    @O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

    First rubbish service from @VodafoneUK Now an unsolicited phone call from @O2 which was both baffling and quite unnerving. The caller got my name wrong & didn’t tell me why they were calling. When challenged they quoted extensively regarding my activity on the company’s website.
