    @O2 @IanPike This isn't a device-specific issue. The Wifi Extra network on the tube is now password protected. SIM authentication doesn't work because you need additional info that isn't available. The landing page that asked for your phone number to verify your device doesn't exist now!

    @O2 Hello, I have deleted the message. It won’t allow me to DM you. The people in o2 and customer service both told me it’s with the fraud department so they’re unable to help

    @JaysonBoi2000 @O2 To be fair I moved to Three from O2 as I had constant problems with their network and have not had any issues since!
