@GarethTurpin @O2 Switch Up is pure garbage mate. I’ve been trying to get an iPhone 14 Pro for the past six weeks but can’t preorder or reserve one because I have Switch Up on my account. Staff in stores don’t care at all, keep telling me to come back tomorrow to see if they have stock 🤡

So far, the process of porting my number to @O2 has been awful. I signed up, but I was not informed when my number would be transferred. I lost my number on Monday and I've since called cust services multiple times to get help, still no number.. An agent told me to be patient!

@O2 @TheO2 it's very frustrating to lose the service since giving the PAC to transfer my old number from 3. Your support team just told me that there is a technical issue ongoing and my signal will be back when it has been solved. However, they can't provide any time frame. 👎

@O2 has taken a charge erroneously/fraudulently. A quick search online showed this is common o2 practice. Their response? They will set a spend cap so that “I” won’t run up any further charges. Worst mobile provider I have had the misfortune to use
