@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

@barbkleeds @O2 I also had the same thing. Called customer service and they told me they had cancelled them due to a new system and a new direct debit has been setup.

@O2 Your app and web browser logged me out at 9.05am…I have been unable to log in since. All day. The worst ticketing experience I’ve ever had - and I managed to get tkts to initial Boyzone’s 20yr reunion so I’m pretty savvy

@O2 Saw the gigs and tours ‘hack’ on Twitter during the early afternoon, but I’m guessing the tickets were long gone by the time it was taken down. Lots of time and effort wasted. Really poor experience and those responsible seem to just be shrugging their shoulders. 2/2.
