    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    I'm in Lansing!!! only WiFi no network yet, probably need a roaming bar lifted or something, will get onto @O2 asap scary looool but just bag collect and taxi ride to go then i can make my hotel nest for the week... and then tomorrow the reason I came... FREE BREAKFAST :3

    @O2 My Samsung Galaxy Fold was sent for warranty repair on Sat 6th August and over 2 months later, 6 hours on the phone to O2 and 2.5 hours in the O2 shop I do not have the refund I was promised or a replacement device. Is anyone able to help please?

    @O2 Thanks for the response. Apart from putting sim in another phone, I tried the rest. I was with my son who is also on @O2 his was the same. As I said, I’ve noticed a steep decline in my ability to use data even when 4G is showing on the phone. I’ve been a customer for >10 years
