    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 incorrectly charge £XXX to our bank account. Admit this was done in error. We have to wait until 6th Jan 2021 before it can be refunded. Even then, we have to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

    @O2 Hi yes the phones were sent to the recycling team, they paid me for the phones, which have now been all paid up. Called customer service and they have no idea what they are doing!

    Hi @O2 I am very disappointed with the service we have Received from your sales team. We sent our phones back to upgrade and was advised we would get £100 extra due to upgrading and this has not happened been on the phone for 3 hours this morning trying to deal with this 😡 #o2
