Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

@O2 paid for same day delivery on a phone upgrade today and nothing... agents online were unable to do anything by there own admission, including ignoring my request to cancel it, twice. Why offer a service if you are unable to fulfil it!

So @O2 are 'upgrading' the network and our 'signal may come and go'. Except we've had no signal for 24 hours which also means I can't make @HSBC_UK card payments as can't get the authorisation code by text.. nor can I call them!

@O2 Hi need to speak to someone about my account but can’t speak to a person as system/phone system says bye and cuts you off 😡. As of 17th March my current contract is up. My monthly bill made up of phone charge and air time charge! Want to know what my bill will go down too?
