    @o2 can someone help me please. I'm a new customer, I have transferred my number over from old provider. Phoned Monday gave the pac code about 2 or 3 o'clock. I am able to call out but incoming call going to voice mail & not ringing out when the mobile is on.

    @O2 @iamchris20200 This wasn’t the case. Our phones all had to login at two then it said gone or voucher used when it wasn’t.
