trigger a response?

  • thisblondeellie ells (@thisblondeellie) reported

@O2 You haven’t had things back up and running for FIVE MONTHS it isn’t just a dropout of signal, you have no network coverage out here. I shouldn’t have to pay for wifi ON TOP of the data I am paying you to use.

  • family11london 🌴 (@family11london) reported

Been with @O2 phone network for 18 years my phone is due to be upgraded in April 23 but this handset is now cutting me off in mid conversation at least 4 times a day. I call @O2 to ask for a early upgrade and is there a deal they can give me as I’ve been with 18Y they said NO

  • GrainneOReilly9 Grainne O'Reilly (@GrainneOReilly9) reported

  • Nish_xox Manisha (@Nish_xox) reported

@O2 all of my calls are coming through as no caller id, been like this for a few days now, any help?

  • thisblondeellie ells (@thisblondeellie) reported

@O2 Don’t even bother putting that to me. ‘Turn my phone on and off again’ have a laugh. I’ve had no phone signal for almost 5 months. And your status checker says you’re working on my area to try to improve it. That’s disgraceful. Every single o2 user in this area has NO signal
