@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

@O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@ProfCTurner @O2 Hi Colin. Im in rural Fermanagh with that said the network was very reliable in most areas(for 10+ years!) bar a few black spots.the last period it’s like you say pretty much unusable. Its frustrating as o2 never seem to take any concerns here seriously despite DD lifting monthly

@adamwingie @O2 I've just upgraded my phone on @o2 in the last couple of days. Despite the coverage charts saying there's no 5G where I am (Bangor), there is but the upload speed is so slow as to be literally unusable.
