@O2 Hey team. I keep receiving letters from yourselves for a person that does not live at my address. I have used the return to sender process many times but you keep sending bills. Can I get in touch with someone so our address and this customer can be removed? Thank you!

@O2 I was given an employee discount code to use today and it says it's expired. Try to chat to your online help and they didn't seem interested? I only upgraded it yesterday how can the code already be expired?

@O2 I’m trying to in vain to block phone numbers with my iPhone. Even though I have blocked the numbers they still are calling me and it’s not blocked them. Can you help?
