@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

I’ve been with @O2 forever. I upgraded yesterday, and like every other time, staff in the shop couldn’t do enough for you when selling! When done, they don’t want to know you, and look at you like you’re a P.O.S**t. Customer skills.. zero. 14 days to change my mind .

@O2 Using an iPhone 11 only calls work. No texts or data working. Happened in Portugal few weeks ago too. Tried manually resetting network didn’t work either

@O2 The internet you sell as 100 mbit in Germany does not work even at 1 mbit speed. I've been calling for a year, I'm writing, I'm going to your branch. No one is interested. Your happy customer policy is complete garbage. Shame on you.

@O2 hi, I would like to turn on wifi calling, I am on iPhone and tried to turn it on in settings but redirects me back to website which tells me to turn it on in settings. I just received sim and waiting for my number to port over to o2, please help
