@O2 are gonna have to either offer me an amazing deal or sort out this horrendous signal issue. How can I not load a twitter video when I have a full 4 bars of 4G signal

  • lornahamblin3 Lorna Hamblin (@lornahamblin3) reported from Royston, England

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

@kellyxxxkelly @O2 Mine started working this morning. That's what I got told in store last weekend. I'd activated the esim correctly but the start date of the watch was down as today.

  • philchamp_ phil (@philchamp_) reported

    @quigdes @O2 @ThreeUK Giffgaff actually uses the O2 network and it's cheap.

  • TomSedgman Tom (@TomSedgman) reported

@O2 I'd like a phone menu that is easy to use. I'd like to speak to a person when I select 'technical support', rather than be told to use an app that doesn't answer my question. I'd like you to pay for a larger number of staff so that I'm not always left on hold for half an hour.

  • NathFerguson Nath (@NathFerguson) reported

@O2 you saying ur improving the signal in Bristol city centre yet for months in end as soon as u get in town centre your phone becomes useless so obviously someone lying about improving the service didn’t know it was ok to pay for something and not get to use it

  • MrTegSingh Teg Singh (@MrTegSingh) reported from Wolverhampton, England

@O2 customer services shocking after spending nearly 3 hours on the phone to them I had to go to the wolves store and sort it out myself. Massive thank you too Jeeves who works at o2 wolves for finding me a phone reserving it at merry hill I know have my new phone

  • ninsey_t janine (@ninsey_t) reported

@O2 Why is my local area experiencing frequent 9hr long blackouts of no phone or 4g/WiFi signal? I'm paying for a service you aren't reliably delivering! Its incredibly inconvenient!

  • dave_fincham Dave Fincham Photography (@dave_fincham) reported

@O2 Tried these over the course of weeks. I have direct call to your specialist team. I am paying £50 month with no service. I am tired , angry and anxious now. Promised call backs, nothing happens. @O2 @MarkEvansO2 #cancelmycontract #o2service

  • doriceeee dorice🤍 (@doriceeee) reported

@O2 I have tried all of these and still having problems?

  • DavidRogers1989 Dave Rogers (@DavidRogers1989) reported

@O2 Only an hour for a reply, better service than the call centre, currently been on hold for 1 hour and 42 minutes #joke

  • TomSedgman Tom (@TomSedgman) reported

Dear @O2, what is going on with your support team today? I've been disconnected 3 times and have spent about 2 hours on hold so far to recieve one piece of support information that didn't solve my issue. I've only just started this contract and I'm reconsidering if it's worth it.
