    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 .and I've just been told I can't even cancel my order as - wait for this - no tracking number for the order has been created! Surely the order number is enough?! This is all shockingly bad service.

    @cagedKitty_ @O2 Thank you.. it wasn't so much there was an issue with the automated system, it was the fact that noone seemed to want to resolve it for me and I was passed round for ages with everyone passing the buck.

    I have made an official complaint to o2 had nothing but trouble with customer service about my 14 day cooling off period and not cancelling my device plan currently taken 5 weeks. Bad service avoid @O2

    @O2 if they stop the priority offer of a free Caffè Nero drink every week I am leaving for a cheaper operator & take my family and friends away. The new Nero food deals are crap. Priority has been mismanaged from the start allowing low paying pay as you go customers premium offer

    Absolutely disgusted @O2 texted them for leaving costs to cancel my husbands contact. £0. Got a pac code and transfered a couple of days later. Now they want £20? Oh and £6 for a late payment? The contract was only £16 and a tenner of that was disney plus (which we cancelled!)
