@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 are gonna have to either offer me an amazing deal or sort out this horrendous signal issue. How can I not load a twitter video when I have a full 4 bars of 4G signal

Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

Well my @O2 bill is going up 17.3%. It's ok though, because it'll "help cover the rising cost to power their network". Inflation is going to ruin us all.

@jodielouiseart @O2 @EE are just as bad, however mine is only going up 14.4% as they go by CPI not RPI, still a disgusting amount mind

Every year, without fail, @O2 bill goes up! 17% increase!! My service doesn't improve 17.3%, on top of all the other increases. #o2 - Another UK Robbery increase.. Wonder what o2's profits are and will be.. #Theives #SeeYa

@O2 are you really putting the cost of my calls/ texts/ data by 17.1% from April? It’s completely unjustifiable, you cannot hang this on rising costs to this extent

@AJeftech @O2 They’ve been incredible for their customer service and signal In built up city or large towns is great, but in your everyday town or smaller city, it’s awful. So I did the same.

ScubaJeff

I'm so done with @O2 paying for a 5g contract in a city that doesn't have 5g coverage, barely even 4g as it's spotty at best. STILL no support help after 2 days to sort my bill out. And now increasing bill by 13.4%.. can't wait for my contract to be done so I can leave them.

Marysia Trembecka

.@O2 1/2 8 days after pac code switch to you, still no sms/no calls & I am spending 2+ hrs a day with useless #02 customer service. Apparently the escalation from last Wednesday was not processed so they did yesterday so 5 more working days on real help #badservice

@O2 13.4% increase? I don't think so. I've been an O2 customer for over 10 years and expect loyalty to be rewarded, not punished. I will not be renewing in April. There are plenty of other providers who don't feel it necessary to fleece their customers.

@AJeftech @O2 That’s exactly the issue I have. In my house their signal checker says I can get 4G speeds… I can’t even get signal in my bedroom.
