@O2 O2 app - click Support - then scroll down the the faq using your phone abroad. Sounds like o2 have either made a bit of a blunder in advertising a change in terms or are intentionally misleading

  • __Saran__ Saran (@__Saran__) reported

@O2 Added a bolt on by texting 21500 & was sent confirmation that my request had been received & would be processed within 24hrs. It's been over 24hrs, MyO2 shows the option to add but takes me to a 404 page when trying. Help line hung up on me & online chat not connecting.

Thank god @O2 's 5g in roaming is enough to cover my internet use because @virginmedia broadband package I pay for is always down, and I get no help except "You should post on the forums" even though their engineer said it's a faulty VM installation... welcome to 2021

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@ChrisEddy_7) reported
