Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 hi. It’s impossible to get help. Live Chat directs to website as nobody available all week. Website says use Live Chat. I’m running low on data as Volt double-up hasn’t been applied and it’s almost a month. Please can you assist?
