Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

@O2 Stupidly decide to order a mobile phone contract with you today. First call completed transaction but operator got user name wrong and it couldn't be verified. Next operator needed to get advice, call got cut off and she didn't call me back. Final operator the same. HELP!!!!

@O2 huge problems with your recycle service - you lost my phone by saying you haven’t received it, but I have a Royal Mail tracking receipt to say you have. Keep getting told different things by phone & email. Last person on phone said you have it, now not / Who do I talk to?

@O2 ever since you began improving the network in the NE63 areas, my data and also my uncle's has been really slow, despite apparently having 4G. From taking only seconds to download stuff can now take up to 20 plus hours. Therefore you haven't improved it at all

@O2 wow ring up about an upgrade wanting it checked Vince really couldn’t be bothered to help reckons 10 days max for a new phone and the abuse from him was unbelievable
