Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

@O2 17.3% increase? After the first few months with you as my provider my signal went down to 1 bar and has consistently stayed there. At this point you should be paying me. I know you'll ask me to DM but I've went through it before and went through support on the site and via

It's never good news from @o2's @GarethTurpin. It's never, "Because of the cost of living crisis O2 is doing something nice for its customers."

@LifeByStills @Sam_McK_88 @O2 Well it’s certainly not going to network improvements. 1 bar 4g where I live and when I am in a 5g area you can’t get any data through, this is a constant issue in Norwich, also had it in the middle of London last week. But yea rise the tariff price when we have to rely on Wi-Fi

@O2 Well, you shower of thieving ratbags, like so many on here, my time with you will be up in September and I'll be waving goodbye. I genuinely don't think these are idle threats. A very poor and short-sighted business decision...

@matthewpearce12 @O2 @O2 fail to realise how many people will walk away and never return. It might take a few years but I bet they'll lose a lot of customers.

Been a loyal @o2 customer since 2008 but after being told my bill is going up 13.4% for RPI plus 3.9% on top of that, reckon I'll be shopping around at the end of my contract. Surely there are only so many eye-watering shareholder profits I can contribute to.

Hi @virginmedia, not every customer wants a bloody @O2 SIM with a contract renewal - I don’t care if it would be good for a ‘backup SIM’ as you suggested, I ain’t paying for it.
