    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    @O2 the signal in the CH5 area has been terrible for days. Your status checker says that it's fine. It really isn't. 0 bars mostly. Other people are having the same problem.

    @Justthathatguy @O2 On match days it could be congestion, with a lot of people trying to use the network at once, especially 4G - if you manually switch to 3G in your settings that can help a bit x

    @O2 Automated or not, surely someone has to update the account with the bereavement. Yet over a week later the automated letter was sent! Rose took my number but I’m STILL waiting for someone to call me regarding my complaint.
