Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

Seems like it's not only me who's been unable to get through to @O2 mobile customer service. Can't get through on phone, app chat is busy, then says you're closed even though you're supposed to be open until 10pm. Only wanted to port my old number, but now considering cancelling.

Great service from @O2 - made an error porting my number over, admitted it was them, rectified immediately and compensated for additional charge on old contract. Make a refreshing change, thanks guys

Hey. @o2 hung up on us 6 times over 4 hours and are still not dealing with the issue 👍🏻
