@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

@O2 Neither of those numbers work. On my phone it won't call out at all. On another phone I get an automated response for topping up. You make it impossible for people to contact you and resolve issues.

@O2 Yep, ringing mobiles or landlines gives no problems but trying to ring O2 does. It doesn't even connect; just says 'call ended' after several seconds.

@O2 the service this week in my area has been awful, and this apparently was due to one day of maintenance on 18th calls last maximum 45 seconds (other than one exception this morning I had almost a full conversation)

@O2 Was planning to use the Priority app to bag some Odeon tix. Discovered it won't work on iPhone 14 (latest iOS), says can't connect to the server when you click to login with Virgin Media a/c. The O2 community website appears to be offline. WTF?
