    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    @O2 What contingency plans do you have to maintain signal in parts of rural @Aberdeenshire such as AB54 & AB36? whole area out of signal in both storms so far. Completely unreliable. Other networks can maintain service. But not o2? No power=no signal? No comms in emergencies?!

    @O2 hi , I’m trying to request a PAC code , your costumer service lady said text PAC to 65705 but this isn’t going through ‘message failed’ is this the correct number and thing to type ? Please help , thanks
